Great for Workshops
What do you like best about the product?
When you get full access to all the features like the Timer, Dot Voting, and reactions, there's so much as a facilitator you can accomplish. As a design leader, running smooth workshops is key to bringing my team into the design process and Miro is a great tool for that. All of the templates provide a good starting place for me, saving some time creating things new... but I do always modify the templates for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I have not figured out how to get my team all on the right board and get them editing access.... so we're still figuring out the enterprise version? Also, the default sticky note size is annoying. It's always HUGE for no reason... if you've created a standard quadrant chart to map stickies onto, and your base font size for like a header for that chart is like 14-24... the default stickies are like 64? or 48? It's annoying to resize all the stickies. Just make it make sense. Also, no easy way to put people in groups; and when your board gets too big it slows down TREMENDOUSLY especially when already on a zoom call. It gets pretty buggy when for example, you need 4 instances of a multi-step activity with multiple groups contibuting all on the same board so the facilitator can see everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-Time collab around a whiteboard in the virtual environment. Working as an innovation team, we need a lot of creative whiteboard time and workshops and that just wouldn't happen the same as... say a collaborative google doc, or someone screen-sharing the notes they take.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for cross-functional teams, especially if you are crafting workshops or need a virtual/hybrid whiteboard tool.
Hybrid working needs appropriate tools. Miro is one of them
What do you like best about the product?
The adoption of remote or hybrid work modes for teams became a new normal for professionals not involved in on-site operations. Building teams culture and dynamics was not easy in the physical "on the same room" meetings, so virtuality consumes an additional effort. Using visual boards to share ideas, interact and adjust, while enabling all team members to participate, helps in this sense.
And the variety of templates that Miro has, makes it even faster and easier to get there.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Just one detail for I mainly use an alternative product, is that the other product gave me a consultant account for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visually sharing ideas and enabling rich focused discussions.
Ideas and presentations all in One place
What do you like best about the product?
The Infinity page layout, the coordination, the smooth feeling during presentations where all information are in one interactive page
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit heavy to load the images in some cases, it's not a show stopper but requires a bit of enhancement especially when we are using the desktop version, the load should be from local and not from the cloud.
Most important, allow having an embedded website, this will facilitate a lot during the presentations from one platform rather than a link to a website.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideas, Flows of Ideas, a one-stop for all, an amazing place to create and drop all your innovative ideas, I use it for presentations and it's like a BIG WOW, during presentations I can have access to all, Videos, links, texts, pictures, tables, excel even powerpoint presentations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Whoever is looking for an easy to use along with the speed of sharing and limitless options, you are on the right app, Miro can provide all the tools from the tip of your finger.
Amazing solution for remote interactions and collaborative sessions
What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that Miro is slightly easy to use as compared to other whiteboard and team collaboration tools. We tried introducing multiple other similar software to our team members but collective adoption and response for Miro has been the best so far. Team members can continue to collaborate on these projects even after the meeting is over and it helps in bringing out the creativity on the table and helps in unearthing innovative ideas from team members which otherwise would have remained concealed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The controls are a bit clumsy and if you have a large team then be ready to pay heavy subscription fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro primarily during our Brainstorming sessions to get innovative ideas from everyone in the team on a particular project. We divide the board into multiple problem statements/solutions and the team members can choose a colour of their sticky notes and start contributing. Miro is a great addition that is super useful while remote interactions as it ensures team participation and also helps us know about the contribution of various team members which comes in handy during the appraisal process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro can prove to be a great addition as it would help in boosting team participation and hence increase productivity in every manner.
The best tool for workshop organization and product mockups
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has great technology. At the same time, the product experience is quite successful compared to its competitors. In our work in different companies, people get used to the product very quickly and produce output. The best workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the work in the workspace increases, so does the manual burden of organizing canvases and content. Canvases and boards can have a structure that can act smarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant, I hold workshops with many companies and work on mockups with our product team. I have been using Miro for the last 2 years instead of physical papers in all of the online and offline workshops I have held with companies. Thus, my work becomes more output-oriented and scalable.
Miro makes remote brainstorming so easy

Pre-built templates make work easier.
Pre-built templates make work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to replicate elements. Like you cannot copy past branches of a mind map and reuse the same within the template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plan long and complicated projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Bring clarity to the whole process and spot gaps during the planning phase.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a short while to get used to the product. Don't get put down with the initial difficulty. Once you get used to it, this is an amazing tool that can make collaboration easier.
Everything and everyone in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to land ideas visually. It is compatible with all types of formats. Its look is clean, modern and makes everything look great, even traditional ppt presentations become interactive tools for lectures or classes.
What do you dislike about the product?
For people who are not very digital, it can become complex. In workshops, you can spend a lot of time explaining to people how to use the tool. It is often a very heavy or slow tool for people who have a low internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help everyone participate. Create new solutions or products with everyone's ideas. Encourage remote collaboration. Do teambuilding workshops. Give interactive presentations. Mockup graphic design. Structure ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is the perfect tool if you want to promote collaboration and innovation in your organization remotely. It also fosters collaboration by creating community and providing valuable and free content at Miroverse and other types of events.

A real pearl in the new era of hybrid organisations
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is just absolutely tailored around giving you all the possibilities you can imagine to work with visual tools, collaborate, create, and imagine. It's just an endless toolbox that you keep on discovering and exploring to make collaborative work a breeze. Exporting frames to pdf, working on projects, making work visual, brainstorming, keeping teams work centralized. Honestly, the possibilities are endless. Shout out to the clean design and attention to detail. And don't get me started on the Miroverse! :O
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration to excel and the way data can be created has been upgraded a lot but could bring this app so much further. Personally, I would create tables in excel and simply copy them inside to present my project for example and then work with the team to build from there. Also, experience has helped me create boards to scale, I wish MIRO would coach a little more when starting a board because everything is easier from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visual hybrid collaborative work, project management, brainstorming, organizational memory and transfer (when people leave, it is easy to build on what they were working on).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good onboarding is essentiel. Just deploy and let users explore they will take you farther than imagined.
