Miro my Hero
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way that I can create my own canvases that allow me to facilitate my workshops in a linear fashion, one canvas at a time.
It acts as a valuable and visual data store that is not that moment in time post-it note on a traditional whiteboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a dislike with Miro.
Our business has Lucid Spark licenses and when I use it, I'm constantly comparing it to Miro and saying to myself "Miro does that better" or "It's missing that feature that Miro has"

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving multiple problems from Remote working due to covid restriction, aligning group thinking and visual way to represent it.
The main benefit I think of Miro is the way the tools allow you to collaborate and facilitate any meeting.
Another benefit is having that visual representation of our design thinking, it creates better interaction and a place to keep coming back to refresh and iterate.
I'm also solving a problem with having ADHD, miro allows me to keep everything in one place, I can categorise my boards in many ways, but most of all I can ingest the information easily in a visual way, without going back and forth in multiple documents where I can get distracted easily.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Miro gives you the toolbox as well as the tools to facilitate any workshop. Yes, there are other tools but don't waste the time learning the hard way of their limitations and inferior feature set.
