The best collaborative brainstorming platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is extremely easy to use and has a minimal learning curve. You can use it for brainstorming individually or collaboratively. This includes mapping user journeys, plotting project timelines, presenting your thoughts and ideas in a structured way, creating mood boards and wireframing. To help you do that well, Miro has a library of apps (tools) within so you don't feel overwhelmed with the freedom it provides. My favourite apps are the available templates, stickers and emojis app and the wireframing library app. You'll also find a huge library of integrations like Google Images, Icons8 and spell checkers.
I have been using Miro for 10 years now. It has been a key contributor to all my projects including website design, program/course design, business development and collating my learnings.

What do you dislike about the product?
With so much freedom, it's important to design the right constraints. But some micro features of Miro still need a bit of rework. For example, I don't use this tool much but whenever I do, I wish it were easier to draw a line. Currently, it snaps to the shapes and elements nearest to the point I want to draw the line, which means I have to try several times to get it right. Or else I have to draw it far away from the other elements and then drag it to the desired spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the realm of remote work, especially in collaborative environments, Miro has proven indispensable for our team. Because of its capability to cater to a variety of projects, all teams can work independently and come together as an organisation right here on Miro.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a tabula rasa, a blackboard where everything is possible. In my case I use it to understand work processes and decision making. To organize information. To have everything I need for a project under one place.
The possibility of zoon in and out allows you to have a “bird's eye view” of the project while allowing you to get into the details.
For people with a strong visual sense of organization, I recommend it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a long time to load or it disconnects frequently.
Another thing that for me is critical is the fact that there is no 2FA in starter plan.

The possibility of organizing processes in a visual and shared way where all parties are aligned.

I love how straightforward, attractive and interactive the interface is.
Miro allows for remote ability because it is available both in app and on web browser with the same functionality.
I am also delighted by the fact that I can not only create wireframes and prototypes, I can also collaborate with my colleagues on a project as well with the collaboration whiteboard feature.

At the moment can't think of anything negative to address about Miro.
It has the best features and has proven reliable for producing superb results.

Miro has basically helped me be able to virtually visualize my ideas as well as work with my colleagues in diagramming and wireframing ideas relevant to our project or workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I had an amazing experience with Miro. Initial setup is unchallenging and integrates with many of my other task and project management tools such a as Jira and Google Workspace. This sync enables me to have a complete overview on my tasks, pending workbits, deadlines and project speed. It's friendly User interface delivers ample usage and navigation of all it features. I really like Miro for making my project taskflows because it delivers multiple templates for use in different scenarios. The Project tracking, weekly status reporting , schedule,timeline, financial presentation and executive summary templates are my best they help me get started quickly and make my duties and role less overwhelming. Miro has profoundly transformed the we collaborate and work with othersIt is soo easy to onboard even external stakeholders .The infinite canvas that is visible and accessible to everyone helps us bring our different expertise and knowledge on board. Integration with Google Drive has aided in communication because we are able to add weblinks and files and all this information is accessible to everyone.Miro provides us with a variety of widgets and toolsets for diagramming and mindmapping such as Kanban and flowcharts this helps greatly with project plan layout visualization. We are able to track the dependencies of each aspect, subtasks, resources from start to the wrap up of projects. Visual representation of ideas simplifies concepts and makes information accessible to every team member keeping us on the same page. Miro integration with AI enhances it's efficiency. When reporting to my seniors I have constantly been using spotlighting features in presentation mode ensuring that I miss no detail whatsoever
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization capabilities should be enhanced because I constantly have to change the default colour gradient to make my presentation appealing. Also the canvases appears to be soo big when Iam using my phone soo I literally have to zoom and zoomout to access every part of the board. Presentation feature is not upto standard soo we oftenly have to transfer to PowerPoint for major presentation . An all round platform would be better.

Miro has greatly improved our remote collaboration and communication we don't have to be necessary in the same room because over the virtual realtime board with live chats, sticky notes, project files and links we able to brainstorm, plan and execute projects. Miro has enabled us to tap into the knowledge and expertise of each team member for the betterment of our team. A shared workspace has made management of projects easy. We are wrapping up projects way before deadline and handing over quality projects. Syncing Miro with our productivity tool has centralized and streamlined our workflow supporting our team and keeping us on same page which has impacted our productivity.

logic of team feature is very inconvenient since you have to invite people to your in order to give them access to your board but by doing that you will provide them with access to all your boards

Pricing limits the number of people that can act as facilitators.

It puts the topic in plain view, so folks are more aligned on options, their benefits and costs, and supports collaborative decision-making

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is amazing for documentation ease of use and implementaion. I frequently use miro for my different projects documentations and userflows and other stuuf due to its large number of features. Miro has a lot of integrations with figma, jira and other softwares which I am using.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support is ot top notch but sometimes they help to resolve my quries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
miro is solvining multiuple problem but which I like the most is to manage different documentation on a single board which help to manage things on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to upload alot of images and text without it slowing down too much which this helps us collaborate with each other and other partners whom uses our images and texts for education purposes.
It allows us to collaborate by sharing boards as it is very easy to setup,hence it does not take much time to configure it and start using it.
It helps in teams work asynchronously as it add comments and tags to help guide others that join later.
