Great overall experience
What do you like best about the product?
The use and implementation of tools in miro is quite smooth overall and I do use it quite often for various design iterations, note taking and process work stroage as well. I do wish that sometimes Miro could integrate better with other apps allowing me to copy paste images more fluidly but overall the functions across different boards works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update causing the table of contents section on the left that constantly pops out upon opening a new miro board is a bit tedious to work with. On top of that the function of Teams on Miro as well is a bit confusing with the system allowing people invited to the board gaining access to all boards besides just being invited to one board in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project documentation and asychronous reviewing and feedback involving various iterations of work.
Good tool, but not sure how different it is from figma.
What do you like best about the product?
easy to quickly diagram things and share with collaborators
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish i had more control readily available to me with linking things together or finding new images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
brainstorming mood board, prototyping things on a board
Essential to Creative and Innovative Work
What do you like best about the product?
It's where ideas start, where they're developed, and where they're refined. Not just used as a personal notebook but also a collaboration platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can't handle heavy boards, also drawing functionality can be better. When I draw on my iPad the pen colour and size changes randomly and sometimes glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Templates that help ideate and set a framework when I don't know where to start.
Essential for classes
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Miro because it makes classes more interactive for students and also it has a chronometer which is very helpful during tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Miro. I use it for all my classes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some students don't have access to the book/ materials, so I like to share extra information about the classes content to them through Miro.
My no 1 tool for (nearly) everything
What do you like best about the product?
Easy & convenient in usage: I can start with a blank board and work on with Miro through every step in my and my teams process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Structuring boards: since we have a lot of boards it's hard to find specific. A preview would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing maps and structure content in a professional way instead of preparing keynote slides. Miro is just flexible enough to be used both - for scribbles and for presentations
Miro | the extension of my brain
What do you like best about the product?
This magnificent infinite Canvas allow me to capture different pieces of information to be able to make sense and create impactfull project and collaboration opportunities for change !
The Miro Ai tool allow me to compare, summarize and make sense of a lot of reflection in social innovation. The way that the AI is based on the Canvas is so powerfull, in consultancy, with a lot of different organizations, i'm able to always pull out their knowledge and their innovation without being polluted by other prompts or research done before. Also the way all the information can be adapted and tweak to fit many format is marvelous.

What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpfull would be that when you are not well onboard on a Miro Canvas, it could be hard to really engage with the chaotic brain of other users - but that again it's really something that is improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me create visual roadmap for change *Theory of change* and allow me to help organization measure Social Impact. This tools help my bring so much clarity into team - and help them build aligned strategy to meet their impact.
The perfect digital tool for ideation
What do you like best about the product?
Once you become familiar with Miro, the only barrier to expressing your ideas is your own imagination.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything I dislike about Miro. The app is always open on my laptop. I use it frequently; in fact, Miro has been an instrumental tool, facilitating ideating of most of my important projects. I would like to know how to download board backups (in case a visitor to the board was to disrupt the board).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me with content development (e.g., video storyboarding, brochure layout, etc.), campaign development, and flowcharts.
THE platform for async collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I am a visual person, so it helps for me to have a place to map out my thoughts, and then share with others async.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing straight lines/snapping to points can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to work with a global remote team.
An invaluable tool for product managers
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and smooth the interactions with the tool suite are. It's easy to learn, easy to remember, and easy to keep coming back to. Especially as a product manager who often needs to tell stories I use Miro extensively over tools like Powerpoint to assemble a visual story and communicate proposals and complex concepts to stakeholders. What's more, the 2 way integration with JIRA is a life saver enabling me to run workshops around multiple team's roadmaps and make changes to our JIRA plans as we go. I log on to Miro at least once a week but often it's 3, to 4 times a week. I often have a few boards open in my browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Miro had better support for icons. It's already got a rich icon library but I often dislike the icons I find there. I'd also love to have smaller visual templates. The template library is already amazing, but I'd love to have smaller sub components as templates so I can easily assemble a template of my own. I find I need to invent a new visual when I don't find a template that matches the story I need to tell or the activity I'm trying to perform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my life as a product manager a lot easier for the reasons I've outlined before: easy collaboration, ease of use, ease of telling visual stories and assembling such stories quickly.
