Solid!
What do you like best about the product?
The diversity of tools and a really great design. It is also very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. But would be an improvement to have more control over the design of the elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am creating a mindmap that has to be aesthetically enjoyable and I don't have a budget.

Miro makes remote work possible
What do you like best about the product?
The cohesiveness of the product is the feature that I enjoy the most. Combined with the miroverse community and templates, miro is the one-stop-shop for digital whiteboarding activities. I do not know how I could manage in a remote working world without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires training to become familiar with how to find things. Not a knock on the product but I think there are some community organic tips that might need to be baked into the tool in the future such as a "Start here" concept. You can use a digital pencil with it but isn't really a good suit for the product yet without grouping or doing tedious work to manage it. Sometimes being a one-stop-shop works against it where there might be too many tools or features that can be added. I think any enterprise that adopts it may want to create a guide on what's useful day to day as it can become overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating in a remote environment on abstract ideas. Miro has lots of integrations and makes it easy to dump things into and refine over time as well as collaborate with many people. This makes running workshops very easy and makes it a great instructional tool. Working in an Agile software development group it has made teaching and communicating agile concepts much easier. In the past before Covid we'd need to find giant white paper and conference rooms just to show a simple idea. Now we can walk people through quick activities and get that feedback immediately. It is a huge timesaver and most people can grasp the concepts quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's just to easy to use and flexible enough to work in so many collaborative scenarios.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had breakout room functionality built directly into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we've gone to working remote, we've struggled to find a remote collaboration/whiteboarding tool with as much functionality as Miro.
USEFUL AND VERSATILE TOOLL
What do you like best about the product?
I like best the versatility of the tooll, and how it can be used to centralize and organize information and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online version is better than the app, for some reason, I can't tell why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been using it for all kinds canvas of analysis, mapping processes, sketching and designing solutions, brainstorming, centralizing and organizing ideas... there are multiple boards, so I can have multiple perspectives of a subject in the same place. Also, the templates are ready to use, and that will save you time when you need solutions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, explore it, speacially if you're a business owner and you need to make flowcharts, canvas, organize, map, and plan, or just save ideas for later.

Powerful collaborative tools
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is one of the most powerful collaborative tool that I used to support me as Master trainer soft-skill using Interactive & Live distance learning, this method is different from just online training or webinar, its like offline class but using technology, and i found Miro is very helpful:

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software in large quantities, mainly for its basic functionalities that it offers, since they are high definition according to the screen when initializing the whiteboard online in group, I love Miro, since it conveys an ease of use in its entirety, including that it contains a variety of tools that allow the system to be operated in an adequate and simple way, making it a platform based on telecommunications through video, as well as multifunctional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a platform that contains programmed bases to have an objective of interaction between the users of this platform and in different ways of issuance, we can emphasize that it does not have a calendar management integrated into the system, which does not allow to have meeting reminders to execute, considering a necessary update so that greater availability can be obtained to the task options that contain most of the services taken into account in telecommunications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro offers us its visual collaboration tool for virtual whiteboard presentations, to manage better projects in a very sophisticated and unique way, which at the same time allows to share different files or similar formats either privately or in an endless support of Some broadcast platform, be it images, 3D digital mockups, videos, sticky notes, documents, in unpublished quantities, allowing us a better performance when interacting due to its high video definitions and its design complexity, which we use all of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is totally recommended, for developer companies with virtual purposes, whether they are automation or complex aids, that is, software, even for interface elaborations, agile methodology trainers, product managers and others, in the same way it is ideal for design, graphic and web services, agencies that are dedicated to marketing and advertising and others, as this system contains versatility in its use, since users frequently use it for these virtues.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive in design. An endless whiteboard that expands as needed with grids or just white background. There are two sets of tools that can be changes out and features integrated as needed. it is surprisingly fast and easy to conduct for meetings, working through ideas, and even database design.
What do you dislike about the product?
There features are constantly updating (which is great) but sometimes there are small unwanted effects that comes with rolling out these feature. They are usually fixed quickly.
The big thing is telling my clients to please go into their settings to allow the chat feature to appear. There should be a note at the top stating what they need to do for the chat feature to work.

Anything from database design, project management , and teaching students. I have even used it for very important presentations for legal and financial matters because it provides a great way to delineate date through time.

Play around with it. It has many use cases and sometimes it can take a little playing around with.
