The best tool I have found in a long time
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool to organize your ideas, share them with others and build knowledge together. Being able to see all the changes that have been done by others. To follow the cursors of other participants in real time. To be able to present the maps as a presentation and to share it while being in online meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever

I work in education and it has helped me to organize the curriculum, teach complexity to my students, and explore their ideas

Miro is the best tool I have found in a very long time. It allows me to organize and share my ideas in a visual way. I love that I can use images, videos and links to illustrate the concepts that we are talking about.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Miro is the wide range of intuitive tools that allow to organize the workflow really easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes co-editing is complicated to share with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of collaborating with the team remotely. Using miro makes the remote work as much close to the face-to-face meeting as possible.
Miro is easy to use and extremely intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and the intuitiveness of the UI. I expect a particular gesture/action will do something and it does. It just feels natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no glaring downsides I have come across yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to quickly chalk up design diagrams or dataflow diagrams.
Completely changed the way we work
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is so incredibly easy to use. We onboarded all of our product teams and they took to Miro like ducks to water. It's so easy to get the stuff in your head out onto a Miro board. The templates make it even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voice chat can be unstable at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because there's plenty of space, Miro boards are truly common spaces where different teams can toss out data and sketches and diagrams without worrying about messing up somebody else's spreadsheet or Google Doc. We make a Miro board for each project where all briefing, data transfer and collaboration is done.
The best virtual whiteboard, collaboration and ideation tool on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is tremendously polished for a web-based tool and good UX design makes co-creation sessions far smoother than they should be using a virtual whiteboard. Miro has none of the clunkiness of, say, MS Teams Whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video conferencing options feel quite limited due to the browser-based solution. I feel Miro would be better off dropping those features and focusing on the things that work fluidly within a browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, almost all of our consulting work for customer organizations is done remotely. Miro lets us have productive workshops, co-design sessions and even end-customer interviews despite the ongoing pandemic.
Makes it so much easier to visualise work!
What do you like best about the product?
How customisable everything is, I never feel locked into a particular way of working. It also allows for people with different learning and working styles to collaborate on one piece of work, as no one feels locked into a 'just text' or 'just imagery' format. I also like that I can use Miro as a digital whiteboard, especially since we've been adapting to new ways of working this year. I used to be skeptical that a single tool could function effectively for digital collaboration and decision making, but Miro has really knocked it out of the park. I've even found ways to use this for work-related ice breakers and team-building activities which is really nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times the selecting function can be frustrating, where it will grab a huge chunk of my work and move it. Although, this could be misusing it. Due to the amount of choices available to show information in Miro, it can be a bit overwhelming to decide the best way to present or organise your work. I 'd love to see more variation in the pre-existing templates, as I've never felt like a template has been right for my use without quite a bit of customising first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issues I had visualising how the structure of my projects would look. Using Miro has made it much easier for me to pick up on potential issues earlier due to this. Again, it's also made digital collaboration and brainstorming much, much easier which has really helped how we all work as a team.

Es una herramienta que ayuda en el proceso de diseño de mocks, control de flujos de trabajo, didácticas colaborativas, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hasta el momento me ha gustado la herramienta de Miro. Ya que facilita demasiado el trabajo para un equipo asignado a un proyecto.

Me ha ayudado a gestionarme en mi trabajo llevando por medio de tableros las entregas por medio de un sprint del trabajo que realizó, llevando un control tanto de la herramienta de UX y por medio de postick llevar el control de actividades de una manera didactica

Es una plataforma sencilla de ocupar, didáctica y segmentos fácil de ocupar

Me gusta porque puedo hacer cualquier cosa con miro, desde crear una lista de libros a leer, hasta crear una estrategia compleja para mis clientes

Quizá si me pongo exigente, le pediría que se pueda modificar el color en las fuentes de Tareas o checks

Lo único malo de probar miro es que no lo van a poder dejar de usar
A really useful tool for user testing and focus groups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way you can save the content created - adds a new element very useful for recording user feedback and focus group content
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work on all browers, so there is always one person who gets stuck
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing tech startup user testing and trying to adapt to running these online. Miro means we can do our focus groups without worrying about where people are at geographically.
