Finally a good online tool for white-boarding and diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
It just works well. I've tried multiple similar tools over the years, from Visio to ad-hoc UML graph creation tools and they always tend to be very finicky and lacking features. Miro has all the features you need and, most importantly, they work well. I would even say it's satisfying to use. The cherry on top is that it allows real-time collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I look forward to having some AI enabled assistant to incrase the productivity, like Copilot and friends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a robust and easy to use tool to create diagramas and collaborate with team mates.
The most helpful tool for organising a busy brain
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to chuck everything in there and immediately get going with organising and making it visual. For someone that doesn't think in a very linear and structured way it allows me to capture stuff I couldn't using other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is the odd small UX thing (like being able to quickly download an image from a board) but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy and visual collaboration with multiple mediums.
Miro is great for collaborating with distributed teams!
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple yet can handle complex collaboration activities. Miroverse is a great place to get inspiration and find ready-to-use templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default settings in the instances I use zoom way out and it would be helpful to understand how to adjust that so the zoom is more natural. 5% zoomed out is my default. Is there another way?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro documents in person whiteboarding workshop outputs. Miro offers rich collaboration spaces to handle a variety of our consulting firm's client engagements.
Intuitive & Effective

Not much to say here. Great product, highly recommend to anyone.

Taking my collaboration at work to the next level
What do you like best about the product?
We tend to waste a lot of time cross-talking in traditional meeting rooms. Even if we use a whiteboard, only one person is likely holding the pen. Using Miro, I can facilitate efficient meetings where everyone contributes concurrently. Even though a pen is easier to use than Miro, First-time users have great guidance in the onboarding walkthrough and support materials online. My colleagues tend to love Miro and get hooked after I introduce them to it.
I use miro every day during my work and have used their vast library of templates to quickly prep for my meetings, thus, it has been very easy to implement into my work. We integrate Miro with other agile tools and having a board view of the tasks can be a gamechanger for sprint planning.

What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is not as easy for people to learn how to use as a pen and whiteboard.
It can be quite confusing how you structure miro boards in teams across a company when you are distributed into many country offices that don't speak together much and don't have a enterprise license to Miro.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product designer, I find that we gained a great productivity boost (collaboration) and better (visual) communication from using miro.
Simplifying mind mapping and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It's a tool that every department/individual can find use for, whether it's for a collaborative project or individual ideas. With its numerous features, you can visualise processes via diagramming and creating workflows. It can easily integrate with other apps like zoom making collaboration even smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to load and understanding different features can be challenging and overwhelming at first
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a remotely collaborative workspace which makes working hybrid easy for me. It has ample features for anything you can possibly think of and a lot of templates which saves time.

What do you dislike about the product?
- It is hard to share/ export the results to other users or tools. E.g. to include this as text in a confluence blog.
- I always hate the text formatting things. Always central by default. Size varies. For me that ofter feels unprofessional.
- I'm also not sure if it is easy possible to integrate tables e.g. from Excel without losing formats.
- It is sometimes unclear who can I share the board with, what does the other person allowed to see / do.
- Not sure if there is a "version control". So that I can go back in times if something went wrong.
