Great tool for any virtual or hybrid meeting that could need a whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
There is a couple of things that make Miro great:
1 - It is simple and easy to use: The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate and add content. You can keep it simple or go the extra mile and use its many plugins to make the most of it.
2 - Fast to start: There are many templates ready to use which can speed up your preparation for a team meeting.
3 - Real-time collaboration: the interface responds relatively fast, making it easy to collaborate with other team members online.
4 - Scaling: in my workplace, we use it in our team of ~15 people, but also for department-wide meetings, which sometimes can include up to 200 people simultaneously on the same board without issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
The phone app for Miro is a good option for visualizing the boards, but still quite hard to use if you want to add or edit content. There are other productivity apps out there that do the job much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any discussion requiring a whiteboard becomes much harder nowadays with virtual and hybrid meetings. Miro solves this issue quite well compared to other tools I've used so far.

The Best Whiteboard collaboration app
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the all-around best whiteboard app on the market. Whiteboard apps, saw an explosion during the pandemic. Most of them were simple with basic uncomplicated features like adding shapes, stickies, and WYSIWYG formatting. As the pandemic closed, most of these whiteboards remain pretty much the same. For instance, Google and Microsoft both saw minimal improvements. Built-in whiteboard apps to collaboration tools like Basecamp and Zoom were also unchanged. Miro on the other hand, continued to add useful features. It is no longer so much a whiteboard app as it is a canvas that is capable of doing many things, such as whiteboarding, mind, mapping, project, flows, and much more more recently. the focus has been on collaboration and live presenting through the application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mirro is an incredibly powerful application, but as such it can be overwhelming. It boasts, hundreds of integrations, but many of them are surface-level at best. For instance, the Slack integration offers very little functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most whiteboarding applications are limited to a default, screen size. That means you have to cram everything into that space. Miro, on the other hand allows white boarding on a tremendous scale. You made your whiteboard too small? No problem, just scale it down.
No matter where You go, Miro will always be connected to You.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro facilitates productive brainstorming sessions and meetings. Its timing, voting by dots, and sticky notes photo uploading capabilities are invaluable for remotely conducting such activities efficiently. Moreover, its range of templates offers a peaceful environment where individuals can be creative with their readings and thoughts. The real-time updates also ensure everyone is on the same page throughout each session - making it my go-to platform when I need to read or think deeply in an organized way while collaborating as a team too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how the structure of Miro's Project Boards can constrain their effectiveness in larger organizations. When companies have huge staffs with multiple teams and departments, it is often difficult for smaller groups to get noticed or make decisions independently. As a result, they must all work under one project board to coordinate efforts between departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been an invaluable resource for my workplace. It manages sales procedures and user-role descriptions while enabling us to have group brainstorming sessions even when telecommuting. Its accessibility from anywhere makes this possible.
