Extremely helpful creative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great tool for our creative team. We first started using it during the pandemic to organize our visual, theme, and sketch boards in a virtual way. But even with the end of the pandemic, it was incorporated into our work routine, where we collectively organize all the data and pictures needed for our creative process and meetings, as well as the visual portion of our work as a whole.
It's very user friendly and intuitive, which allows new users to master it super fast.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be possible to mirror images. That would make a great impact on the work flow in general. Another cool tool would be if we could manually crop parts of pictures the same way we can do while using other softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whiteboards and product management files are concentrated in one place and just one click away. It can easiy be accessed any time and from any place

I love that Miro is a user-friendly way to collaborate and brainstorm with one another.

Sometimes organizing different boards within the organization can be confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows seamless collaboration while working on the same board at the same time. I have not found that possible in any other software.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an official platform for process mapping at work, and it was my first time using it. I have enjoyed it because it is simple, and everything is organized neatly and easily accessible. At work, I have a responsibility to map all new processes, so I am always on Miro regularly.

Honestly, It has been working wonders for my organization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a process improvement and mapping specialist, Miro assists in this regard, where everyone knows the correct flow, thereby reducing deviations also, it is a platform where we plan improvements

What do you like best about the product?
It's unstructured at first - it can be structured by using templates, but it thrives being unstructured in my opinion.
It can be used by one person only but it is essentially a collab tool, build to be used together.
It promotes integration and creativity.
On a hybrid or remote work environment, it's not only a nice to have but a must have.
You can still use a physical whiteboard, grab a picture and add to Miro for documenting and continuing ideation. ⭐️
We use almost every day and never needed to contact support.
It can be used by one person only but it is essentially a collab tool, build to be used together.

On a enterprise environment, navigation between teams and boards are confusing.
At the same extent creating private drafts are also confusing in a multi-team setup.
Hard at times to jump from desktop to tablet in an active board. E.g. during a board I was invited into - in the computer - I couldn't find it easily on my tablet (Only if I had the direct link)

Occasionally, minor issues arise – inconsistent font sizes across different objects, occasional problems with the copy and paste function, and frames sometimes acting up.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Miro is its intuitive and versatile interface, which allows for real-time collaboration and creativity. The wide range of templates and tools makes it easy to visualize ideas, plan projects, and manage workflows, even with remote teams.

The only downside of Miro is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming due to its extensive feature set, especially for new users. However, with some time and practice, navigating and utilizing its tools becomes much easier.

Miro solves the problem of disjointed project management and collaboration, especially for remote teams. Its real-time collaboration features allow team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute projects seamlessly from anywhere. The ability to create visual workflows, mind maps, and project timelines helps in organizing tasks efficiently. This has benefited us by streamlining our project management processes, improving team communication, and increasing overall productivity, ensuring that everyone stays on the same page and contributes effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Miro either for personal projects or for work. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Miro in general but it could be cool if you could develop more cool features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro saw significant growth during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic when many people were working from home. Currently, it is evident that our use of Miro is not as frequent as it once was. I mainly use Miro to create flowcharts, but there are numerous other tools available for this purpose. I believe Miro needs to reconsider its business model and strategy for marketing its product.

I like the focus Miro provides, the presentation enables me to present ideas without having to get stuck in a rabbit hole of form and process. the collab tools enable a quick gathering and input of users, very powerful.

the tools seems limited by the export options (Image, PDF, text), though the ones it has a very good,

it provide a focus tool and speeds the capture of ideas, and helps build a story, once the story is built I can share and gather fedback and direct input from the teams.
