Great visual and organizational support tool
What do you like best about the product?
That i get to organize my ideas and put them on paper to visually organize myself
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the AI assist tool can be improved. I tried briefing the tool in imagery, flow etc a couple of times but it was not working at all. I feel like once it is mastered, it would be of great help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me organize my thoughts and analisis
My perceptions about Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use the flowchart tools. In the free version, you can already use several of the tool's potential features, allowing you to design processes, create projects, brainstorm, etc.
Today, any company that works with projects and doesn't use a system like Miro is missing out.

What do you dislike about the product?
The screen where you share the board for a specific user is still a bit confusing for me, I never know who it is available for, how do I remove a user from the board?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is the design of processes. Imagine if this had to be done in Paint, for example? It would be horrible and much more time-consuming.
We use shared Miro in some projects with our clients. This has worked very well because we leave the activities on the board for the client to do and then we access them there to make corrections.

I love the product but i have some technical issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a few things which I can't actually visualise and work out using Miro.
I prefer to use Miro for different scenarios at my work: collecting the discovery data, whiting down my and my team thoughts and insights while preparing strategic vision, running retrospective meeting etc

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of resources of my Macbook and takes my battery off. I use 2019 year Mac with intel processor, I understand that it is pretty old, but camparing to other websites using Miro get my laptom haet up and by really noisy, and I always eed my charger around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting different types of information together, like pictures an screenshots, diagrams, mindmaps etc
I don't know any other product providing such service

How Miro helps us stay creative and connected
What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro almost daily. As a SaaS company, we rely on Miro primarily for brainstorming ideas and gathering research materials. I love that it allows us to collect all types of resources in one place—screenshots, links, tables, and flows. Since we work remotely, having a platform where we can collaborate in real-time is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find flaws in this tool, but if I had to pick on something, it's this:
-Charts could have more options to customize (like colors)
- Now when you want to connect screenshots with arrow, there is no option to drop the arrow over the screenshot element
- More colors for 'Sticky notes'

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a tool that will be ideal for collecting ideas, and collaborations. It can easily and quickly gather ideas in one place and combine them with ideas from other team members. It is also ideal for collecting your own research. Miro will work less well for making presentations. Although there are templates designed for this, there are faster tools to achieve this goal.
How did we cope without it?!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is fantastic for collaboration with groups, but also for ideation individually. Being able to run client workshops virtually has been important for us, but Miro in particular provides the right tools within it to help give everyone a voice and resultingly we've found using miro much more successful than in-person workshops.
Managing multiple users is also easy, and you can have a lot of guests jump into boards as one-time visitors without additional costing.

What do you dislike about the product?
You do need a very low level of ability to map out and build things with the tool -although they have really upped the number of pre-built templates over the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro to facilitate conversations - seems strange to say but it helps give everyone a voice and provides more usable outputs than simply a call.
We use it to build roadmaps for both campaign ideation, but also product feature sets.
We use it for straight up ideation and brainstorming.
We use it as a visual builder for some website wireframes but also mocking up somepages in lieu of a tool like figma.

Collaboration in real-time makes working at distance a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using Miro to quickly visualise ideas, convey a message, interactively present as well as brainstorm makes it an unmissable application in my day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few elements still missing from my perspective. It is now possible to create diagrams but the colours and customisability of them is rather limited. Additoinally I don't always find the text fields as intuitive (in some cases you can make bullet lists, others not etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a remote environment. Miro allows me to work as if I am in the same space with my client and/or colleague. It's interactive nature and strong visual elements make it easy to brainstorm and present ideas clearly.
Additionally working at a workflow management software, it allows me to easily map out current and desired flows for my customers.

Design Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a wonderfull tool to use for design team, collaborate and summarize great. Creates greatpresentation abd mood boards. Loved the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can also add photoshop and illustration tool options for value addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All twam can collaboratively work on the same board, summarized great chunk of work.
Flexibility trumps all
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the ultimate collaboration tool for contemporary business. It has an extensive feature set that allows users to facilitate, participate, and ideate with ease on just about any problem you could imagine. From product wireframes, through to roadmaps, discovery sessions, and retrospectives, Miro gives users the ability to create and deliver workshops in a manner which suits them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel Miro adds features that may not be necessary (or are better served by other tools) - such as video calls. However these features may be appreciated by other users so they aren't a major issue. Once borads reach a certain size & volume of content, there can be performance issues (especially if using a limited speed connection) but again - these issues are not show stoppers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems Miro solves for me is the ability to host remote product workshops & create product related artefacts with ease (such as journey maps and roadmaps). The intuitive tools allow me to either
a. Host an impromptue workshop at late notice, using nothing but e-sticky notes and a few frames
or
b. Prepare a highly detailed, multi-day design sprint with complex user journey mapping, discovery activities, and wireframing - all in one place.
It is extremely easy to create roadmaps, journey maps and wireframes, and get feedback in real-time with the various collaboration tools (like dot voting, private mode, and talktracks).

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I've been able to do everything I need on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely, Miro has been the best tool to collaborate with the whole team fast and effectively.
I use Miro a lot of time get started on new idea/project and collaborate with the team. The whole team adding sticky notes on the board with important keyword gets the project going.
As the project evolves the board evolves too.
Saves me so much time to avoid lengthy documentation because the board explains thing a lot better. And anyone on the board is also happy and are able to provide best feedback with a visual representation. People want to avoid reading if they can.
