All in one canvas for work and personal life
What do you like best about the product?
An open canvas with a bunch of useful templates to help me kickstart processes and ideas. It's easy to get started and implement company-wide, and we use it every day. The integrations with Slack are super useful and the customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Account switching can be a little finicky from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in the information technology space, a lot of ideas are generated during conversations and it becomes difficult to jot them all down. Miro helps us collaborate with all stakeholders so they can add to the conversation in real time on a board, and see ideas connect together in realtime.
A great flowchart software
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about miro is the ability to create and draw workflows to structure clearer processes in the organization. Also, the ability to work collaboratively with your teammates and also the visualization that allows you to create and review information in a clearer and more user-friendly way.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like so much is that their free plan is a bit limited and the functionality for working offline is also limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in marketing, and Miro makes it much easier for me to create buyer journeys and even draw lead nurturing flows. It also gives me the opportunity to work simultaneously with my coworkers to create process flows in the organization.
Pleased Brand Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can collobrate with teams, keep people accountable and create visually appealing boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do hate natvigating it sometimes - I'm always accidently moving things around when really I was just trying to move around to a different section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several products in development, so it helps keep each one on target. From inception to completion.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The option to import audio is missing (not essential, but it would be a valuable addition).
- It would be great to have a feature that allows boards to contain "pages" for better organization within the same presentation.

The tool I use to organize thoughts and create Stand Works in my company
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy is to create your board and how easy is to organize my thoughts on a "white infinite canvas". It's like a better version of a Power Point tool where you don't have limits on how to much you want to create there and how far you want to go.
I use this tool everyday and it is the tool I use to create all standard works in the company. It's also the tool we use to plan the strategy every year and I love the connection it has with Asana, so it's easier for us to keep track of how those actions are moving forward throughout the year.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's been many new features and updates in the tool, and I don't feel I'm taking advantage of all of them. I would like to better understand how to take advantage of those new features on the boards I already have.
The second thing (not sure this is a set up was done by my company) is that I'm not allowed to create a private board where only I could have access.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use PowerPoint to create most of the things I currently do in Miro. although I always had issues when doing it on power point cause the slides were not big enough and the tools to create mind maps and visual plans were way too complicated.
A fast tool without entry barriers
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very helpful for our Server-Team because now we can manage ToDos, Pictures and Quotes on the SAME board/page. No more scrolling and double listing, yeah :)
And it allows us to draw together, in real time and it doesnt get deletet.

What do you dislike about the product?
For me Miro doesn't have big downsides. Just a small one for me, you cant hide your team members emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us it is the easy ability to shedule tasks and have other team members writing problems e.g. with i can react to.
It is much more helpful to have ONE Board instead of thousands of unconnected To-Do Lists and Messages.

Creating Visuals instead of spreadsheets
What do you like best about the product?
This is my first foray in to using Miro and I've only been using it for about 6 months. As a PM I am used to spredsheets and piviot tables, but my team is actually using miro to track our work across swim lanes every day and we have a separate section where we track our blockers. We've also been able to use miro as a collabrative tool for our sprint retrospectives where everyone can post 'stickies' at the same time and we can discuss in realtime. I am a huge fan of the tool in that it allows our design team to do what they do best, represent things visually. The tool is very user friendly and new people seem to catch on very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly dont have any 'real complants' maybe more music choices when using the timer, we use that feature during our sprint retrospectives to stay on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our work in a way that is less cumbersome. Our team also uses Jira but having our separate miro board allows us to track things that are important to our team only
A great way to start design sprints
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro for the ease of access. It's great for quick Wireframes and a low barrier to entry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, moving around the canvas using right-click is kind of strange. When new folks come to see designs I always have to orient them to this. It's unfortunate since they are experiencing the software for the first time and already have a frustrating experience on the very first feature they experience--mass-selecting design components right in front of everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I particularly like access to cloud-based products and this is a great one. Other than the basic controls, it's easy to get things up and running and share with folks immediately.
Our business runs off Miro
What do you like best about the product?
The open campus. Allows us to do everthing from project management to workshops to presentation decks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I have high standards for the presentation of our boards. Miro has come a long way in that aspect, e.g. custom fonts. But there's still things I'd love to see with grids, templates, gradients, etc. that would take it to the next level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management: We design boards to track all phases of a project, the one link clients need to see everything
Workshopping: We design baords to conduct remote, collaborative exercises over Zoom

Great tool to organize ideas and draw up conceptual wireframes
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility - the infinite canvas and the ability to diagram makes it so much easier to collaborate and ideate than word docs and spreadsheets
Easy to use and intuitive

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to exploit the child/parent structure of trees and graphs I build via the API so I can develop apps on top
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate
The ability to "show not tell" when speaking with clients and prospects
