Great White-boarding tool
What do you like best about the product?
The infinite canvas and its seamless integrations with other products like Jira, ADO etc. I also love Miroverse which is a great source for inspiration and the Miro templates are always a great place to start and build beautiful boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes board hangs especially when it has a lot of content. Locked elements on the board cannot be copied or duplicated. This is something I find annoying and hope Miro enables this soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro enables me to have seamless virtual meetings
Practicality and Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact we can share what we are creating, it's very simple to brainstorm, create different graphics, and add images. We can create a lot of different designs for many types of projects and problematics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not very obvious or natural for me to define when and how I am using the click to move into the Miro board or to click, zoom in, or zoom out. I need to click to know what my mouse is doing AND AFTER if it's not what I want to do I must change the view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The board is like unlimited so I can create a story. One chapter after one chapter. When I'm brainstorming with a big team, it's simple to create pages to show, explain, and tell a story. I can do what I currently do on PowerPoint (except animation).
Avoid a waste of time because all information is shown in one place.
I see all modifications done by my collaborators live.

My experience with Miro as a UI Designer

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Miro takes too long to load. I have to refresh several times before I can start working with my team.
I would like to be able to create pages to better organize my Miro file and create a history of my work. Otherwise, it would be nice to be able to create details on frames we create, like name of the frame, date, creator, editors, short description, status.
When I'm mapping flows, I don't like having to organize my screenshots to build the flow. I'd like to be able to use a kind of frame where I can drag and drop multiple screenshots without having to organize them, it would save time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro serves several purposes in my daily life.
- It allows me to build a benchmark library, giving details on the entire flow or a particular segment.
- We use it for workshops. Working in an international team, it's essential to have a collaborative tool.
- I use it as an archive to learn more about some projects I work on. Sometimes I'm attached to a project that's been running for months, so I need to gather information, and being able to get it without having to chase after collaborators is really cool.

Files can be a hassle to find. While the tool itself is really user-friendly, I feel that organizing/finding files and folders within a team and organization can be difficult. As a designer, it would also be very helpful to be able to upload videos in files.
