Great collaboration tool that evolves in the pace that I need
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate online well, to add beautiful visuals, how it seemlesly integrates to other tools that I work. The beautiful design and all the features it has that enhance my workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't adjust the corner radius of rectangles and generally how tables work, it's a bit messy and hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborate online, running workshops online, document offline workshops

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use. Its UI is very intuitive and I never struggled to find any functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything negative to say about Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm collaborating with coworkers on a project which requires some coordination. We use Miro to describe the project and map the different tasks. In real time we can always follow-up on the different steps of the project.
Great tool for teams
What do you like best about the product?
That it is a collaborative, customizable tool, with different options to work on what you need with your team and that you can have it both on the web and on the mobile app.

What do you dislike about the product?
Should have a more practical tool to assign tasks to the team and check the tasks already done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the need to have just one board for the team, where all can have access to the status of the projects and the information in real time, where all we can participate. As a project manager it makes it much easier for me to interact with the team and the project process.

What do you like best about the product?
Since we work in the distributed team, many things happen online, so we need a tool which will allow smooth collaboration between team members. Miro helps us a lot to achieve this. We do our brainstorming there, create architecture, do planning, and, of course, we use it for retrospectives.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are couple of features which are missing in Miro:
- We lack folder structure in our Miro project. It would be nice to have our boards grouped in on project instead of creating new project each time.
- There is no handy way to freeze and version the boards. We have to copy boards and add the version of the board to the title. If the board is locked for changes it is not possible to copy objects from there. It would be nice to have “Released board” for which only reading and commenting is allowed.

Great user interface & endless templates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the limitless board size on miro. I create wireframes using miro and the templates available are perfect for the components I need. I also like that you can copy the content as an image for easy sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be slow to load. Would be great if it was possible to copy some elements as text boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating wireframe templates for web pages & adding feedback. I also use miro for mapping out customer journeys for online campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that it can become overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of remote and asynchronous collaboration became apparent when COVID hit, and we had to transition to working from home. Before COVID, our team would gather in a meeting room with a whiteboard, but after each session, we would have to take photos or notes of the brainstorming we had done. This process was cumbersome and limited to those physically present in the office.
Now, with Miro, we can easily brainstorm with remote teams, and it’s much more convenient to revisit and review our notes. Miro has made the entire process more inclusive and efficient, allowing us to collaborate seamlessly, regardless of location.

Long time user, finding new ways to use Miro every month.
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, variety in features from colors, shapes, frames, emojis, timers, music, to create individual work fast or team work collaborative and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not yet used the desktop app or more advanced features and unsure how this could help. I'd love some key board shortcuts, although this might exist already. More templates would be great!

Visual thinking and organization. Team collaboration for higher level problems.
Great collaboration and design tool, file management needs work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that miro is constantly improving and keeping up with the latest technologies. It's exciting to have access to various new AI features to see how they can speed up and or improve our work. And I love that how easy miro makes it to collaborate on design research and concepts development. It really is an incredibly flexible tool that our team can't do without.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited project and board organization and management tools. I am part of large department team so the number of projects is overwhelming. And there's no sub-foldering with projects. It can be very difficult to find boards I'm looking for, especially those from a year or more ago that I need to reference again. So I would love to see some improvement in this area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro provides us with an invaluable tool for team collaboration both within our department and outside of it. This ability to collaborate on projects with stakeholders like Product Managers and Development teams dramatically improves our digital products because it facilitates alignment, early identification of constraints and opportunities, and makes it easy to work asynchronously when needed. Miro also is probably the best virtual solution and alternative to a physical whiteboard that I've used. Only it's better because it integrates with the rest of the digital universe and you never have to erase or take pictures to save your work.
Miro is a POWERHOUSE for mind mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I like that MIRO gives a freelance platform that's easy to use for mind mapping. It showcases thoughts in a digestable way.
What do you dislike about the product?
MIRO could do a better job at drawings to text functionality.

What do you dislike about the product?
I want it to be easier to create a deck and export as a decent quality images. It is confusing how to export frames into a pdf that is in the correct order or at a decent quality level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it keeps my entire design process in one place so I can easily know if i have veered off path of my initial intent. I can easily reference old work or information i had gathered at different stages of the process
