    Design

One of my most important work tools

  • June 08, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its so unlimited in terms of format, and fast to use and introduce other collaborators to. It is the closest I have found to pen and paper, with the opportunity to change things afterwards too. Ever since I found it I have used it in all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me the most frustrating things are when there are limitations with shaping things. I often use Miro to structure information and start to process in into visualisations, and it can sometimes be a bit limiting. I would love to have more of the functionality that often makes me have to switch to Illustrator, such as making complex shapes and free drawing with pen with pressure and layers to keep things tidy.
I also find it very frustrating that its not possible to make a better folder structure to organize boards.
Additionally I would like to be able to have multiple windows in the desktop app, as i now have to go back to the browser version in order to do this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to structure large amounts of insights in one place, and allowing collaborators in to work with us, although some are a bit afraid to jump into it. We are all designers so having a place to facilitate workshops digitally with simple tools like postits has been vital to us

A great tool to collaborate, brainstorm and design

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Miro is the way it allows teams to collaborate remotely where multiple users can share their ideas at the same place at the same time
What do you dislike about the product?
May be a video calling feature would be an added advantage otherwise cant find any faults
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid times with remote work it can be difficult for teams to collaborate in real time sharing ideas and brainstorming with the same level of collaboration as face to face. Miro has admirably solved this problem

Space for the best collaboration

  • June 08, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Post-it, templates.
It's nice to be able to leave behind not only the text of what the team is thinking, but also the emotions of the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
May take a long time to load the screen.
Just a request, but I would like to be able to temporarily split the whiteboard by member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: I don't know what members are thinking when they work remotely, and they don't communicate.
Solution: Miro has a fun stamp and UI, so members feel free to let us know what they are thinking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a space and experience that is accessible and enjoyable to all.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a role in my organization in which I have to document processes and workflows with different team members. To share documents and to allow collaboration is key.

Easy to get started, short learning curve!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates that are provided. They have helped me overcome creator's block and just get started which is often the most difficult part of documenting processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When facilitating a group excercise using Miro it isn't intuitive how to bring everyone to me on the fly. It would be nice to more easily accomplish this without having to search on how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the problem of how to easily collaborate with others, either virtually or in person, without having the tool get in the way of the flow of the conversations.

What do you dislike about the product?
as and architect I would love to see some improved sketch tools and drawing- visual things to work on the ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are different kinds of documents, so many images texts and the table that I need to see in the process. It provides me very good space to work on in one. As a visual learner, Its easy to keep the things organized and learn.
