What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to change the sizing of the canvas and other elements being used. The ability to create templates has made Miro my go to for to do lists and reminders that stay consistent. I love using miro for presentations because place with sizing and placement but also has alignment guides if you need them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side with miro is that sometimes when you leave the tab open on a desktop while working on another tab Miro will take a moment to connect back to a network and will delete anythign you added in the 20s it was loading.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a visual board of your research, brainstorm ideas, graphic layouts, screenshots, links and beyond. Its a great tool to present with collaborators, too. The system is flexible to create your team's process to be organized and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating archive buckets/storage boxes to add within a board would be helpful. It'll be a great way to clean up boards without having to trash data.

Doesn't support movie files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving and benefiting the following: remote collaboration, showing the process of all the explorations, getting out of PowerPoint/Keynote, expansion of productivity

Easy to use with a minimal learning curve

What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of tools out there that require a significant learning curve. Miro is a tool that teams can leverage on day one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text and table formatting are a bit lacking. It's certainly not a tool intended for long-form writing, but when I use it for wireframing, it'd be nice to have more rich text features.

I'll also note that there seems to be the occasional connection hiccup. It'll stay on a loading screen for an extended time until I refresh. While I haven't noticed any lost data, it can be unnerving nonetheless!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration & Ideation.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for my tutoring job as a digital whiteboard that I share with whatever student I'm working with. I like the organization of the UI and I love that it's free. It's like a notes app, but infinite, and it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that there is only one pen type, and for thee pens and highlighters there are only a few preselected colors. But that's a small feature I'm looking for in the grand scheme of things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides an infinite space to share a whiteboard with my student remotely. These boards can be looked back on for notes that we took and strategies that we went over.

Intuitive and accessible

What do you like best about the product?
It is really intuitive and easy to onboard our clients into it. We use it every day for our internal project planning, collaboration and presentation. Most of my team use it too, and it has helped the project manager implement a weekly standup by using the widges for team check-ins and temperature check, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the design features are very limited. For example: The round corner boxes have a fixed ratio, so I can't create boxes of different sizes with the same corner ratio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An intuitive platform that helps my team collaborate - FIGMA is very designer centric, and Google Drive is not creative enough.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Miro for many years with my team. As a UX researcher I think that Miro an excellent collaborative visual tool where I can collate research ideas and plans. I also use Miro with end users 1:1 and in group sessions. Miro board is at tims for us the core communications tool throughout a project life cycle. Miro is easy to use, new users (clients and research participants onboard pretty smoothly).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I would love to be able to copy-paste comments as we cycle through versions of a sitemap, at the moment these need to be individually dragged into each version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a home for extensive project data in a visual way as we journey through the entire life cycle. The range of features and visual nature make it an excellent meeting place for research and design minds in our team.

The downside is the larger boards can cause my computer to slow down. There are so many features it can be overwhelming but this is a good problem to have.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the tools and resources that provide fluidity in my projects. I really like Miro because it facilitates real-time collaboration. The intuitive interface and the various template options allow me to create visual boards quickly and efficiently. The ability to add sticky notes, flowcharts, images, and other elements makes it easy to organize ideas and communicate with teams, even remotely. Furthermore, the possibility of having an interactive board that everyone can access and edit at the same time makes group work much more dynamic and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard not to like something in Miro, since it is a very complete software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves various problems, especially those related to collaboration and organization of ideas. In a remote or hybrid work environment, team communication and alignment can be challenging. Miro facilitates this process, allowing everyone to share ideas visually, in real time, without the need for constant meetings.
