What do you like best about the product?
Miro has ensured that we can create, view and edit on all our boards. It so incredible how one can apply many existing formats. Ease sharing and visualising. The templates are in wide range. The efficient features help one to easily collaborate with fellow colleagues. It has a straightforward and friendly interface. It's so flexible in design. It has no limits to user authorisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is helping one to do exactly what is needed of them. No dislike for this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Miro, our team collaboration has fully been enhanced. That how we are managing most projects. It so incredible how I am able to solve all issues regarding whiteboard collaboration efforts. Also Miro has promoted virtual meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can be a good tool for deadline management, but it may not have all the features necessary for managing deadlines in a comprehensive and efficient way e.g. it does not have a built-in calendar view or the ability to set reminders or notifications for deadlines.

For example, you can create visual representations of your projects in Miro and then integrate them with Monday.com to provide a comprehensive overview of the status and progress of your projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a popular online collaboration tool that is commonly used for visualization, especially for creative, design-oriented tasks, and also a flexible tool for visualizing and organizing ideas, concepts, and processes because it ultimately depends on your specific needs and requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Miro but the only point is that I find Visio better than Miro for creating technical diagrams, such as network diagrams, floor plans, and software diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly used Miro for creating visual representations of our strategies. Because Miro's visual and collaborative nature can help teams effectively capture and communicate ideas, strategies, and plans. In addition, Miro's ability to integrate with other tools, such as Google Drive and Slack, can help streamline the process of creating and sharing strategy documentation.

I design processes, landing pages, system architectures, integrations etc.. .
I tried similar tools and always came back to Miro as it is the more friendly, easy to use, and complete tool that cover all my needs

I just love it. There is nothing that I could think of as not enough for my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me provide a complete overview of some of my initiatives, avoids long novel emails, and saves my time when it comes to explaining a process, no meeting is needed, I use Miro, share the board and in most of the cases, there are no questions from my team. It also helps me to ensure that I do not miss any steps when implementing Customer Programs or designing any architectures.

Everything is working fine. Nothing disliked.

Two areas: 1. Developing a consolidated and harmonized PMO for our project 2. Conducting brainstorming workshops to collect system requirements.

I have experienced that if 20-30 participants are invited to collaborate on the board simultaneously and they all stary to move objects, the application sometimes lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Have workshop results nicely organized and kept in the commonly accessible place

What do you like best about the product?
All I need from a whiteboard Miro have it; if not, I found it in new features added a couple of weeks later. Since we used Miro, collaboration has become easier than ever. It's hard to explain all the benefits we've got, but if you want to know, start to use it, and you will understand what I mean.

Exploration in the free version is extremely limited, templates just ok.
