Very positive experience, a must tool for collaborating in remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a blank canvas with freedom to visualize information the way you want to, with plenty of plugins/addons to select from so that you can customize to your liking
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain tasks and more complicated things require a lot of effort and clicks in order to formulate. We are still missing a good plugin for formulating tables

The freedom to visualize any information you want and provide an environment for remote collaboration to flourish

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the "infinite board" concept aligns greatly with the discovery phase of an project. Also the ease of use so I can collaborate directly with the stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does a lot of things but some they're just really bad at (like sheets).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps greatly when I need to align different stakeholders POV in a quick and easy way. The multitude of visual tools are just perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
As a business owner, miro is very useful for us to map out our ideas with the partners and board members. It is interactive and allows for easy functioning. We often use it for creating mind maps and there are tools like annotations, and more similar to a real whiteboard that help with collaboration with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are a start-up, and still growing so cost often is a big factor we consider before investing anywhere. Miro is slightly on the higher end for us, so my personal drawback would be the cost is high for small companies and individuals.

Allows for hybrid working employees to collaborate and work on projects in real-time and allow for creative thinking

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is on online collaborative whiteboard and it has greatly helped me to conduct meetings/workshops during covid when physical meetings weren't possible. Also, it has really helped to collaborate with people working from different parts of the globe. The collaborative editing feature, availability of post-its and other features have greatly helped to keep track of everyone's ideas and opinions during the workshop sessions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use. I love the large boards so I can collect different ideas in one place and then sort and group them as I work through my thought process. Great initial templates to get you started. It gives me a single place to express and store my ideas and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I don't like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to map out course content ideas, social media plans, customer journey mapping. It's quick and flexible and I can group different types of ideas on a single board making them easy to reference and navigate. I can also group different types of information and projects on their own unique boards.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to start with and to use. Easy to collaborate with colleagues.

Not so intuitive to see version handling and what changes that are done since last login.

To visualise a concept and give a clear overview of a project or concept.

The shared workspace and colourful building blocks.

It's not easy to justify the cost of integrating Miro to Jira to my superiors - this holds me back from getting the full value out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It encourages all members in my team to have a voice by contributing to the retrospective boards, even members who can be quiet in our meetings.

Ease of use, possibility to collaborate with team mates but also to open board to other colleagues for occasional input, templates, miroverse!, new features and integrations (eg stickers, pictures, IA), nice aestetichs
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming if you use it for the first time, could be great to have a short onboarding button to teach basic tools: navigation in the board and post it management!
