Awesome canvas for collaboration and visual flows
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive widgets, templates, so very useful collaborative tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing As such, After having migrated from VIsio, MIRO came as a multifold better tool, online, collaborative, easy to use and update

our team uses it as a collaborative canvas to design and share workflows, Architecture diagrams, Org tree structures

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an efficient productivity application for remote work and teamwork collaboration. It's easy to use and seamlessly integrates with commonly used business applications like Zoom, Jira, Webex, google workspace, and Microsoft 365.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s almost nothing that I dislike about Miro, but it’s a bit difficult for those with no previous experience with project management applications or remote teamwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me communicate and collaborate with colleagues over instructional design projects and course development scenarios. It allows my team to stay focused on project goals and track our teamwork progress. Also, Miro facilitates the feedback loop to make it easy to iterate and improve our work and reduce time to market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be great to consider the official tutorials and to start with the preset templates.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a tool with the ability to work reliably since it takes working from the web since it is very useful software, we also have the facility to immediately join the board easily, since it is very easy, fast, it has one of the best agility, to facilitate content management. I like how we can develop each of the projects so that we can have a better fluidity in navigation as much as possible to delve into how your system works since it has one of the best approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a good strategy to work with because we can put our content on the whiteboard and everyone can see the content be developed in a fast and secure way. It also has a free version and its prices are not high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an extraordinary work tool because with each of its characteristics it is possible to work efficiently since it is a software that allows us to have one of the best integrations with each of the characteristics that allow us to have a working capacity to achieve bring more correctly to the whiteboard for the assurance of seeing everything related to the necessary content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it since we have used it and it has worked fully since it has been very extensive because it is a collaborative tool that helps us to be able to manage each content immediately and has some characteristics that help us the productivity of our work

It could be more customizable, have more templates and allow to followers create templates that other followers can acess.

Worlflows, mindmaps and draw strategy.

It is the perfect tool for remote workflows with my teams, it's easy to view strategies and ideas, while brainstorming and meetings.
Easy Brainstorming and Prototyping
What do you like best about the product?
Its integration with various apps like Figma is really useful. You can also create a Kanban board or any other brainstorming diagrams by choosing from templates. It's really useful when you have to brainstorm ideas in a very short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its free plan only consists of 3 files. If you create more than 3 files in Miro, the rest of them will be on view-only mode. I wish I could still edit these view-only files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves a lot of my problems regarding brainstorming ideas. I think it is also suitable for project management. So I don't have to switch accounts to another app to do both.

In-time collaboration and collaborative cursors, different templates and wireframing opportunities. I have been happy with the requirement gathering, collaboration and backlog creation templates.

Cost of license and also restricted templates for personal usage and limited integration

What do you like best about the product?
The visual nature of miro and the large canvas space available make it a conducive tool for going from brainstorming to a well-documented structured thought process.
What do you dislike about the product?
not a dislike but a potential new feature: maybe having some prompt charts in miro would make it a more powerful tool.

Excellent multifunctional software
What do you like best about the product?
Miro's interface is so user-friendly that even those who are not familiar with software like Miro can find their way around it. All the tools, such as voting, timers, and templates, make collaboration easy. Miro smart meetings, the latest addition, have helped me organize interactive and fun workshops.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to navigate the different sections of the website. Sometimes it's hard to tell which board is the right one for my post. It would be helpful if each section could be labeled so that we can choose the right one when we right-click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Miro every day to stay on top of my work. It's easy to use and very effective. I've tried other software but none of them compare to Miro. It's the best tool for collaborating with others and getting work done.

Super functional and very intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the templates that Miro has pre-built - this saves a lot of time. Plus they look much better than anything I would make!
Very functional and GREAT for collaborating, even with lots of data on a board. Things run smoothly and it's very easy for new team members to pick up on the fly.

Nothing - it all works smoothly and my team enjoy it also!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to brainstorm, workshop and plan creatively, collaboratively remotely. This was an absolute game-changer during COVID lockdowns and our team continues to use it even though we are back in the office now.
