Flexible boards enhance wireframe and prototype creation
What is our primary use case?
I use Miro for creating wireframes and prototypes, which are my main tasks. I also use it for creating roadmaps and product improvements. Additionally, we use it for product investigation and creating live streams.
How has it helped my organization?
Miro has been helpful as a flexible solution. It provides a space where I can organize my thoughts about the features and how I work. It allows me to put all my ideas in one place.
What is most valuable?
Miro's flexibility is a main feature. It provides boards where I can put whatever is needed without limits. It also includes libraries for creating various objects, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
What needs improvement?
The text customization inside objects needs some enhancement, especially for the text written in rectangle shapes.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Miro for two years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I haven't faced any problems with stability or connectivity issues while using Miro.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Miro is scalable, especially with the paid version, which provides more features and capabilities for team integration and collaboration.

Really useful tool for collaborating remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I use miro a lot for brainstorming or organising my thoughts. There are a lot of good options that are easy to use and share with colleagues. Collaborating, even with a larger group of people works smoothly and it's great that you can follow someones cursor to see where they are presenting. I have not had any issues that require the use of customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of features and apps that are available are a bit overwhelming. I only really need the basic functionality and the rest is clutter for me. I can imagine that this is not the case for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clearly organising my thoughts in a visual manner. Collaborating and brainstorming together when not gathered around a physical whiteboard. Sharing my thoughts with others.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good alternative for the office whiteboard sessions that we have when working from home. Good for hybrid working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using miro in group sessions is more dificult then a whiteboard session. Making it more intuitve and easy to use empowers every member in the group to work on the same board. So in short, Miro can not fully replace the physical board.

It is a good alternative for the whiteboard when having group sessions in a hybrid situation.

Nice for designing software architect and brainstorms
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everyone can interact in one board, it works smooth and efficient. We often use it for desining software or development architects which is handy. Sometimes we used it for retrospectives too. I like that it is in cloud and whenever you want to access your boards you can access it instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that the enterprice version become expensive. And it does not have voice support where you could talk to your peers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Miro for anything that would traditionally require a whiteboard. We use it almost daily for brainstorming, mapping out processes, organisational design and also workshopping.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how different boards are organised in projects and teams, it's quite unclear. I also don't like the fact that I'm logged out everyday because of the integration with our SSO provider.

The whiteboard sessions we always used to do in the office we can now also do online, with people from different offices.

Super flexible, and therefore encourages creativity. But at the same time provides nice templates to ease the process as a starting point.

Price of private usage could be less expensive. I like to have more templates related to process mapping.

Miro helps me organize effective discussions within or outside of my product team. Moreover, it is very easy to build a product roadmap from scratch. Lastly, it helps me ideate or breakdown complex problems via mind mapping.

The versatility from the jira-integration to Retrospectives. Miro does it all.

It cannot replace a real physical meeting with stickies and whatnot. It's the next best thing though.

We have a canvas template so we can prepare and sync work in a department unified way. An easy way to get help everyone to get a common understanding of ideas and upcoming work.

I mostly like Miro, but sometimes I do fell that draging sticky notes is difficult.

We use Miro mostly during our restospective session. We can clearally see what others think about the question and also it's easy to backward to check old boarsds becaause they're all in same page.
