MIRO IS A GAME. CHANGER

  • May 13, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The many ways you can manage work and communicate by showing everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to figure out the correct sizing for frames so things are easily viewed at a readable size. I find myself zooming in and out quite a bit and this can become distracting'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating Journey Maps and Service Blueprints as well as using MIRO to host Design Sprints. It is quick and helps folks understand the whole picture easily!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to get your team aligned and onboard, have some fun with an easy-to-use tool? GET MIRO

It is easy and intuitive to get started with. There are many templates to start off from and while working together as ateam the interacrion is smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have auto translation and a good tasks list/avtion tracker
Also if a Miro board is big, it must be more easy to tag and find things in the board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team brainstorming, mindmaps and online collaboration simultaneously. The startup tome is short, so you get involvement rapidly also with newcomers

Miro - Versatile, complete whiteboard

  • May 13, 2022

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a flexible tool, ready to help plan your day or develop your next big project idea. It has templates all built-in with some ideas already prefilled to give you some idea of how and where to start. It can link to external sites where you can draw inspiration or guidance, you can link documents and flick from page to page, mind mapping as you go. For the planning stage of the project and working through an old process, this is very useful. I find this very handy for exam prep for those of you working through exams. It's an excellent one-stop-shop for putting all your links, ideas and documentation in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the sizing can get a little tricky at times, just take care when you are starting a board as it can be zoomed in or out and the text size that you have started as could be in the 40s plus instead of the usual 10-14 points. Minor issue to be fair but it can cause a bit of frustration when you start to build your board into a bigger board and have to remember to size it to match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project work, study work, designing new customer project journeys, using it for time management via Kanban boards, retros etc - there is pretty much a template for anything you could need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do the tutorial and explore the templates

Solution to improve collaboration on team projects.

  • May 12, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how I can maintain information on the dashboard. The dashboard gives an excellent insight and simplifies team projects. Sticky notes and frames might also be useful. What I appreciate best about Miro is how simple it is to use; anyone can join in and begin working right away. Working in a worldwide team allows us to collaborate and take up where we left off. I began utilizing it to gather notes and materials to present with my bosses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text boxes may only contain a certain amount of text. Sometimes more than bullet points are required, and it would be ideal if the text box could carry a whole A4 page of content, because active boards are restricted it is difficult to use obsolete boards, I dislike how when I move a bunch of sticky notes, each note appears in the history. I believe it should be something like group relocated and then you should be able to view the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is used for collaborative projects and presentations. Mind mapping and knowledge collecting on a collaborative whiteboard in particular. I'm now working on a team hub with other areas, so we have a huge whiteboard with all the sections color coded and can zoom in on any area we're working on. You can also link straight to Google Docs, which is fantastic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro is a handy tool to have, especially if your firm operates across many locations and time zones, Miro works well in tandem with Zoom making online group work more easier, when you don't have an order yet, templates are an excellent approach to arrange information.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to combine presentation and interactive part of a workshop, the many interactive features and the easy evaluation of the results of a workshope brilliant user experience and thousands of ready-to-use templates. And the fantastic Miro Hero community
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to use Miro better without additional tools like Zoom or MS Teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves my problem of designing and continuously improving reusable workshops. This has incredibly improved my productivity. And for my personal work, it's a perfect tool for developing new ideas or organizing my thoughts.

Miro is a fantastic program that enables better organization and it always leads to success.

What do you like best about the product?
He is easy to work on and is when you are working in a team. I was using Miro for educational workshops in working with children to visually present the necessary materials. The children quickly learned to work on it and they stated that this way of working was interesting to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic plan provides a small number of possibilities. In addition, I am satisfied with this program and recommend it to all friends who do similar or other jobs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is a fantastic program that enables the better organization of activities, time, schedule and many other things that were needed for a team or individual to be successful. It is magnificent and useful if your team is all over the world and you do not have the physical space in which you are, because myrrh represents exactly that space where we all meet and discuss.

Team collaboration at it's best

  • May 11, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many tools at our disposal - all are easy to use. My favourites are, notes, shapes, connectors, tables, voting.
What do you dislike about the product?
No way to create reusable Patterns, so for example if I styled a text box and used this element 20 times. If I decide to change the style, i'd need to copy that style across and paste to all elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, mapping, visual aids when on calls and general team alignment. It also gives everyone on the team a voice and way to express ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Empower teams to work more collaboratively and ensure everyone is on the same page.

A staple collaboration tool within our daily lives

  • May 11, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Most features are extremely useful, but to name a few - Timer, Voting, Templates, integration with JIRA & Confluence, Present Mode, ability to work on the same board with a large number of people, being able to see their cursors or hide them at choice, being able to drag them to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major limiting factor for Miro that we face is how the Project Boards are organized. In a large organization with thousands of stakeholders and hundreds of Teams, usually it is organized by Departments rather than smaller Teams, meaning that the department shares the entire view of the individual Teams as well, and teams need to organize everything under a single project. It would be nice to be able to have more flexibility on this and allow us to almost create our own hierarchy for information management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has helped me create Product Roadmaps, User Story Maps, which have had the benefit of clearer planning, clearer scope and more accurate deliveries for both the team & our stakeholders.

My Review of Miro

  • May 10, 2022
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is a collaborative tool that allows me to work in a visual format. I am not joking when I say I use it daily, and often for hours each day. It is that integral to my work and how I work with my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of what I dislike about Miro comes down to other people not using the tool well. It is a digital tool that does take some acclimating to get really good at, like any other system. Sticky notes on a wall are easy for everyone. Digital sticky notes on a digital wall somehow takes more skill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem discovery, collaborative meetings across state or country lines, producing valuable insights or ideas, and generally taking better notes. Love the ability to drop a screenshot down then cluster stickies in contextual places on it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the Miro academy and templates as starters. There are a lot of really intelligent people who have put material together so don't feel like you need to re-invent the wheel.
