Fantastic product

  • August 09, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is such a brilliant tool for collaboration and creativity. I am a visual person and find it invaluable for fleshing out ideas and building plans. And use it as my tool of choice for presentations and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing obvious, really intuitive tool and keeps getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a visual collaboration tool that allows for presentations, project reviews and brainstorming. It ticks all those boxes.

The infinity board to work and experience to integrate with multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do I need to dislike something? Keep up the excellent work!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Charts, GUI, mockups, flow charts, it does it all for me

  • August 08, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface, multiple tools for all sorts of needs - adding shapes, icons, text, doing live collaboration while on a Zoom call, all works so well and easy. No installs or apps requiered, it simply works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any, for my needs I get everything there. I might add more image editing options but that's something I can live without and use Adobe for it and then import it to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple needs - Making UI mockups for Mobile and web, also, making UX flows, all is super easy to complete with it. I also use it to build flow charts for all sorts of needs, for example sending developers a flow chart of a new flow, it's so easy to complete it there.

Great for sharing ideas, especially if you're like me and can be prone to being scatter brained.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro takes some getting used to, but the level of creativity you can have is fantastic. Yet it isn't so many options that you get overwhelmed. It has so many uses, from mind mapping to presentations. I love the versatility
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app misbehaves at times and that is frustrating. It won't pull up my home screen with the list of boards. I've tried downloading it from Miro directly as well as the Microsoft store app. Both versions have the same issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's just a great way to get all the crap in your head on "paper". I love using the sticky notes to just blurt out all my thoughts and then sit back and actually organize them afterward.

Great for screenwriters!!!

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love working with Miro solo but it's even better with a collaborator who really commits to making the most of the features that are available. It made me feel more dynamic in my communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro limits free accounts to just three boards, so it's not as easy to attract new users. I have a paid subscription, but I think people are less willing to learn a software that they can't use much on their own without paying for a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part, I've used it as a brainstorming tool since I first started using it. It allowed me and my colleagues to reorganize our thoughts in new ways, even not being in the same room.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly diagram ideas, where you can easily organize your thoughts and be prepared to look back.
You can prepare for your next meeting with colleagues or customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The point where the response is sometimes poor.
I wish it would run more smoothly.
Wouldn't enhancing the cloud platform solve the problem?
If it works more comfortably, we will be happy to improve our productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to communicate ideas clearly and graphically to colleagues and customers

Great tool for collaborative work in remote era

  • August 03, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Variety of instruments which allow to cover a lot of use cases, simple and user-friendly interface, useful ready-to-use templates. Very customizible and enjoyable product for all team members
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes web version could be not responsive to user actions, a page could freeze, especially during collaborative work with screen sharing and zoom conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaborative work in remote mode, project planning activities, team brainstorming, retrospectives, feedback gathering, use cases and story mapping creation

    Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Best in class Whiteboard Application for Remote Collaboration

  • August 03, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - Collaborators do not need a license / login: You can simply get people into it by sharing a link & password!
It takes nearly no time to get into the software, so getting startet is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Especially when working with the desktop app, it consumes a lot of resources from my local machine.
The fact that you can not view, but only set or overwrite a board password is annoying.
Active Pen support for Touchscreens (on-screen drawing) is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote collaboration (workshops) & creativity sessions (wireframing)
But sometimes even for presenting ideas & concepts

    Entertainment

Versatile collaboration tool for small and large groups

  • August 03, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility and endless canvas. We have modelled whole products on one canvas which helps to show the ideas and go back and forth between different levels of design and tech plans to prestudy results. Never have I been so "on track" of what we are talking about and where are we going.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access management has been a problem in our company, we use SSO and it seems that at times not all participants have rights to edit the canvas even though they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have bridged the gap from user studies trough ideation to design and implementation planning with Miro. I am sure that other purpose-built tools could to this too, but freedom to express any of the phases as you see fit has been a boon for our teams.
