What do you like best about the product?
is a really very useful tool for being able to work in teams.
Whether you are an expert or a beginner because it is very intuitive and simple.
It's a real notebook where you can create clear mokaups in just a few steps. I recommend it !
the free version is still very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't say. Perhaps the fact that the more you add elements the heavier it becomes and is likely to slow down your navigation, but that is normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives you the ability to work in teams each from their own computer

Using miro for block diagrams for systems and electronics

  • July 27, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Nothing to install, and everything is available no matter which computer you are on.
It's intuitive to use, no manuals to read.
Just about anything is easy to represent and model in MIRO for team collaboration. The ability to leave comments and pin to a section of the design is very usefull for collaboration with a worldwide team.
I use it for anything I can
What do you dislike about the product?
I would probably add some features for versioning or archiving non current designs, but, part of the appeal here is it is simple to use - that is I don't have to spend any time learning, and just get straight to the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use MIRO to share and create block diagrams of electronic assemblies such that a team can achieve a collaborated and agreed on design when we are all in different time zones.

An Amazing Tool for Visualization and Collaboration

  • July 25, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best quality of Miro is how easy it is to use. It's designed so anyone can navigate and interact with it (it's a life saver in a company where not every team member is tech-savvy). Miro is great for turning complex projects into simple visuals that everyone can understand. Plus, sharing and signing in is not overly complicated, making collaboration & visibility easy.

Miro also integrates smoothly with the other tools we use, which makes our workflow more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the many features and templates in Miro can be a bit overwhelming. It can be tricky to find the exact tool or template you need. This can slow things down for new users, but with a little more training and experience, it gets easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro's been a lifesaver for a bunch of reasons:

Complex Project Visualization: It’s amazing how Miro breaks down complicated projects into simple visuals. This has been super helpful in making intricate workflows easier to grasp. I can show detailed processes and plans to other teams without any confusion, which is awesome.

Team Collaboration: Miro lets everyone work on the same board at the same time, no matter where they are. This real-time collaboration has really improved our communication and cut down on delays and misunderstandings. It's just way easier to get everyone on the same page.

Process Documentation and Automation: Miro is fantastic for creating visual documentation of our processes. This is crucial for the data team when we're building automation flows. The clear visuals make it so much easier for them to understand and take over, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent for collaboration

  • July 25, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the Go-To Tool for our teams to collaborate and present content in a concise or detailed way, depending on the audience. It is simple to use, user-friendly and makes it easy for consumers to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a starter, it might feel there is a lot to learn before starting to use Miro. However, it grows on you after spending time on the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, effective visualisation

Not perfect, but close

  • July 24, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is like google docs (real time), but for diagramming, planning, retrospecting, even lightweight TTRPG use.

I love that you can drag things around, add text to anything, recolor anything, and bring in pictures/videos/documents from outside easily.

Diagramming is easy and quick, and there are lots of shape options for it.

Miro integrated seamlessly with our single sign on through Okta.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app didn't let me edit our team calendar.

The permissions are well thought out, but it's hard to make something properly public, at least in my organization.

The share links don't use the name of the board at all, so you can't tell them apart at a glance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with technical design. It's also our team's shared calendar (outlook shared calendars suck) for PTO, and our retrospective and planning boards.
