Great tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
the flexibility in the design, the collaborative potential, the infinite zoom, the ability to save things as images, the right click to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I am annoyed that you can't align things inside a table. Sometimes there is a steep learning curve for new users, they end up moving things they didn't mean to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At a nonprofit, we have to make logic models and project timelines frequently for grants. I hate trying to format and align objects in Word and Powerpoint, so Miro is my go to. I like the easy-to-use palette and the arrows to connect boxes. It's great for brainstorming, collaborating, and making polished visual pieces to include in our grant proposals.
Bring the PNG export please
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration, easy to use, right click is a drag and I dont have to switch manualy
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant export a section in PNG, I realy liked this feature in Figma, but unfortunatelly I cant find this in MIRO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps visualize complex business processes in IT projects, both during the assessment phase and when designing new processes, operations, and software (e.g., flowcharts, communication diagrams, mind maps, operational diagrams). We use it daily and continuously, with each client having a dedicated board.
The best collaboration-based creation tool!
What do you like best about the product?
As I lead many dynamics for kaizen, A3, design thinking, etc... Miro helps me a lot to do my job since 2020.
Some points I highlight:
- ease of use, even for those who don't know the solution
- voting feature is very useful
- possibility of creating templates is excellent
In short, Miro is certainly one of the solutions that most supports the execution of my activities.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only point I had a problem with in the past was the slow performance in some situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, 80% of our team is working remotely or Hybrid. At least 50% are in other cities.
In this context, Miro helps us hold events that would be very challenging and costly if we had to do them in person.

One of my favourite platforms to create and organise!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro stands out as a collaborative powerhouse. Its intuitive, flexible interface makes brainstorming, planning, and teamwork feel seamless, no matter where your team is located. I love how easy it is to visualize ideas with sticky notes, diagrams, and templates that keep everything organized. The real-time collaboration features, like instant updates and live cursors, make remote sessions engaging and productive. Plus, the integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Drive streamline workflows beautifully. Whether it’s mapping out strategies, ideating new concepts, or aligning on goals, Miro creates an inclusive and creative space for every team member to contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much really! It can sometimes be a little buggy when I'm collaborating with other people, but oter than that all good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative whiteboard remotely. Other platforms don't weigh up against miro for this!
The program is very easy to use, and is great for workshops. It is presentable and looks good.
What do you like best about the product?
The post it note system facilitates multuser input on topic discussions and the voting system is fanstic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to extract the information from Miro into Excel format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to hold workshops virtually as well as internal mapping workshops for analysis of problems and solutions.
Good tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is very quick, it can work through browser so no need to install a desktop app, has predefined template. It is also fast and reliable, didn't expect any glitches etc. The UI is pretty minimalistic and doesn't bother you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting content can be improved - large scale boards can be difficult to export in a proper format so that you can see the details afterwards. Also sometimes you need to click twice the spacebar in order to be able to start moving around, that is more valid when you have complex boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's quick and easy to use the basic elements like sticky notes, user journey, document usability testing results etc.
User experience is starting to lack behind
What do you like best about the product?
-Easy to use for beginners (for workshops for ex.)
-Lot of different tools (post it, frames, etc.)
-Handrawing is pretty good/neat

What do you dislike about the product?
-Slow to load and sometimes reload unexpectedly (and I lose some progression)
-Extremely hard to make "pretty" boards (compared to a Figjam for ex.) - really have to zoom in a lot to reisze a component for ex. I sometimes feel like I am loosing my mind while preparing boards on Miro for workshops because of that
-Dont like that when you use a post it and want to change the style of part of the text on it, you cant and everything else also changes

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing codesign workshops with stakeholders or users
easy and comprehensive implementation with newbies
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use and implement; most users find it convenient and even the basic version comes with a relevant set of features; that is why new people to the org use it more often than others;
Therefore integrating the software into the org was easy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
onboarding new sales reps faster and more comprehensive
It is a great tool overall with some frustrations
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is not always ideal and intuitive at first. It can be a bit frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps cross team brainstorming sessions
Could be better
What do you like best about the product?
It a great tool to creat mind maps / process flows
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not as interactive because pdf extracts are hard to manage and the app itself isnt user friendly. When creating process flows the swimlanes always move the the front which makes it difficult to edit shapes
