Amazing application for collaboration and overview!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dynamic note-leaving system, it makes it so easy to point out where changes need to be implemented. It also is so convenient to view the different revisions made to a document and see the progress and changes next to each other.
We found it very easy to implement into our review process, and it has increased production immensely. We use it for all of our email/SMS drafts now.
As a small side note, I love that the notes system saves my unsent draft message if I click away - such a lifesaver!!

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be super helpful if I could attach files into a comment thread so I can provide references/asset swaps within the board, instead of having to go to an outside platform like email or Slack.
Secondly, it would be nice if I could highlight/circle areas that a note pertains to, since sometimes the same issue needs to be fixed in multiple places, and I have to leave the same note more than once (which clutters the board).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the easiest way to give our email agency notes and revisions on designs, and being able to easily see the changes that were made withouth having to open files and exchange dozens of messages.
Excellent digramming tool for all levels from novice to professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an awesome diagramming tool with extensive features to author myriad design diagrams during software development lifecycle. It is a one-stop solutions to develop all the diagrams from high-level design diagrams till deployment diagrams. The learning curve is very less and the interface is intuitive for any person to learn it quickly and productively use it. It's integration with collaboration tools like MS Teams comes handy to make remote meetings very productive by quickly drawing the diagrams during the meetings. Miro is also AI ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has an excellent set of features, so it's very difficult to mention the features I dislike about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is an excellent diagramming tool for software architects and software developers to quickly develop all kinds of high level and low level design diagrams. It provides a unified view of the product from start to finish. None of the tools available today have this feature. Greatest benefit is the low level design diagram developed using Miro can be feed to AI coding assistants like Codeium to generate the code. This results in significant reduction of development time.
I love using Miro for it's speed and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is just really good. It is fast and everything is self-explanatory. Besides that it works in the browser so you do not need any extra software to view or edit things. Just create something and send the link to your client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really bothers me about the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very quickly and easily iterate our customer flows, interface screens and product designs.
We do not need to invite them into our Figma project, we can just open the browser tab and paste things the client may see.
When Figma comes with the option to share only specific pages or artboards, this might lead to less use of Miro, not sure.. Just thinking about my sector now.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest hurdles tend to arise,
When tool features don’t quite meet the prize.
For basic use, they work just fine,
But for advanced needs, they start to decline.
Specialized tools offer more, it’s true,
With features aplenty, to do what you do.
What I miss most, is linking with ease,
Project management tools—oh, pretty please!
If Miro could gather all in one space,
It’d truly become my go-to place.
But now, there’s tweaking, manual and slow,
To make the system really flow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem with ease,
When virtual teamwork’s the breeze.
It bridges the gap from physical land,
Where Post-its once ruled by hand.
From sticky notes to screens so wide,
Miro keeps ideas in stride.
No need to document all day long,
The board remembers—it’s never wrong!

Superb for mind-mapping and saving inspiration in a collaborative environment
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect of Miro is the ability to create many sections where you can store links, images, videos, and anything you like for a quick preview and an inspiration hunt.
I usually do this for every design brief, storing amazing assets and brand-related documents so that I can later skim through them and narrow down the design of my project.
You can also very easily add your client to the Miro team, allowing them access to make comments on which directions they like and which they don't, or even upload their own inspiration/design ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
My only squabble with Miro is that it is sometimes hard to judge how zoomed in you are on the board. I will waste a lot of space working from a zoomed-out angle and then have to zoom in to see other parts of my project. It would be nice if there were some presets for different zoom percentages and it was recommended to start saving stuff zoomed in fully and perhaps save different boards as layers that you can quickly jump to, maybe this is already a function but I haven't seen it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving inspiration, mind-mapping branding elements, video elements, website elements. Ability to share inspiration quickly, and easily with a client.
I am super charged because of Miro and my productivity has gone 200%
What do you like best about the product?
Working collaboratively with my team of 45 together there was no glitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
that moment has not arrived yet, I didn't have anything to dislike miro
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allowing the big team to collaborate and save time a lot by creating tags and collate them in separate buckets. History of the individual work is been tracked and recorded so we know who did what. Saving lot of time by providing the ready to use templates. such many more features are saving lot of time and making me productive.
very versatile and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
very versatile and easy to use, I love the timer, anonymous view, hiding frame feature
What do you dislike about the product?
hierarchy / structure of how to access & order boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
create a space for a whole team to give inputs regardless of their title and location (remote work)
Daily, must-have tool to enable distributed work
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it matches the way my design brain thinks and organizes information. It's fluid and real-time, enabling me to work with my other design-minded colleagues. The scale and space available to work also helps with projects across timelines and various complexity levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be glitches - for example, the undo button suddenly stopping. I also find it difficult to use on tablet or touch screen (mouse is best). But my day-to-day experience is positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working across physical locations and navigating ambiguity. Not everything in our strategy work is clear cut, but this helps us work through ideas that may start out messy and evolve into clarity.
