Most helpful tool to conduct group workshops
What do you like best about the product?
Great for brainstorm sessions with large groups.
I also use it to map concepts, ideas, sequence of events.
A lot of templates available give you ideas on how to organise a workshop.
Easy to use and works smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mouse scroll button works to zoom in and out and sometimes to go up and down the board, and I don't know why
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conduct group workshops remotely. Map concepts and ideas
The best way to collaborate on projects!
What do you like best about the product?
An amazing tool to share progress on project work with other teams with a few simple clicks. Team collaboration on the same board is seamless and easy - it's your one stop for both working on process flows and presenting them to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lagging behind on the AI feature implementation, but overall amazing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tool administration, process mapping, project management etc.
Great for note taking and research
What do you like best about the product?
The number of features means you can use it for just about anything - presentations, collaborative research and notes, diagramming, driving meetings. The infinite space in all directions allows you to work on it without the need to obsess over structure - you can just keep going and it'll probably be fine. Moving things around and resizing is quick and easy. Jira integration does just enough to be useful (although it's a little rigid). I use it in basically every project because it is always useful, and in many ad hoc tasks as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite rigid in terms of custom implementation. There isn't a custom shape tool, graphs and charts have very few options (and also don't accept decimal numbers for some reason), tables can only be massive unless you want to spend a long time messing with them. This is fine, you have to just get used to doing these things the default Miro way, but I do wish it could do things my way more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting everything to do with a project into one space, and granting easy viewing access to stakeholders.
Endlessly mindmapping and collating research without limitation.
Leading meetings by following the flow of a Miro (for example, a retrospective with 50 attendees can be collaboratively performed on a Miro).

Roadmaps and Design for Smart Public Transport and IoT Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very collaborative. We use Miro on a daily basisi in our DevOps teams to e g do Roadmaps and Agile Design for Smart Public Transport and IoT Solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
A simple line is "impossible" for me to move without bending the line...
The connection of shapes to columns and rows in tables are flawed.

Collaborative Whiteboarding for our geographically dispersed team
Great for wireframing, collaboration and brainstorming on almost everything!
What do you like best about the product?
I like MIro's inituitive yet super simplistic design. For a user, it seems on the surface that it has targetted feature but pretty soon we realise that its more than that. Its easy to get started with (installation), and easy to get a hang of. I love the repository they offer of templates, shapes, other items. Plus its FAST! That's definitely a big plus. I have never had my miro hang on any page/project. I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike is that it doesn't have a repository of line icon / svg icons. That would have been really handy as I have to create so many wireframes. So as of now I just go to google, copy the icon I want and simply paste it on my Miro board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go to multiple tools to perform the jobs that I own - such as mindmapping, wireframing, whiteboarding, collaborations, user journey mapping. I can do everything at one place!
Easy to use, functional, great collaboration options
What do you like best about the product?
I’m consistently impressed by its simplicity and ease of use. The intuitive interface makes it easy to dive right into projects without a steep learning curve. Miro’s wide range of templates is a huge plus, offering flexible options for brainstorming, planning, and team collaboration. The real-time collaboration features make it effortless to work with remote teams, and I love how everyone can contribute at the same time. Miro has become an essential tool for our team’s productivity and creative flow!
What do you dislike about the product?
not really anything to say much, love the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us collaborate effectively with remote teams, makes it easy to get started with organizing complex projects or flows, and streamline brainstorming sessions. Its easy-to-use templates and real-time collaboration features boost productivity, making meetings and workshops more interactive and ensuring everyone stays aligned and engaged.
Great overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
The use and implementation of tools in miro is quite smooth overall and I do use it quite often for various design iterations, note taking and process work stroage as well. I do wish that sometimes Miro could integrate better with other apps allowing me to copy paste images more fluidly but overall the functions across different boards works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update causing the table of contents section on the left that constantly pops out upon opening a new miro board is a bit tedious to work with. On top of that the function of Teams on Miro as well is a bit confusing with the system allowing people invited to the board gaining access to all boards besides just being invited to one board in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project documentation and asychronous reviewing and feedback involving various iterations of work.
Good tool, but not sure how different it is from figma.
What do you like best about the product?
easy to quickly diagram things and share with collaborators
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish i had more control readily available to me with linking things together or finding new images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
brainstorming mood board, prototyping things on a board
Essential to Creative and Innovative Work
What do you like best about the product?
It's where ideas start, where they're developed, and where they're refined. Not just used as a personal notebook but also a collaboration platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can't handle heavy boards, also drawing functionality can be better. When I draw on my iPad the pen colour and size changes randomly and sometimes glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates that help ideate and set a framework when I don't know where to start.
Essential for classes
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Miro because it makes classes more interactive for students and also it has a chronometer which is very helpful during tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Miro. I use it for all my classes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some students don't have access to the book/ materials, so I like to share extra information about the classes content to them through Miro.
