A great space for remote collaboration

  • July 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro takes the concept of being a whiteboard and adds a digital spin to it. Allowing creating diagrams, voting on priorities, making moodboards and it all is instantly available to your colleagues - it's a great tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever the group becomes too large or there are too many changes at the same time, Miro seems to lag a little. The changes appear with a lag or sometimes confuse other editors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting thoughts into diagrams and visualizing relations between topics.

Miro - A Must-Have for Team Collaboration

  • July 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is incredibly easy to use and has become a staple in my workflow. Its intuitive interface lets me quickly structure my thoughts, brainstorm, and even just dump ideas. The best part is how effortlessly I can share my boards with colleagues and my boss, facilitating real-time discussions and feedback.
Miro's ability to streamline communication and enhance collaboration has boosted our team's efficiency significantly. I highly recommend Miro for anyone needing a versatile and user-friendly digital whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
One minor downside is that I sometimes struggle to find the right shapes. This could be because I jump-started and didn't do any kind of training. However, this hasn't significantly hindered my overall experience.

Easy collaborating with cross-functional team & sharing behind the scenes

  • July 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a virtual 'wall' that we can bring the cross-functional team to in meetings to review/share process, but it also keeps several designers working on a project organized and synced up for collaboration and idea sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could make images direct clickable links. We often have images or ads from Pinterest we are referencing, but cannot download, so linking to the Pinterest link would help a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Inspiration sharing
- Organizing
- Collaboration with cross functional team

Amazing collaboration tool - especially with young people

  • July 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We have been running a 6 month project with weekly meetings with young people, as part of a yough engagement project. We have a Miro board for the group that we set up with key activities, information, and embedded items. All of us are collaborators, and we set up activities and feedback items for the young people to complete, all of our work and ideas are captured in one place. We can also work during and outside of the session, so if we miss a meeting for any reason, we can catch up and contribute.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little while to figure out how to make the most of the features, but given how much it cna do, this is not really a suprise (or a downside!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can capture everyone's views, whether they attend the meeting or not. it is also engaging and fun for the young people, and we can embed activities, videos, gifs, etc.

Absolute requirement for remote teams

  • July 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is the closest you can get to whiteboarding in a physical office together. The collaboration features are great, and it enables quick adoption by not forcing users to spend a lot of time "figuring out" the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product wireframing is not a strength yet, but it could be with minimal effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is easy to use and super flexible, so it makes getting ideas out of your head and shared with your team easy. I used it from before it was Miro and loved it, but since being fully remote for years now it's become almost as common as email for me.
