Nimble Tool, needs easier printing
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple users all editing the board as they see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a long time to get a print out. Visio can do page setup and faster printing. Too few pages available with free account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-user platform agnostic web-based white board that people seem more open to than Visio (which I prefer).

What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a lot of visual tools that help your team think out loud. You can visually brainstorm and capture ideas, vote on those ideas, and collaborate with pictures, emojis and other icons. If you have problems with going over time, you can set timers along the way to allow a concise discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are a lot of people on one board, it can be difficult to find where you are, and it might be slow to load. The good outweighs the bad!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the diagramming tools to capture workflows and ideal steps to re-create any issues or problems. The visualization of these steps is better than what you'd see on a typical spreadsheet or list.
Miro is an easy to use tool that makes mind mapping, presentations and making of diagrams super easy

The ability to have so much on just one miro board is awesome

I struggle to take others off after having shared a frame with them

Miro makes presentations easier. There is no need to install other software
Have been using it for 4 years and love it.
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, very intuitive. It has a lot of options and templates to use from, and if you look up in the web there are other users that design templates that can be very useful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy and paste process for images take so long occasionally, but it's a small detail I now the tech team will solve soon. Miro limits free accounts to just three boards so it's not as easy to manage the boards, I used to work different activities on the same board so I could still use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To collaborate in real time with multiple teams, not necesarily in the same city or even country. Makes the collaboration more productive and have results in a shorter time.

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is definitely a time saver and a great tool for team collaboration at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's UI is sometimes difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MIRO board is one of the best tool I have used for jotting down the ideas which are in my mind and yet to be released. Through proper planning, collaboration and discussion with teams and then getting a blueprint of possible outcome is very helpful through miro. It saves a lot of time and efforts.
Designing colaboratively with Miro
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very user-friendly. One does not need to have lots of experience to get to use it for building interactive boards, flows and many more. It offers a rich variety of resources, such as music player, timer, voting tool, template library amongs others.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I dislike about Miro is the need to login evert now and then, sometimes a take a short break from designing just to find the login screen waiting for my retun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with good tools for designing my projects, as well as the possibility to cocriate freely with my colleages in real time using a large variety of graphic assets, comments and many more resources.
Very useful and practical.

It let me use it as I need, for diagramns or drafts of ideias and export those in many formats while colaborating.
What do you dislike about the product?
It maybe could have more integrations with teams as example and more formats for exporting (such as base64, etc).

Miro helps me to make many diagramns with speed and capabilities necessary to delivery those while colaborating with my team.

Very helpful for team management; smart ways for data presentation; intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot create and save custom templates for reuse. This would save us a lot of time and improve Miro's quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues that appear in day to day work; It allows our team members to collaborate simultaneously. We keep our team meeting in Miro! This has significantly improved our efficiency, as we can brainstorm ideas, share feedback and work together in real-time.

It is perfect for a team. Easy to access and manage.

It can be a bit sensitive. Often times it can make it frustrating.

We have a small team but it can be challenging to even manage our calendars since we travel for work. Miro allows us to work together to manage our calendars without creating 10 million outlook calendar invites.

The facility to use the program, and the to drwa the diagrams.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Miro has to improve the order to connect the boxes, or actors, or acations on diagram of sequence. it s not automatic, So we have to allign by myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solving the problem to governance all diagrams, we can draw all diagrams in the same project and is easy to find them,
And we can use different tools to solve another problems toguether, like mind mapping during we are usuing for diagramming.
