What do you like best about the product?
The way a wall can be useful is not only for teaching but also for organizing private information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get lost in the walls that I didn't create. The folder system confuses me a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't see any more problems than the organization of the folders.

Go-to tool for drawing process/solution design diagrams with customers

  • December 28, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro really enables me to efficiently draw clear and good looking process/solution blueprints in live sessions with customers, having them collaborating when it brings value to work. Customers often ask what is this tool that allows such fast drawing, and some have picked it for their own work too after seeing it in action in our workshops. The diagrams are basically ready without any extensive after work /proof drawing - this is one tool that I can honestly say that greatly enables me in my work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more advanced presentation tools would be nice, to be used when going through the diagrams drawn with new audience. New Layers functionality enables this to some extent, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting processes in customer facing workshops and selling ideas to customer.

CHANGED MY COMPANIES WORK EXPERIENCE

  • December 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Since working at Torrid, I was wishing for a live place to house multi team members, but we did not have this at first. We were origiinaly sending out multiple verison emails of documents and it was hard to know what is the most up to date information. Miro has changed the game by providing my team with a place all team members can access view live information, make comments, and have a clear presentation board for our collections. I love miro!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no complaints when it comes to Miro becuase it is so multifaceted. There is so much to you can do with this system and it is clear and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's only business problem is to market to more companies so they can see how much miro can help their teams.

What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility. You can pretty much use it for any type of team collaboration, from planning to brainstorming and diving deeper into marketing content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, not much. It's great for how me and my team use it. If I had to say something, at times the loading time. But that can be that we sometimes upload content that is not properly compressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it gives us a central place to plan, share, and give feedback on our marketing content

Switching to Miro was seamless

  • December 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have used various diagraming tools in the past, and had to switch to Miro when my company decided to standardize internal processes. Miro is very easy to use. You can either start from a blank board, or from one of the templates. There are templates for almost everything. They are well built and user-friendly. You don't really need any training to learn how to use them, but there are tons of reference documents and videos, in case you are lost or want to use some of the advanced functionalities. The Artificial Intelligence features also help fast-track the creation of collaborative boards and work spaces, and reduce the effort to populate the information based on contextual documentation. The switch to Miro was seamless and increased user-adoption and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro was integrated with GDrive. Including a link to a Miro board from within our file repository would allow to centralize all clients and projects repositories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to collaborate on many different types of diagrams and tools, in real-time, without having to start from scratch all the time, is priceless.

Couldn't live without it...

  • December 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We use Miro for everything at our business. From strategy sessions and brainstorming, to product planning, gant charts, and roadmapping I don't think we could live without it. The templates are incredibly helpful to get started on boards and they're constantly improving the product with new features. We use it pretty much every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the product is almost too feature rich that it becomes difficult for some of our less tech savy team members to be able to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro in nearly every facet of our business. It's great to have a collaborative space the whole team can use.
