Very easy to become a designer to express my ideas!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and also it has many functionalities that I need for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are not the best and it is sometimes hard to share boards when in your company you have many projects. I have to find the project where everyone has permissions

It helps with expressing ideas, either by allowing me to create diagrams or by having workshops with many people

It has allowed our team to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects visually, which significantly improves our creativity

We have experienced lags when the boards become content heavy

What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro because I can use it for my work project. It allows for comprehensive and detailed work while also keeping things simple. I also love how easy it is to share and vote on certain aspects of the board and for users to go in and make edits. It also saves everything very efficiently and easy to integrate to other apps such as teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when using the pointer arrows it was less clunky. Also, the ease of copy and pasting boxes while keeping arrows could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solved the ability to process map and allow the team I am working in to collaborate easily.

While Miro excels in many areas, occasional lag can occur with complex or heavily populated boards.

Miro transforms chaotic brainstorming sessions into organized, productive meetings for our team. Previously, our ideas were scattered across emails and notes. Now, we visualize everything in one place, streamline workflows, and enhance collaboration. This shift has saved us time, reduced misunderstandings, and boosted our creativity.

There's a learning curve to use it to its full potential but it is rather intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very comprehensive, which is what catches my attention the most. With it, I can do the entire project discovery. It's a super functional platform, and moreover, it has several amazing tools, can be shared during creation, and can also be used in the browser, which means you can also use it perfectly on a PC.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I don't like. Everything works super well and is functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create the entire roadmap, discovery, retrospective dynamics, team refinement, etc. With Miro, I can do all this and much more in one place, facilitating the team's presentation and collaboration.
Miro is an excellent tool for real-time and post-meeting collaboration!

The best part of Miro is having one source of truth for all users to focus towards for meetings and version updates when collaborating on a project or design.

Some app integrations can take time to get implemented.

Essential Tool for Collaboration and Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a lot of features that enhance collaboration and creativity. Its intuitive for designers and creative people.Brainstorming sessions and real-time collaboration capabilities ensure that team members can contribute and edit simultaneously, no matter where they are. The integration with other productivity software, like Jira or Figma makes it a great tool for professional use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very intuitive for new users. During brainstorming sessions with customers or other teams at the company, they often have difficulty figuring out how to use the basic functions. As a result, I always have to teach them how to use the app before the sessions begin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The app is helping me with collaboration challenges between users across the country, enabling teamwork regardless of location.
An easy way to conceptualize
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of graphics/integrations that provides great versatility
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really complicated to zoom out and in to get a better overview and maintain the scale used initially to continue graphing.

I can use a variety of tools arranged on the same platform to apply to the different activities that my role requires.
Our favourite platform for planning and mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It's just so easy to use, our team uses it for all kinds of tasks, we plan our jiurney and next stages on it, we design our email campaigns on it, every team member is able to add and share their ideas and even screenshots on the board. It's great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well the limitations on amount of boards that comes in the free plan, but that's just how it should work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like that it is a one covenient space where every team member can just collaborate.
