What do you like best about the product?
I've been utilizing Miro for an extended period, and I've grown to love its features. It's proven to be incredibly beneficial for planning out my projects and keeping all the relevant documentation in one place. The platform's seamless collaboration tools have also allowed me to effectively conduct design workshops online. Moreover, the pre-built templates have significantly enhanced my ability to present my work in a professional and visually appealing manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current state of AI integration lacks maturity and struggles to maintain context, which impacts its functionality. I believe that seamless improvements within workflows will enhance its features significantly. Additionally, I've encountered difficulties finding an app that fulfills my requirements for creating customizable charts and figures. This limitation impedes my ability to tailor visual representations to specific needs and preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it convenient to create journey maps using this tool, especially when presenting them to larger groups. It's a great way to keep everything well-documented in the project. Online collaboration between teams is seamless, and it facilitates working with my product managers to troubleshoot and conduct design workshops with users. Additionally, I use this tool for quick wireframing to visualize and share my ideas before refining them in Figma, making it easier to make adjustments in my high-fidelity designs.
Great experience, very interactive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Miro makes up for a traditional whiteboard, I use it frequently for focus groups and also for internal brainstorming within the company

The downsides are that it doesnt export to PPT directly,I would like to select all post its to migrate it to AI to make an analysis but its very hard to do that

Master's Thesis
What do you like best about the product?
Easy overview of my whole research for my master's thesis. I was able to easily find and categorise each part, as I was using it on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that you can't put more than 4 brand fonts in Miro. In the process of trying fonts and design styles, it was annoying to constantly change brand fonts :/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows me to have an easy overview of my whole research, so I didn't need to use other platforms.
The perfect tool to complement my work as a UX Designer
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an essential tool in my daily work. As a UX Designer, I frequently use various frameworks, and Miro offers the templates to create them. Additionally, its user-friendly interface allows me to easily create all my research deliverables. I love Miro and plan to continue using it for many years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two areas where improvement is needed:
1. Connection with Figma: While I enjoy creating flows on Miro, integrating these flows into my Figma files is cumbersome. Currently, I must either show a picture or link to the Miro board, which is inconvenient for making changes and modifications. The existing plugin for Figma is insufficient. It should work both ways: allowing screens to be uploaded from Figma to Miro and inserting Miro boards into Figma files.
2. AI: I appreciate your AI features, but there is room for improvement, particularly in transferring outputs from the AI to presentations or post-its.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe Miro is effectively addressing the challenges of remote collaboration.
One of the most powerful tool I've ever work with
What do you like best about the product?
Is applicable to a wide variety of projects, since research to design and engeneering. And is too easy learn and adopt it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have too experience working in generative and dinamic process, is too easy get a mess in your boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting and organize ideas, when you work with multple teams and everyone is too different from each other, as a UX Designer comunicate the right ideas between them becomes difficult, So when we show our Miros' is easier explain and share context from each area involved with.
Miro is the perfect platform for University students like me.
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro because it gives me the opportunity to share my thoughts with my peers. This also enhances the opportunity for them to review what I write. Miro is a very intuitive platform, I got used to it from the very first moment I signed up. What's more, in this first year of using the platform, I noticed that I got along well with every update and implementation made to it: every update and feature added was very handy and easy to understand. For every feature, it took less than a day to get used to it, which is extremely influential on the use. I appreciate that many features can be used fast and still mantain a good "aesthetic" on the board - for example, the sticky notes that can be written in group is a great feature. For this ease of use, in fact, I got used to using Miro almost for every group project I was assigned (which is quite a lot considering I'm studying Design). Almost every teacher uses Miro too and it makes communication between us and them faster and "on point": if there's something wrong with our work, teachers will let us know in no time, having constant access to our Miro. As for the customer support, I have never used it so I don't know what to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that Miro is still not using its best potential for the UI, especially on the board part of the profile. It's misleading as sometimes it happens to create a Board on a Team we've never been in - which is a pity considering that for the free version of Miro we only have 3 free boards to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of coworking while on a distance. It's a great tool for my peers and I that live on different regions but still need to catch up on work and work on our university projects together. It's also very useful as far as it concerns the sharing of material: if I have pictures, text and whatsoever that my peer needs to work on, I can simply put on the board and they can download it in no time.
Perfect tool for collaboration so far
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use and flexible - almost any task or problem I have can be refined in the Miro board.
I use it extensively with my remote team, I love the voting option, and the number of features available (while keeping the tool simple at the same time)

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it crashes without saving changes, regardless of the connection quality (usually when too many people use it).
It is also not possible to work in the offline / weak reception mode (e.g. in the train).
It is quite expensive for an organization

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem of having no flipchart when working remotely :)
Also due to it's flexibility I can draw any problem / issue I have and make it readable for my team members.
