Easy and intuitive way of planning

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone gets it, it's collaborative, items can be linked and the links don't break
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, I really struggled to answer this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
structuring of research materials, planning, brainstorming in a remote world
Recommendations to others considering the product:

Collaborative Team white boarding at its finest.

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being in an online call and being able to visually explain myself saves me and my team time when getting everyone aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at all and I've sat and thought about it. I use both Figma and Miro in my team and use them very differently. Figma for UI design and Miro for programming logic and architecture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backend API/Database problems

Excellent for team collaborations

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to invite collaborators to a project board and work through ideas and come up with designs
What do you dislike about the product?
As an architectural professional it would be great to have a few additional tools to allow for area takeoffs and scaling, I also find the embedded ability to create data charts clunky in that they can not be adjusted for text size or colors or more complex data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inability to meet with clients in person- this has been an effective way to keep interactive meetings during Covid. Also, it has allowed me to continue hosting summer internships virtually by giving me somewhere to work with my students
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great collaboration tool for both internal design work sessions and client presentations/workshops

My go-to-tool for any virtual workshop

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration, sticky notes, facilitator tools, timer. Just like an in-person Workshop but with more functionality 😉
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't exist a couple of years ago, I would have needed it then already 😅.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint workshops, trainings, mockups, brainstorming sessions, Startup planning, coaching sessions...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try, you'll love it!

A must for remote collaboration

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive tool — it took me very little time to learn how to use it (especially because it includes shortcuts and actions similar to those a designer performs when using the Adobe suite). The onboarding of new members is easy. And you can customize it all the way to match your (or your clients') brand guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very rarely, when we use it in research stages to share discoveries and there is a lot of visual content, video content, I have the feeling it moves a little slow. Still, it is the best tool on the market if you ask me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We deliver remote client workshops and we use it as a space to collaborate within our teams. We used it prior to 2020 too, but it's been indispensable during the pandemic. Nowadays we also use it for presentations, because it has fewer glitches than a Keynote/PPT shared on Zoom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would choose Miro.

Great for visual-based work with the team, and for brainstorming and concept creation with yourself

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Infinite canvas, templates, range of tools available
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always a great experience on iPad; it doesn't support offline mode, not great if you want to work with a lot of text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conceptualizing, team discussions, brainstorming

Works like my brain does

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It worlks like my brain. I can put everything where I would naturally think it should be so I never wonder where anything is. Construction is simple. Collaboration features are nice if a little clunky working at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poorly optimized for working at 1% zoom, which I think is the best place to start large board. Phones can't handle big boards at all. Exports don't have enough resolution even at Best Qulity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notes/mind map for my life. Team coorination. Building knowledge repositories for the educational branch of our company. Miro helps me keep track of everything the way my mind does so I can easily find everything

Everyone can become a designer with Miro.

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The great usability to add, arrange e edit artifacts that were built in meetings and workshops. Another good thing is the possibility to create freely a big variety of objects on the big board. Maybe, the best is the simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of integration with Figma and the high cost for a big team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a strategic designer and I have been using Miro as an important tool to support explanations e decision-making in several projects. Important to say that Miro brings a perfect way to become abstract concepts in something that can be visualized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not found the option to lock a board with a password. I really recommend the password option or access to be used in confidential boards.

Great collaboration and visualization tooll

  • April 28, 2021
  • Review verified by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use and helps me to create professional-looking process diagrams that we use with our clients. It also is great in helping me to collaborate with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
After 30min of inactivity, Miro logs me out, and I need to enter in my login info again to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Miro to quickly visualize processes by creating workflow diagrams that we share with our customers. We have used several other programs for this, but Miro is simple and easy to use and creates clean, branded and professional looking diagrams.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I can't submit the form when I d
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for everything. I love to have all documentation of a project in one board. From proposal, to design to presentations
