Great collaborative white board tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive and easy to use. I love how it has a history panel so you can undo a mistake or retrieve deleted items. Great for sharing work in all formats for school.

When you duplicate a frame that has been named, it adds in the words "copy of".

Easy collaboration between remote teams.
Useful but hard to manage.

Essential tool for creative teams
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy and intuitive to use; my team and I feel comfortable starting any project from Miro. Additionally, it works great for managing dynamics and group activities remotely.
Nowadays, it's essential to have stable online tools that encourage collaboration.
We also feel confident sharing our files with other departments, as the tool has simple access and usage, and there is no need for a long learning curve to use Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have few criticisms of Miro; however, sometimes I wish there were more elaborate template options, and it's unfortunate that some of its best features are only available in the pricier, customized plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team, Miro primarily facilitates collaboration among multiple people on the same file, even when they are in different locations, and it has a low learning curve.
The whiteboard format aids in creative tasks and helps organize briefings and insights.

Corporate creativity
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows remote and hybrid teams to have a simple tool to express creativity within the corporate world, going beyond the ordinary to express innovative and out-of-the-box ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that Miro is a great tool but it lacks some features such as voice chat which is very simple to use in the competitor, also add a sticker of "+1" because it´s very useful on Product team meetings.
And I suggest a more strategic position in the corporate market because with the decline of remote work, I see many executives having concerns about using Miro, perhaps working with this layer of stakeholders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of using traditional tools in remote and hybrid work, bringing practicality to dynamics. This is super important for me both when I'm leading a team/project and when I'm working on one.
Great visualization tool to collaborate or present issue on a group call
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use, it has all the neccessary tools to draw something like on a board, present some sequence or algorithm, scetch some user interface or simply present and visualise an idea.
You can draw something using most simple brush, use figures to scetch a diagram or Figma like user interface, you can invite people to participate live or share your screen, and it is always fun.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I want to move ove the screen I can't just press space like it photoshop I have to switch a tool and then use space to move over which is irritating espessialy during an important call. Some keyboard shortcuts could be useful for adept users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to quickly visualize a concept to get everyone on the same page, being it just two people or entire team
Great tool for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
1. Usability: We use it for internal and external projects, and even if the people involved are not familiar with the tool, it takes them little time to understand how it works and jump into the actual content or purpose of whichever session we have.
2. Amazing tool for organizing, conceptualizing processes, and visualizing ideas. It has been one of our key collaborative tools as a team and in workshops with clients., we use it often.
3. Most recently, the AI feature has been beneficial for summarizing info, getting insights, and processing data.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Sometimes, when moving elements or boards from one Miro to another, the format gets messed up
2. Easier way of locking/unlocking elements. This is key when working with clients or new users, as you'll need to have flexibility on copying elements in the board while also keeping the most elements fixed so users are not confused about elements moving around and just "filling up" the indicated fields.
2. I am sure there are more interesting features to Miro, but maybe because of how they are showcased or where they are located, you never end up knowing about them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we work mainly remotely, it is the team's blank canvas for collaborating in designing projects, reviewing processes, or others.
