Awesome for annotated rich collab and sketching
What do you like best about the product?
You can collaborate easily on a canvas with colleagues. It is extremely performant and behaves in real-time very well. It's a beautiful piece of engineered service, it works in a browser but also with a desktop application that provides a fantastic experience (checked on Windows), you can leave a tab opened in the desktop app and it restores the session without issues every time for days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things but as always, you can have space for some improvements. Particularly, I would like to have some support for offline capabilities, maybe similar to drawio, however, it seems very difficult to implement it correctly, since the focus is on collaboration, so the sync issues could mess around with the canvas.
Another one I would like for sure, is to import vector graphics.

Excellent Daily Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is user friendly and has a great interface. I use it daily for my lessons with my students. Uploading jpegs/pngs to my board is easy and helps make my lessons on miro stronger. I recommend miro to my coworkers during every chance I get. I know of at least one coworker who has listened to me, tried it out and ended up loving miro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Text boxes are limited to one font size. I would like to be able to have multiple font size options within one text box. Making multiple text boxes to have multiple font sizes becomes tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use another digital whiteboard website for work. In the Fall of 2022, when that website created an overhaul on their interface and limited their tools, I googled around for a new digital whiteboard to use daily for work. I needed a digital whiteboard to project on my smartboard in my classroom. I quickly found miro during my google search. I have been very happy ever since then.
Very simple software that is powerful, easy to use and integrates very well
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, nothing too complex at a base but it donse't hinder you from getting detailed. We moved from Lucid chart which is also very good and more like visio, but this just feels better and is more responsive
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, its a great piece of software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagramming & roadmapping are the two biggest from me, being able to collobario and integrate it seamlessly into Jira & Google makes it very good.
Very easy to become a designer to express my ideas!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, and also it has many functionalities that I need for my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI features are not the best and it is sometimes hard to share boards when in your company you have many projects. I have to find the project where everyone has permissions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with expressing ideas, either by allowing me to create diagrams or by having workshops with many people

Miro Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love Miro because I can use it for my work project. It allows for comprehensive and detailed work while also keeping things simple. I also love how easy it is to share and vote on certain aspects of the board and for users to go in and make edits. It also saves everything very efficiently and easy to integrate to other apps such as teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when using the pointer arrows it was less clunky. Also, the ease of copy and pasting boxes while keeping arrows could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solved the ability to process map and allow the team I am working in to collaborate easily.
