Miro is excellent for agile teams
What do you like best about the product?
What I value the most is the endless range of features and utilities it offers. For example, I use it both in my work with my team of developers and at the university to teach online classes and prepare exercises and activities for my students.
I create retrospectives, use it for Product Design and ideation, workshop preparation and moderation, DDD sessions...
it is really easy to use (my students learnt in a matter of seconds) and it's integrated with our company SSO.

Use Miro for more collaboration and engagement with your audience
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Miro is its ability to transform online collaboration into a smooth and interactive experience. The platform offers incredible flexibility for organizing ideas with its multiple tools like sticky notes, diagrams, and mind maps, which facilitates the structuring of complex projects. Its intuitive interface allows the entire team to contribute in real-time, even remotely, creating a very productive and engaging work dynamic. Additionally, the integration with other tools like Jira and Trello makes it a valuable ally for effectively managing projects. I also like the new features that frequently integrate into the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Miro is that the platform can sometimes become a bit cluttered when the board contains too many elements or when several users are working on it simultaneously. I wish I had the ability to organize my boards with shortcuts or menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro facilitates collaboration, instant traceability, and the ability to leverage it using the export feature as well as the link with Jira.
A great place for mapping out visually how I think
What do you like best about the product?
Miro helps me map out visually how I think and what is going on in my mind. When I write down "brain dump" notes on Miro I am able to visually connect the ideas easier and it is also just a nice format to have it all on one board rather than a linear piece of paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of different tools and ideating processes there are, I have no idea on how to use them all. I wish I could use them, I have watched the videos on how to use them, I think that they would improve my own processes. But the barrier to entry is high and overwhelm is present. Perhaps if that could be simplified better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It just helps me visually map out ideas, create roadmaps, and timeframes easier. Strategizing for the most part.
It creates an easy way to collaborate with colleagues and visually share ideas with one another.
What do you like best about the product?
The freedom you have when thinking about how to express yourself
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when there are too many things on one board there tends to be a lag.

I have been using Miro for the past 3 years and really like the UI and the ease of use. It makes it very convenient to draw flow-charts, collaborate on planning for customer interviews, create and follow a tracker, amongst plethora of other things
What do you dislike about the product?
If the board gets heavy, it lags a bit sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am a product manager, I have to manage designs, plan sprints, create documentations, flow charts etc. While we have different tools for each of these functions, using Miro, I am able to do all of these things at a single place, which saves time and effort

Effortless Virtual Collaboration, Needs Better Licensing
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro all the time for workshops and as a virtual collaboration tool. I love that it has AI built in and is very easy to use, even for people who have never used Miro before. They can get started in just ten minutes, which I think is really important. The easy-to-use templates, especially for different retrospectives projects, are great. It's a very easy tool for communication and collaboration, and it makes it easier to meet online and have a shared communication space. It's also much easier to jot down requirements and make sure everything's searchable, which prevents issues like losing or forgetting notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the licensing. Definitely the licensing. The fact that you have to buy a pro license to be an actual editor, otherwise, you get defaulted to a guest license, which allows you to comment but not to edit. I think editing should be part of all the free features because that's the main addition. And then if people want the additional tooling or integrations or so, one, they could pay for an extra license. But I think editing and reading would be the basics that you should have on any license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro for virtual collaboration and workshops, making online meetings easier with a shared communication space. It's great for jotting down requirements, everything's searchable and easy to track who wrote what. It simplifies communication and collaboration.
