Great space for working out complex ideas into a visual representation
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the multitude of shapes, colors, and arrows you can create and the easy ability to copy, paste & quick edit them. It helps to color code the designs I am working out so the combination of variety and ability to keep consistency is important to me
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel like the templates are particularly useful to me. Each time I have tried to use them I feel like I get trapped with trying to alter sizing in a way that feels correct, then ultimately get frustrated and scrap the whole thing in favor of creating my own from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro primarily helps me map out complicated workflows across our business as we look to solve for bottlenecks and make the business more scaleable
"OUR TEAM NOW WORKS TOGETHER MORE EFFICIENTLY- RELAYING OUR THOUGHTS GRAPHICALLY IS MUCH EASIER"
What do you like best about the product?
Teams from our company typically work both on-site and remotely because the majority of our projects are centered around research analysis for business sales development and growth.Because of its pre-made layouts and voting features, Miro has also proved helpful in enhancing meeting dynamics. The ability to participate from any location is made possible by the mobile app, which is especially helpful for remote or mobile teams. We connect these teams using Miro, which gives us a shared workspace where we can meet virtually and work together on the projects. Moreso, I love how Miro helps us to plan our project works which includes creating diagrammatic representations of the projects for easier visualization and monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much comes to mind right now, I'm a true lover of Miro, but despite its benefits, it can be expensive when sophisticated features or a huge number of users are needed. The platform can also occasionally be slow to load boards with a lot of information or visual elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro can easily generate and share process diagrams and designs, which is highly appreciated by both my team and clients. Having a system in place that allows us to talk about and organize our work clearly has been quite helpful. It's also been beneficial to my colleagues because it doesn't require any prior knowledge of mind mapping or diagramming! With the aid of Miro's top-notch visualization capabilities, we can easily visualize our projects and gain a clear picture of their development. We can work together uninterruptedly with other teams that are working remotely thanks to Miro
Powerful tool for training sessions
What do you like best about the product?
I like Miro’s visual tools the most. For example, mind maps and other visual templates, are my favorite parts. It helps me to implement ideas into visuals and explain them to the team during meetings or training.
What I also like about Miro for training purposes:
- The real-time collaboration features are perfect for interactive training sessions, allowing trainers and trainees to work together on the same project.
During meetings with the team:
- Miro is integrated with Zoom and allows meeting participants to collaborate on a Miro board during Zoom meetings. This is very useful during brainstorming sessions.

It was difficult to get started but once I got the hang of it it was worth the time.

My most favorite design tool
What do you like best about the product?
Has a wide range of features yet it is so simple to use. Implementation is so easy that with absolutely no need for download and setup it lets us hit the runway immediately. Also love the options that are available to export the designs in different file formats making it easy to integrate with our work..
What do you dislike about the product?
At some rare occasions the connectivity gets lost and we have to wait for a few seconds to get it back on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visual representation makes it easy to articulate our thoughts, capture ideas and create prototypes.
Does what it should, in an efficient way, to help me do my job.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a tool i rely on in my daily workings.
It let's me do what i need with speed and agility. The ability to share and let people view my different boards without them needing a license is great especially if teams only need a certain level of access to the board and not working on it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer more Keyboard short cuts or the ability to create my own so i dont need to go the navigation or right click to use specific tools i switch between often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mostly for wireframing Design solutions. We use it as a team space for Design Sprints to work on the same project at the same time as a way to brain storm and Co-design also.
miro board
What do you like best about the product?
simple, collaborative, visuall pleasant, gets the job done
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it is easier to type math equations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
virtual blackboarding and collaborating on ideas
My go to tool for all things collaboration, journey mapping, project planning
What do you like best about the product?
I now use Miro for most of the collaboration for my project work. I appreciate the efficiencies it has created in visual docmentation of the detail related to projects. I espcially like the variability in formats, swtiching from text, shapes, icons an screen shots which I can use in a single view. I also use Miro for collaboration tools which links with teams tools very easily and provides a great space for working together in this virtual world of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I find it hard to set the zoom at the right level, I can get lost on the board and lose my way, however through practise I can master this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to visually depict customer journey's, add text and comments through sticky notes. I also use it to iterate, take feedback in real time.
miro makes work more efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
MIRO is like an online whiteboard. In our online work, we didn't have a tool like a whiteboard where we could write down everyone's thoughts and share our thoughts. With miro, however, this is possible, and complex systems can be organised and understood by describing them. This allows us to discuss things as if we were working face to face.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little, but I would venture to say that you cannot copy the characters that other users have selected. I think it is necessary that other users cannot edit the character they are selecting, but it would be nice to be able to copy it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to share our thoughts online, which helps us to work more smoothly.
Great and complet platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a very useful platform. It helps me a lot to run workshops because it has a lot of templates. Also "I use it for presentations. I really like the version history
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it if, within the projects, categories could be made. To better organize all the boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing collaborative workshops
Miro for both professional and personal life!
What do you like best about the product?
Organization. I love thinking in short sprints, stickies, and short notes. This format is able to help me replicate design thinking in a digital / remote setting that traditional powerpoints and docs simply can't do. It's great for ideation and visualizing a thought process with multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bring back the AI feature!
Embed more with ChatGPT or AI features
This does not replace project management tools yet. Boards can be more interactive or easy to use for these types of use cases.
Need a 'smooth scroll' option via mouse where we're able to lock the same position when scrolling up and down. My partners get vertigo sometimes when I move around the screen haphazardly.

Bringing design thinking workshops into the remote virtual world. It's the best way to get everyone's brains working, low effort with stickies, and keep people engaged. I love the small features like having music play during timers. Allows us to make mistakes, and then piece them together to find the right path forward.
