Convenient and quick but annoying when it comes to formatting and spacing for aesthetics.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick for creating and organising study mind maps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Why does it keep automatically add in spacing for me when I move my textboxes around (for mind maps)? I have my own taste for aesthetics ...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating mind maps with the ability to make edits all over and over again till perfection. This helps me structure and improve the accuracy and detailedness of my study notes.

Great way to collaborate with others for simple idea generation

  • July 12, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to share ideas with other people on my team through stickies. The collaboration is generall pretty great. There are tools for organizing the stickies which satisfy my needs. I use it about once a week and not using any itegrations. I haven't had the need to contact customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more stickes customization like more shapes and colors. It is also hard to switch between different accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro generally serces as a virtual white board for me to share ideas with others.

Very good tool to plan for projects collaboratively. Specially System Architectures

  • July 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration. We can easily comment and discuss about specific subjects about a block diagram. Not to mention, the implementation is easy. The boards can be integrated to many other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think when I share a miro diagram, the full diagram is shared instead of sharing only one block.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make system architectures for future products using MIro.

Great tool for workshops and research synthesis

  • July 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro works well for synthesising research data, it's intutive and easy to use.
It is a really simple tool, even those new to the platform are comfortable contributing to the board during a workshop after a very quick how-to at the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the presenter mode option can be alittle glitchy and unintuitive.
I would like even more colour options for sticky notes for my purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our workshops nowadays are virtual and Miro helps everyone collaborate no matter where they are working from.
The AI sorting/synthesising functions has saved me time also.

I use it in my company and miro has been helping to create new products and improve existing ones.

Its a good space to store ideas and references. Its also a good place to share things with colleagues.
