What do you like best about the product?
It's so intuitive, coming from years of using adobe.

There's also a lot of usefull tools for me and my students to use to work collaboratively.

I use Miro instead of blackboard, it's just a great place to have all of my information
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are lagspages won't load quickly.

Also the limit on text boxes seems too small
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I teach remotely so I need a digital space for my students to show me their work.

Incredible tool for team collab

  • March 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is quick to learn and easy to use. Managing team permissions is straightforward, and it makes team collaboration activities engaging and productive. We used with a team of about 15 people to prototype the structure a team intranet. Feedback from the team about the process and the outcome were incredibly positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Make it easier to create a grid/table. Building this line by line was a pain. Grids are helpful backdrops for organizing content.

- Honestly, I'm struggling to find more substantive dislikes - it's an extremely well designed tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team was reluctant to invest time and energy in an intranet. We needed a collaborative tool and experience that would build buy in and engagement. Miro did the job.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to have additional features and the ability to include different plug-ins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this as a collaboration tool and also for the ability to diagram product solutions

Miro is a big game changer!

  • March 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a really clear tool, where you are able to really show results and ideas with no limits. I've never worked with another program that enhances the progress of thing abroad and big.
It is also very easy for to work on certain documents together in real life time, which is also a really nice feauture. There are no steps in between necessary for everyone to see what you are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till this date I had no issues with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very clearly arranged. You are able to work in real life time no matter where you are working from. This is also a huge benefit in times with homeoffice etc.

Effective for online one to one teaching

  • March 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I used Miro to give a remote class about topics that lend themselves to be drawn on charts.

Miro gave me the possibility to work together with the student on a shared whiteboard, in real time. Making it engaging for the student, that readily understood the topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free version there is a limited number of whiteboard, that can be edited. Though for the moment is enough for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's complicate to give online classes with students, mostly due to the delay between the student writing the answer and me checking it. Miro allowed to make this process in real time, allowing to make the most of the class time.

Finally a tool that supports my way of thinking

  • March 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all my research, all the work done in workshops and all (shared) thinking in a single place, accessible to all.
No browsing of SharePoint servers, scrolling through presentations, duplicate content everywhere. Instead a lot of thinking in contexts and in relations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voting mechanisms for groups might be good for developers or people experienced with Scrum.
For my client groups (mostly marketing), I have to resort to more simple solutions like dots and numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cooperation of large / remote groups
Accesibility of infomration

UX Consistency

  • March 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like its versatility and flexibility. Being able to work in Miro in the same way as on a whiteboard, sometimes even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a real hassle to adapt to the many changes in its user interface. Certain functions and interface elements are relocated and are all but intuitive to find. Most important though, there is a really hiddeous amount of silly little features that are being added on a constant basis. On the other hand, there are basic functions that Miro is still lacking. I would suggest to concentrate on the later, rather than adding even more bells and whistles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated before: a very versatile and flexible whiteboard and collaboration tool.

A gamechanger for e-commerce content planning

  • March 21, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Miro for the past 3+ years. I love the ability to provide visuals for our e-commerce and marketing teams. Many team members were not familiar with and now cannot live without it! I love using Miro for audits of content, to see what is coming up, and to streamline our workflow. The connection between retailers and e-commerce is an advantage to our business. It's easy to implement and begin building out what needed to be zoomed in and out on for the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when people do not have Miro! I do not have anthing negative to say. Miro has saved us so much time as a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro speeds up content audits and planning. I love being able to zoom in and out and to find trends in content. What performs best, what keeps us on brand, and what we can do to continue to improve.
