Miro was a great upgrade for me personally
What do you like best about the product?
Miro was very useful and simple to create flowcharts. Earlier i was using a different tool. Got migrated a year back. Now it is easy for me to use Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. The User interface looks very simple to use. More clean and neat. That is what i wanted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy to create flowcharts. Just few clicks were needed for miro to create flow chart. Connections were done automatically for me to create a flow chart which i needed. Which was helpful for me.
I am a level III software engineer. I work for a startup company called SmartHub.ai.
What do you like best about the product?
My area of experiences is in various fields like database, IoT, go language.
While working on database I have found Miro to be most useful while drawing the ER-diagram or even to show the database functionality like CRUD operations visually.
While designing the backend functionalities, frequently I find that Mrio is my first option. In Miro it's very easy to dram the UML based diagram to explain the concepts on a abstract level and based on the desing the implementation is quite easy.
I have also interact with the customer's to get the requirements on what needs to be done. I use Miro to quickly put up the thought process into a diagram.
My role at SmartHub.ai demands me to guide freshers, to explain the concepts in detail visually I make use of Miro which is easy to integrate with a bigger component.

What do you dislike about the product?
The other side of it is that there is a lot of different features to learn and get used to. However, as much work as it is. I do think it is worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part about Miro is having one platlform where you can have all the related parts of a piece of work and able to share and discuss in real time
Collaborative Design, Workflow

Miro has become a core part of my workflow. As a designer, I love how easy it is to visualize ideas, organize projects, and collaborate in real time. The templates save so much time, and the ability to integrate with other tools keeps everything streamlined. It’s intuitive and adaptable, whether I’m working alone or with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that some features are locked in paid plans, but I think it's worth it since it helps to make my projects easier. I wish the AI functionality was more advanced and comprehensive.

It streamlines workflows with integrations and templates, saving time and making teamwork efficient and productive, whether remote or in person.
Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of organizing our companies tasks. Its easy to create a board that all can understand and follow. We use it on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not appreciate having to pay extra to use a search feature. One day I went from being able to search for specific tiles in a search bar, to a message saying I need to upgrade to use it now. Thats obnoxious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us organize our fleet and jobs in one place. We can use it to ensure each crew is prepared for their weekly jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
Super flexible, helpful tool for wireframing, brainstorming, creating content/artefacts and customer diagrams. Always the fastest way to get started with just about anything at work.

Sometimes the app runs very slowly, and if you have the app it's hard to switch back to the browser version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extremely quick to get ideas down and in a good shape.
User-Friendly with great functionality
What do you like best about the product?
In comparison to other tools, the functionality of Miro is really comprehensive, especially for the paid version. It doesn't require much time to figure it out - the dashboards are user friendly and very intuitive, and features like click and drag, smart drawing, and an accessible menu with options to easily insert diagrams, workflows, to do lists, etc make it great for both collaboration and presentation, especially in terms of breaking down complex processes into visually accessible components. Compared to most tools that require at least some training and setting up, Miro is really simple to integrate into current processess and implement at the team level. I also really like how easy it is to assign owners, deadlines, notes etc and the use of color coding is a great addition to group concepts/themes together and break them down into smaller parts. The free version has a really extensive array of templates to sort through to help structure various types of meetings. If you need a specific template, Miro most likely has it, and it's helpful to sort through the various options to make sure the meeting format is aligned with the goals of the meeting/project. It's been a great tool to help organise my personal taks, as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more templates for protocolls in the free version. While you can copy and paste text really easily, it would be great to be able to format protocolls with a premade template directly in the board. Customer support is also not very comprehensive in the free version, only accessible to paid members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a fast-growing digital consultancy agency, so it's important to have an overview of open themes and processes, and the ability to map them on a broad scale and break them down into smaller parts. Miro is a great resource to combine classic task management with collaborative process mapping and strategic objectives.
My genuine opinion
What do you like best about the product?
I liked all the features, especially the advanced templates, really that helps for my workflow chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing suck like because I have never used other web, so no idea about dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides a canvas where users can visually organize ideas, workflows, and plans using sticky notes, mind maps, and flowcharts. This helps teams break down complex ideas into manageable parts, improving clarity and understanding.
Simplifying Visual Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate in real-time is innovative since it allows distant teams to communicate and share ideas with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
For smaller groups or individuals, the cost may be a little high, particularly if you require access to premium features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of its user-friendly layout, our team can easily plan, brainstorm, and visualise projects.
