I like its flexibility and the interfaces, which make it easier for me to integrate docs and Excel files into boards. The ability to visualize an Excel file directly on a board is very helpful. I also appreciate how I can integrate Jira tasks, making my workflow smoother. Setting up Miro was very easy, and I have recommended it to my team of about 20 people.

Blurry Export Issues Dampen Experience
What do you like best about the product?
nothing
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like Miro compared to other tools like Figma or Lucidchart. The export feature is terrible. When I exported a big flow diagram as a PDF and JPG, it was so blurry you couldn't see anything. You have to export it section by section, which is stupid and makes no sense.

Perfect Tool for Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love the platform and how it's designed. There are tools to find your own style on how you want to express ideas and present thoughts. I really like the diversity of tools which, while not being overwhelming, keep me creative. I'm a fan of the illustration stickers that are available, which make ideas more personable. I also like how you can assign tasks to participants and find information about who shared what idea. It's easy to use the tools, and the look and feel is very pleasant, making it nice to spend time there. It's easy to share when different people work on it together and meet on video chat platforms. The platform itself and the way it's designed and playful is great. Setting up Miro was pretty easy and logging in and creating an account was surprisingly simple and eventless, which is exactly what you wish for when starting something new. So far, even though I only know about 30% of what Miro can do, I find those features amazing.
