Miro has transformed the way I manage tasks with my team
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Miro to assign and organize tasks within my team, and it has been an incredibly efficient tool. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to create visual boards where we can break down projects, assign responsibilities, and track progress in real-time. The ability to collaborate simultaneously with other team members has helped us stay aligned and productive, whether we're working remotely or in the office.
The templates and customizable workflows are also great advantages, allowing us to tailor the platform to our specific needs. In short, Miro has been a game-changer for improving communication and efficiency within my team. I highly recommend it to any team looking to enhance their organization and collaboration!

What do you dislike about the product?
one thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the app can be a bit slow or laggy when working with large boards or many collaborators at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time Collaboration: With remote and hybrid work being common, Miro allows my team to collaborate in real-time, regardless of location. This has greatly improved the flow of communication, brainstorming, and decision-making processes, making the team more efficient and aligned.
Enhanced Visualization: The visual boards help break down complex projects into manageable pieces, making it easier to track progress and identify potential bottlenecks. It’s much more intuitive than traditional task management tools, which often rely on lists and spreadsheets.

with miro I can easily map ideas and organize and speed up planning
What do you like best about the product?
The main strength of the look in my opinion is the number of tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a little complicated to draw a flowchart, at this point I prefer the lucidchart tool but it would be excellent if I could improve this part, to centralize the use of just one tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With miro I can centralize several plans and mental maps in a single tool.
It really changed the way we visualize our roadmaps
What do you like best about the product?
Its a superpowerful tool to share ideas, create roadmaps and visualize news projects
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have natural language editor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helpful for creating our roadmaps
Integral Tool for our Day to Day Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a simplistic collaboration tool that we use daily for our organization. For my regionial team it is the perfect web-based (and easy to use) tool for tracking projects from conception to completion. We have users of all technical skill level using Miro and it is so easy to pick up and collaborate on. This tool has been perfect for our day to day use and I cannot imagine working without using Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Miro. We should explore more capabilities of the tool and that is on our 90 day list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to manipulate to our needs. It is a very simplistic (but yet robust tool) and we have configured it to our business and our needs. That fact that it is very easy to use and web based means that everyone on our team has access and is contributing to it.
Miro a collaborative environment for sketching a flow diagram of a complex defi protocol
What do you like best about the product?
I use miro primarily for flow diagram of a defi protocol, visualizing concepts, sketch the control flow from one contract to another inside a system. Complex lending and borrowing protocols have intricate call flow which can be visualized. Another thing is we can collaboratively work on a project by creating a team and sharing with them. I mainly use it for creating a flow diagram, creating a team, work on a project on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike on any of features in Miro until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves complexity of a defi protocol by sketching the flow of the protocol when interacted by an external user visually helps me to create heuristics that leads me to understand the protocol much better and where it can go wrong. It benefitted me greatly in getting leads in auditing a protocol.
Organize & collaborate globally like never before
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been a gamechanger for getting on the same page with the whole team, sharing ideas, roadmaps, you name it. In past roles, I was always limited to sharing designs and brainstorming pages within the design team, but Miro is truly a company-inclusive platform. X-tool integration is seamless as well, for example Jira tickets can be plugged in or created with the press of a button. Figma files can be linked and imbedded, etc.
I work (extremely) remotely - from San Francisco with a team in Auckland, New Zealand. Miro helps me feel like we are in the same room when it comes to workshops. I picked up Miro when I onboarded, and within a few days I was confidentally running my own global workshops.
I use Miro personally as well, a few examples are: helping my friend plan her wedding and collaborating on a group trip.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have a stretch request to allow imbedding Figma protoypes into Miro ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems miro solves: Roadmps and share-outs are less effective using static versions / iterations. Being a remote employee working with an in person team makes it hard to share ideas and voice on an equal level. + more
We migrated our diagrams to Miro and it feels like our organization maturity ir growing
What do you like best about the product?
Every process mapping, workflows and diagrams can be organized collaborativly in Miro, this is awesome. It is very easy to implement and start using and it doesn't have a steep learning curve. We have never needed assistance from Customer Support before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Unfortunatly some templates and forms are paid, but that doesn't feel unfair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of our process are visible to all the collaborators of the company now
Miro has enabled our team to seamlessly plan system architecture for years
What do you like best about the product?
In Miro, its very fast to put together a high level system diagram. I am a teach lead for a team of backend engineers, and we use Miro every time a sequence diagram, flow chart, or visualization of event driven architecture is needed. We find it very useful for real time collaboration and being able to drag arrows around in our flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for our specific use case is maybe UI scaling-- which isn't a huge blocker. We tend to make very large diagrams and sometimes the arrows aren't visibile or very clear to what they are pointing to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team planning each quarter and system diagrams for technical documentation.
Essential Planning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I find Miro so easy to use and intuative. I am able to use it in every project and it makes it so easy to see all of the things going on in my campaigns. There are lots of things you can do with Miro, but one of my favorite things is that it's so nice to also be able to collaborate with others in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to remember the keyboard shortcuts. I wish they were similar to other popular applications. I wish there were more planning templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro to plan out our marketing campaigns. It's many features allows us to collaborate and plan multiple campaigns within one miro board. We can see the entire year's plan, but if things need to change (as they often do), we are able to make changes quickly without having to reconfigure the entire design. It has allowed us to collaborate asynchronously across various timezones. It's been incredibly helpful.
Great mindmapping tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it makes to map out projects, tasks and collaborate with different stakeholders within the team. The visualization is great and the UI is also awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
For very large mind-maps, we sometimes feel complexity navigating the mindmap. But the pros outweigh the cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me mindmap the accounts effectively and I am able to involve different users and collaborate with them
