Miro the best app for collaborative work
What do you like best about the product?
An interactive whiteboard with many features. In particular, talk tracks for recording videos and also the insertion of entire books, e.g., for organizing literature work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talktracks can ONLY be played on desktop. It is not possible for tablets :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Miro, I can conduct my work at the university as a tutor online with students. Simultaneous work on tasks and real-time synchronizations form the foundation here.
Great for architecture pinups!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Miro both professionally and in school, and it's great for both! Ease of using Miro to share ideas in live time is a great way to collaborate and come up with creative design solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, too many photos can crash Miro or make it slow to navigate. Uploading smaller files is the way around this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is creating a collaborative pin up space that can be shared digitally and accessed remotely.
A Versatile Tool for Online Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has allowed me to engage with stakeholders both within and outside of my organization in an increasingly online world. Having started my career during the pandemic, I'm not sure if I would have been able to accomplish the results I've had in understanding stakeholder requirements and collaborating with team members across the U.S. and Canada without Miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security and board access is not currently very streamlined. I can't use a Miro board to collaborate with certain team members who don't have a license without exposing my board to the public. This combined with the prohibitive cost of a company license sometimes can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro acts as a collaborative platform for sharing / storing information for collaborative purposes.
Miro is a great option for brainstorming idea and presentation
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, highly versaility and well adapted on multiple devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of a time I use Miro for personal purpose as the app is not that good when it is come to team member working on the same space.
It would be much better if Miro consider to add more collaborative features.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is amazing for distributed teams that need to feel like they are in the same room when they are in the scrum events and also for those that need a visual representation of the problem/meeting you are tackling. It also comes with a great deal of templates that simplify your work and the miro community also contributes to that.
New features are being added from time to time (the PI planning tool is one of my favorites) which also makes our lives easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the areas in which I think would be worth to invest some time is permissions in projects. Specially when you have a folder/project and you need that only certain people in that folder has access to the file, I haven't found a way to do it and would be a nice feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely helps to reduce distance in distributed/remote teams and the templates that you can do a couple of modification and save tons of hours are the main benefits.
Awesome and effective
What do you like best about the product?
It's a wholesome platform that enables team collaboration, easy usage of collaboration tools, creation of high and low fidelity mock-ups, mapping of process flows, prompt customer service attention and fast integration with other applications. All these makes me use Miro frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly a "dislike" but to add on more features to boost the usage of Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective collaboration and retrospection.
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get all of your thoughts out in one place is great. I love being able to work on the board alongside multiple people in my team. It's flexible and fun. I love being able to add different shapes, sticky notes, even emojis, gifs, screenshots, links etc. I use it in service design and it's great. It works great when presenting in groups, people are usually really engaged and interact well. I predominantly work on it all day, it's my core software. I haven't had to access customer support yet though so can't comment in that area. When new people see the software they pick it up easy. We can do training in half an hour. Implementation within the team is easy. It integrates easy alongside Microsoft teams and office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you've add a lot of data to one board it can become laggy and slow to load. As far as I can see, there's no way to download the board once and just be able to load the changes as they occur. This may make it less laggy. At the moment I'm just needing to clear out old data when there becomes too much in the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in a design space with a team who work remotely across Australia. We really needed something flexible and easy to use. It's runs like we're in the room together working off a whiteboard.
Great tool for remote collaboration across teams whilst remote
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has been great within our Product & Engineering teams to collaborate on the majority of steps in the conceptualisation and design stages of our product lifecycle. It enables us to build details boards with research, user flows, user story mapping etc up to estimation with the developers - where all team members can view and collaborate as part of our remote teams. I use miro daily, and often have many boards on the go at a time!
The templates are great and the integrations with other applications makes transitioning very simple.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about miro, I think it's a great tool.
My biggest issue (which is not really big at all) is that I have difficulty using the board on a smaller screen of my laptop or when using the laptop track pad - I prefer a wider screen and mouse when using miro

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps with team collaboration and simplifying often complex concepts and user flows.
The savior for specific communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love the commenting and tagging tool. Really being able to comment anywhere on the image, especially to give indications about something specific without having to indicate where it is, is splendid. And I like that if you left a message halfway through, it saves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, the tables. Although they are useful and the use is understood, handling them is complicated for me. So I avoid them. And also, I would like to have stickers about the creative processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective communication is essential for the creative process, as it enables the timely and effective resolution of problems. A comprehensive view of the project allows for the identification of potential issues and ensures that the team is on the right track.
