Great tool for brainstorming, collaboration, and idea organization

  • January 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very flexible and intuitive. It makes it easy to organize ideas, build presentations, and collaborate in real time. It works really well for brainstorms and workshops, especially when aligning ideas with different people and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes boards can become too large or cluttered, which makes navigation a bit harder. Also, performance can slow down on very complex boards, but nothing that blocks usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the problem of organizing ideas visually and collaborating with distributed teams. It helps turn brainstorms into structured outputs and makes it easier to present ideas clearly, especially in remote or cross-team environments.

The ease of use and the drag-and-drop features are highly appreciated, as they allow me to concentrate on operations instead of spending time figuring out how to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might not be the most advanced tool available, but that’s not really what I expect from it. Miro is a very straightforward tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me map the different aspects of customer journeys both commercially and from an experience point of view.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Miro for its numerous features and its vast space that make organizing my study projects easier. It's simple to organize and I can easily gather all the elements I need, even with the free version. I find that Miro is very good as it is, I have nothing to improve because it is easy to handle. The initial setup was very easy, and I am very satisfied to the point of recommending it without hesitation to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that there is a limit of 3 boards per team with the free version.

A Powerful Visual Workspace That Scales with Your Business

  • January 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
A powerful visual workspace that scales with real business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro combines flexibility with structure. It allows teams to think visually while still keeping complex processes, strategies, and product work organized. The infinite canvas, real-time collaboration, and ready-to-use templates make it extremely efficient for workshops, planning, and decision-making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is most helpful as a single source of truth for collaboration. Instead of spreading ideas across tools, documents, and calls, everything lives in one shared space. It speeds up alignment, improves clarity, and makes complex topics easier to understand and communicate across teams.

Engaging Teaching Tool with Room for Interface Improvements

  • January 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciated the ability to create multiple pages and organize content taught over several days into separate sections. I also liked the interactive aspect, as those with access could edit the material. Overall, I think this is an effective and engaging tool for teaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro somewhat challenging to use. Although I watched a brief introductory video, it didn’t cover all the features that Miro offers, leaving me unsure about some of its capabilities. Additionally, I feel that the interface appears a bit outdated. Additionally, the fact that it can be edited by multiple individuals at the same time can get messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro lets users interact live and at the same time, which makes it a highly engaging tool for teaching. I find it especially useful that course materials spanning several days, weeks, or even months can be organized on a single sheet, making everything easy to access in one place. As a teacher, I can prepare my courses in advance and have them ready for years, which is a huge advantage. Miro also replaces the need for multiple platforms like Google Classroom or PowerPoint, since everything can be managed in one location. Another benefit is the ability to respond directly to individual student queries—even if a question comes up during class, I can address it later when I have time.

Clutter-Free UI Makes Idea Jotting Effortless with iPad app making life easier

  • January 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I am someone who loves to jot down ideas regularly. I have tried other softwares too but I just got stuck with miro. The UI is clutter free, I dont seeing too many options here and there, it hampers my work. The ability of having everything on a single platform, from tables to flows to docs. It helps me keep everything at a place, like single source of truth for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never used Kanban, I didnt get the purpose of that. Miro is more like a planning and mapping tool for me. Kanban I have used in Notion and other apps. Other than that Slides is something which I dont want personally, I dont use it anyways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently I downloaded MIRO on my iPad, I am someone who loves to write things. After the micro iPad app I feel my thoughts are getting converted better, and it's easy for me to share it to my team. One of the best features

Intuitive Diagramming with Real-Time Collaboration

  • January 04, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create and edit process flow diagrams in Miro. The drag-and-drop shapes and connectors are great, and real-time collaboration makes it simple to explain workflows clearly during discussions. I also enjoy the real-time collaboration feature, as multiple people can view and comment on the same process flow, which makes reviews faster and clearer. The initial setup was very easy too; I just signed in, opened a board, and started creating diagrams right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes large process flow diagrams feel cluttered and harder to manage. Better alignment tools or easier zoom handling would improve the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me visually map workflows and explain processes clearly, saving time and avoiding confusion. I like the ease of creating diagrams and real-time collaboration, which enhances discussions and speeds up reviews.

Versatility and Creativity Without Limits with Miro

  • January 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Miro gives me creative freedom and allows me to see a broader picture to make better decisions. The image editing tools are amazing, especially the 'remove background' feature, which helps me design more visually. I greatly value the ability to create boards and flows without limits within a single board, and all of Miro's tools are impressive. The initial setup was very easy, a 10/10 for me. I also absolutely recommend Miro, with a 10 on the recommendation scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let the lines show me the degree of inclination. Sometimes I would like to be able to create a timeline or a representation of a 'funnel', to which I would love for these shapes to look good visually, that is, not appear crooked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to have creative freedom, observe a broad panorama, and make efficient decisions. The image editing tools are incredible, they allow me to design visually. Additionally, I can create boards and flows without limits, unlike Lucidchart.

Facilitate Organization, But It Can Improve in Integration and Sharing

  • January 03, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which processes can be organized and visualized in Miro. It also helps me share my ideas and makes it so others can understand what I am presenting or proposing.
What do you dislike about the product?
When starting the free trial, I didn't know that the work couldn't be shared for others to comment on it, not edit it, but just comment. So it limited me a bit there, because I wasn't very familiar with the plan. Also, I don't know with which tool I can integrate it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro to create organizational charts and process maps, improving internal and external communication. It facilitates organizing and visualizing processes, helping to share ideas and allowing others to understand my proposals.
