Boards available on all devices

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use and I love the support they provide via blogs, forums, and community. Miro was very easy to use to create virtual workshops. Miro's secure platform is one of the main reasons I use it. Miro is a platform that meets the strict security requirements of enterprise organisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is limited support for files transferred in various formats, such as word processors and spreadsheets. Miro can only handle documents of different sizes and fonts. This makes it difficult to navigate the site properly. Operating the program without the use of a mouse can be difficult. Some templates can be more complicated than others, but can still be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables us all to work together in a common workspace. When the team is spread out across the globe, it's like we're sitting at the same whiteboard. With facilitation skills, you can solve any problem!

CRN usage

What do you like best about the product?
Best for creative development. The templates are extremely convenient. The fact that multiple people can be in there editing and most of all consistent saving is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The sharing ability is great. I would like to see something similar to Jira swim lanes, and or capacity planning. Maybe a template that is similar to cards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The project we are using is overall in scope. The product managers use it for tasks. The entire team uses it in different capacities. UX/UI for wireframes, product for diagramming

Miro is easy to use. It is also a great tool to document your work in a visual way.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates and the platform is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The blank Miro is intimidating, I am glad there are templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of just talking about what we do, we can now visualize it and show others our accomplishments.

The best way to tranform simple ideas in powerful action

  • June 14, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use, that can rapidly evolve from random thoughts into a project or series of actions well designed and planned. It's especially easy to do this when in collaboration with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not as easy to use for someone who isn't familiar with this kind of tool. The navigation is not similar to other kinds of tools, so if this is your first time using Miro, maybe you will feel difficulties in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is helping me to begin projects from scratch, develop projects who need more attention, also to plan my life in personal matters, and in general, clear my vision about all the possibilities there are out there, and let me make sure I choose the right paths.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To start using it in collaboration with the team, for the fastest way to discover all the features.

The swiss army knife of remote work!

  • June 14, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been for me and for my team over the last couple of years the goto tool for any type of work, specially has we are mainly visual people and we are all distributed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ownership part of the boards could be improved. I use it a lot to facilitate online sessions and usually, I do them in pairing. It could be similar to Zoom, that you can give co-host and people can do basically the same as a host, to hide the frames as an example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, it solves very well the team distribution issue (remote) and using a tool that does basically the same as post-its on a wall. I need to think visual and let other people interact with it, Miro does the trick!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool to help you think, not only in the office, but outside the office...Miro is the tool...it's a must for distributed teams!

The most flexible and powerful digital online board

  • June 14, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is really the digital board most flexible and rich in functionalities that I've used. It's really easy, with a simple copy and paste, add to the board anything you need, from web page URLs, Google Docs texts, to pictures and entire PDF docs that you could read directly in Miro. Not to mention the powerful tools to build connections between the objects on the board and the real time collaboration tools. I use Miro with my students (they offer a good free edu plan) and for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the paid plans are a bit too expensive for a single private user, but hey, what Miro offers is worth it! Anyway they offer a free edu plan that could satisfy any teacher need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The chance to have a digital place where you could share any document, picture, web site, with your collaborators and students, work with them both in real time and asynchronous is great. You have all you need to work on a big, flexible and multi document board, as an effective HQ.

The tool to collaborate in the hybrid model

  • June 12, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm passionate about Miro because it works by bringing all the integrations that would be used separately in a project. As an additional point, the tool awakens creativity and facilitates the conduct of meetings.

I also admire how the product is always launching new features, and I try to keep up to date constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a little bit long to load the board, even when the board is simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit that Miro brings to my routine is compiling integrations to achieve more using only one font of resource: my Miro board.

complex information made simple

  • June 10, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Its an excellent tool to help to communicate strategic information into a powerful visual map that you and others can zoom in and out when discussing elements of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the past projects I developed in MIRO can be seen as thumbnails with titles but to me, it shows as a blank box, I'd prefer it was an actual visual thumbnail as I often forget the title I gave past projects, but would remember the design structure. Some people are just more visual :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating complex information in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
