Miro is great and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
When onboarding, it is a great tool in explaining how processes work. For editing labels and copy, it is easy to share and make edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the layout could be a littl more organized, but it is good as is

Colloboration if ideas and editing. Plus it has helped us process map SOP's

i dont really have anything negative to say. its a pretty simple tool that has a big impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me map out the direction i want to go.
This is the best design tool I've used for solution architecture related diagrams.

It enables me to pretty much do everything I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating sequence diagrams can be a challenge to get all the lines aligned correctly. Need more ways to automate with AI repetitive tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Miro for almost everything work-related. Collaborating with my squad, ideating, roadmapping, writing notes. It's one of the first products I go into each day.
I also love the constant updates. They're always aligned with how I use the product which shows the product team has a strong understanding of their customers. The release notes are also really good.

I think the AI tool needs some work to make it useful.

Great product to brainstorm and organize thoughts to align on our product deliverables
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and manipulate on the fly. The ability to collaborate and quickly craft new frames to organize thoughts makes it easy to review our brainstorming sessions and use Miro as a jumping off point for our software delivery lifecycle. The integration to Jira is an excellent way for us to transition from our brainstorming and organization into functional work items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the tables cumbersome to use. Often I have some light sample content that would benefit from being uploaded into a table (LucidChart feature). Doing this by hand is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate across multiple user is the primary value we get out of Miro. The digital whiteboard and ability to quickly sequence bodies of work helps us to visually get everyone on the same page before we start in on our work items.
A tool for everything
What do you like best about the product?
As a UX manager, I have many projects running at the same time with a lot of information and MIRO helps me organize everything visually. Like a real whiteboard, I can quickly change a sticker, a flow, or even a card integrated into JIRA. But the best feature for me is the collaboration possibilities where I can keep the team updated in a meeting or asynchronous.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost no complaints about MIRO, but one thing I use a lot and find that could be better is an automated Gantt chart template.
MIRO does have a Gantt chart template but I have to manually configure the month, weeks, and days for each column. It would be wonderful to have the possibility to import this template from a real calendar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, MIRO is a single solution that solves several activities such as discoveries, project management, team management, co-creative sessions, personal notes, and more.
Great collaboration tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that multiple users can collaborate at the same time on the board. I also like that it is easy to learn and to maintain the audience engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way I could apply transparency to images and to organize diagrams using layers. If this is too complicated, I wish we could assign objects to foreground/mid/background so users can keep their ideas more organized.

It is easier to share my progress with my coworkers and it is facilitating presentations to the clients.

1. Componentize cards: I want to make sure I'm not replicating content and centralize things. If you change something in one instance, it changes everything
2. Frames: if there is a frame inside another, allow everything to be loaded together
3. Search within the board (cmd+f): any new character that I type, the search already retries again. But on large boards this is horrible because I have to wait for it to reload even if I haven't finished writing or I've written the wrong word.
4. Heavy boards: doesn't take long to a board to become heavy and hard to navigate
5. I miss Notion integration

What do you like best about the product?
The three main features I love about Miro are: Templates, Collaboration, and Navigation. I can go from idea, poc, roadmap, mvp to launch plan. The dimensions of the way information can be presented have a significant impact in how we communicate within organizations and collaborate across teams. It is a great tool to collaborate. I use it to build strategy, presentations, mockups, and roadmaps. It's amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPad app does not have the online desktop functionality which makes it hard to use. It would be great for navigation to be improved there. The new AI assistant is cool. Looking forward to more applications. I am used the "text to presentation" feature. It's ok. Could be improved to deliver more graphs than just slides with text and an unrelated picture. But it is a start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting in a word processor is cool if ideas are linear and hierarchal. But they rarely are. Miro provides a different view where things can connect in a way that makes sense to the user and their collaborators.
Great enviroment for brainstorming and creative collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward, easy to use, multiple templates, no lagging, real-time collaboration with multiple team memebers. I currently use it on all my projects to brainstorm and review with the team. It is quite easy to learn and integrate into the team workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific. I would just like some new features added in e.g. archiving a frame (e.g. where it becomes less visible, view only and maybe with a banner that says superseded). I would also like the frame to have more details e.g. time of creation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of note-taking during meetings as it brings my slides to life. I can easily edit, add comments and move across various elements and templates. I don't need to open multiple files or scroll through an infinite number of slides to recall all previous discussions as I can keep track of all the conversations in one space.
