A way to getting started
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, 'infinite' canvas, collorative in nature
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing major here. I would just say to focus on what made the tool great and not try to be everything to everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to align. It augments chatting in meeting and encourages us to put things down.
Post it notes, in general, are easy to use, inviting, and low-expectation, which makes it easier for anyone to participate.
Miro artifacts are fluid, which makes it easy to change on the fly.

Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an operational and sales readiness tool. It is easy to use and allows cross-functional teams to collaborate quickly and efficiently. I use this tool to project manage through multi-quarter initiatives and receive real-time feedback from C-Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful for Miro to integrate with microsoft, so we could link the content on a Miro board to a powerpoint or word document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows cross-functional consultants to view real-time project updates and collaborate efficiently.
MIRO: The user friendly tool for anyone
What do you like best about the product?
Miro Is a really helpful tool when working with non tech-savy users. The functions are really easy to learn, and the fact that everyone is able to participate at the same time, makes it really useful for focus group exercises, generative workshops, brainstomings and brief reviewing.
Also, for the most experienced users, there are keyboard shortcuts that make it easy to have a better performance, which makes it easier to manage teams and activities.
Summing-up, Miro makes it simple to do remote tasks with a large team, allowing the leaders to have a look at s glance of all the work that is being done

What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most about miro is the team system approach to organize every project, sometimes the people I work with don't understand where is the paid team, so they create their own teams and later we realize because of the paywall, and the misusing of the main team we cannot export the frames or something among those lines. It's really frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly solves the distance problem, the fact that everyone with access can edit from their places even if they're not close is something that makes all of the work easier
Its accessibility, being as easy as opening a link in the browser no matter which hardware the user has makes it simple for any user to participate in the tasks we prepare

Very useful piece of software that makes sharing workflows and decision trees with your team easy.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to update and edit your diagrams without having to totally start over from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always super simple to find the function that you want, because it just has so many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehensive and intuitive diagramming that makes it easy to share logic flows with your team.
Easy and useful, I use it in every project
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and ease with which I can choose different types of stickers, color labeling, types of connection arrows, I find it really easy to use. Also the function of leaving comments on a board shared with co-workers, and allowing them to respond directly to me on the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
At least until the last time I used it in a shared project, it was necessary for everyone to have a Miró account to be able to use it. This is discouraging when I invite external collaborators to my organization, because it forces them to create an account and creates difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make digital and online concept maps, which allow me to collaborate simultaneously with other coworkers.
Its a good tool to make team planning. Congratulations.

The way that boxes shows in the screen. The zoom-in and out. The synchronization between team interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be faster when loading. And also, if you include 3D UI, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the flexibility when planning. The other tools are a little rigid. Miro encourage imagination.

Once something is set up, like a complex task system or a timeline, changes to it can be fiddly and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work remote most of the time and have many fully remote people around the globe. Sharing ideas and working collabortively on a project has been a challenge and Miro has solved this almost entirely for us.
Creative flow as a white canvas. Hard to organise if one isn't an organised person.
