Miro is a gamechanger for remote team collaboration!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team of architects and clients is located all over the world. Miro allows us to collaborate and contribute like we are all sitting around one table or in front of one whiteboard. It has revolutionized how we collaborate as a team, how I review my staff's work, and how I present our designs to our clients. We love Miro!
What do you dislike about the product?
As our Miro boards get bigger, we sometimes run into glitches/lagging which can be really frustrating. We try our best to keep board content as trim as possible, but I wish the threshold was higher.

The best collaboration tool I have used
What do you like best about the product?
That for me is that it is super easy to work with. It also almost fully replaces slides and networking tools. Support has been great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro hides pretty basic security features behind higher tiers. Single sign on (SSO) is hidden behind Business and provisioning behind Enterprise. This is a very unwanted behavior from many big SAAS providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIt gathers whiteboarding, process flows and other diagrams perfectly. It has been easy to get people to use Miro over different teams. From product managers to IT helpdesk, they all use it. By keeping so much in one platform and doing it so well solves a lot of my problems as an admin (I also like it as a user).
Great overall experience terrible file/folder management
What do you like best about the product?
The multiplayer, the functions and the templates are amazing.
But wireframing and adding different icons for example still an issue.

What do you dislike about the product?
The file management to have all listed in one screen in complicated.
The visibility of some files, that maybe you dont want to be publuc at one point of time is quite confusing.
A personal part would be appreciated

Sharing and exploring ideas. This is the main function for me. The connectivity and the shareability is key points here.

best collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro enables collaboration, planning and documentation like no other tool. It's great for workshops, stucture, anlysis and planning. It's easy to invite others to join boards, and takes no time to get going with the tool because of how easy and intuitve it is to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so intuitive to use pictures in miro, i wish there was an option text from pdf (a better integration of acrobat formats)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows real time collaboration, making it SO easy for many people to contribute and be included at the same time. The integrations of different apps and now also AI features make possible for a lot of work to be happening directly in Miro.

What do you dislike about the product?
As a designer, I often have numerous boards open simultaneously. In these instances, Miro can become glitchy and slow, which can disrupt the flow of work and become a bit frustrating. This is something I hope will be addressed in future updates to improve stability and performance.

Enhanced Collaboration: Miro brings together remote teams in a seamless and interactive way. This is crucial for design work, where real-time feedback and brainstorming are essential. The ability to collaborate on a shared digital whiteboard, regardless of location, ensures that all team members are aligned and can contribute to the creative process without geographical constraints.
Flexibility and Creativity: Miro offers a versatile canvas that adapts to various needs. Whether I’m mapping out user journeys, creating wireframes, or conducting design sprints, Miro’s flexibility allows me to build and organize content in a way that best suits the project. This freedom enhances my creative process and helps in visualizing complex ideas more effectively.
Streamlined Communication: The integration of comments, sticky notes, and other collaborative tools within Miro helps in maintaining clear and organized communication. It simplifies the process of gathering feedback, making it easier to incorporate suggestions and track changes directly on the board.
Integration with Other Tools: Miro’s ease of integration with other platforms like Slack, Google Drive, and Figma means I can work within my preferred ecosystem while still leveraging Miro’s collaborative features. This streamlines my workflow and reduces the need to switch between different tools.

So much love for Miro
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of it - you just open a board, and intuitively start working. The colours and templates are a great framework to help me organise my thoughts.
I've done some of my best work on Miro

What do you dislike about the product?
I love the video function - but a lot of my colleagues opt for Zoom, since they don't know the video function exists. That's a bit of a bummer. The comments section is a bit fidly.
The limitations with font is quite frustration - I would like to be able to highlight certain words, make certain words larger than others etc.

A Game-Changer for Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for facilitating agile ceremonies like retrospectives and squad discussions as it encourages effective collaboration and provides excellent visual summaries. The clean and user-friendly UI/UX enhances the ease of use significantly. During retros, I find features like unlimited stickies, private mode, and countdown timers very beneficial. These features promote efficient and productive sessions. Additionally, the ability to add GIFs injects an element of fun into the retrospectives. It's incredibly helpful to see who is actively on the board and identify sticky note authors, while the functionality to tag people with actionables aids in organizing outcomes effectively. Miro’s capability to support remote work by allowing everyone to collaborate on the same board is immensely valuable. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, and I am extremely satisfied, as evidenced by my likelihood of recommending it to others at a perfect score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to provide a clear view for each collaborator regarding what tasks sit on their plate and the status of actionables. Miro lacks a feature to collate actionables into a checklist that can be updated and provides a clear visual representation. This limitation hinders effective task management and visibility among team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to facilitate agile ceremonies and remote collaboration, benefiting from its clean UI, unlimited stickies, private mode, and tagging to enhance retrospectives, add fun, and manage actionables effectively.
Very handy tool for visualizing any abstract user flows I want to put to paper
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is not cluttered UI-wise. I have a few essential tools I keep reusing and that's it - they are everything I need to get the job done. I can also easily share the board with others from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only have 3 active boards with a free account, but I do appreciate that the other ones do not get deleted but frozen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can freely make a user flow in any way I want and knowing I won't have any restrictions visually (in the sense that I can make anything, without restrictions of the number of elements for example) is comforting and empowering
