Perfect collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a great way to connect with colleagues and collaborate when working from home. The tool is highly intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that springs to mind that I particularly dislike; I suppose we have had to buy several different licenses to get unlimited access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been great in helping our projects and meetings have more structure. It has also meant that we are breaking down silos between teams and getting better at communicating and collaborating.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to continue working from home but have a need for cross-team collaboration, I highly recommend Miro.

Amazing tool for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a remote worker and I love using Miro for creating collaborative dashboards with my team. I use this tool for brainstormings, user research, app mapping, user journeys, etc. I love it! 😍
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't find anything that I don't like in Miro, everything works great and I find the solution very helpful. Not even minor bugs found, so nothing to say here. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me solve problems such as collaborating remotely in some projects, as well as finding it very helpful for processes co-creation between several parts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend Miro and its features on diagramming and mapping. I recommend start using it with default templates in order to simplify work and to learn how to use the tool, even though is very intuitive and easy to use.
Miro is a great all-in-one tool for work
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can whiteboard ideas, create wireframes, plan for releases etc all within Miro. I also love that Miro is able to link to specific frames within a board and this makes it much easier to share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating angled arrows can be quite challenging. It doesn't always work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly idea jamming and wireframing.
A program that has helped me deliver projects with peak efficiency and effectiveness..
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to complete project research. Bulk note-taking is by far my favourite feature of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything but i think one thing that could be improved is when you share it like a PowerPoint, you should be able to invite people to the board, drag people to you, rather than sharing your screen. I think this feature would be so nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Miro to create solutions that have to do with making retail Team Members lives easier. Either through helping them understand service excellence, creating easier ways to access information they need on the spot, or job-aids for the back room.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a fantastic tool, not only for design sprints or planning out a project. I use it to make games for a team for team building!
MIRO REVIEW
What do you like best about the product?
I love the post it notes. They make my work so easy. Though i know there are a lot of templates to choose from, the shapes and post it notes do it well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one thing the product needs is a better onboarding screen. I mean sometimes i get confused at my home page. Not really a problem for frequent users i guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User exeprience and research synthesis. Concept to low fidelity mockups. Feature prioritisation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just watch youtube for 5 minutes.
The Brainstorming Tool You Need
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that I can easily collaborate with my colleagues on a mutual project no matter if we do that in real-time or asynchronously. Real-time collaboration is as natural or even better than standing together in front of a whiteboard. You don’t need any 3rd party app for calling and screen sharing as Miro not just supports video calling, but you can also follow any colleague’s cursor, which is really convenient. Creating in Miro is very intuitive, and I enjoy the variability in templates I can choose from, even though I usually simply use the blank canvas. Miro helps our team stay creative and productive even if we need to work distantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options to choose from I just use the simplest one. Not a real dislike I think :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing the app navigation, brainstorming the use cases or giving foundations to new product features.
A great solution for COVID (and post-COVID) remote collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives you an endlessly extensible space for team collaboration (unlike other products which restrict the size of your virtual whiteboard). Our professional services firm has used Miro for a broad range of consulting engagements with our clients. For instance, running collaboration workshops, video storyboarding, developing journey maps, designing new products and services, business architecture, designing operating models, and even designing organizations. With Miro, everyone has access to the same workspace, can contribute simultaneously and you have a single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the tools for convergence, e.g., voting, could be strengthened and made more robust. I also think that a lot of agile ritual software functionality, e.g., retrospectives, could be easily folded in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is terrific for remote synchronous and asynchronous collaboration. There are so many activities, like facilitating large workshops, what we used to do only in person that we now do extremely effectively online in Miro.
A Perfect Tool For Anyone That Needs to Give Presentations or Collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
I love how visual Miro is, as well as the fact that it's cloud-based. Before using Miro, all of my presentations were built in Adobe Illustrator, and it was really difficult to share such large files, and collaborate with my team members, when most didn't have the software, in addition to only being able to work in the file one at a time. The collaboration tools like comments, sticky notes, and following another person in the board make it so easy to make decisions, have discussions, and collaborate meaningfully, as well as reduce the need for meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few downsides that I have found. I would like better connectivity to Excel, which I know is a wish list item for many people. Copying and pasting from excel is difficult, as the data is just input into multiple sticky notes. I also wish there were more frame size options. I use tabloid size for many of my presentations (11x17") and would love to have that as an option. I would also love to see more templates for creatives. So many of the templates are awesome, but seem like they're catered mostly to UX people. Having more artful presentation templates would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Reducing the need for meetings to make small decisions by using the comment and tagging feature
-Increased visibility to what my teammates are working on in their categories, so there are greater opportunities to collaborate and tie back to one another
-Easier to receive and action feedback using the comment function
-More productive milestone meetings by going hybrid, with Miro and in person

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a visual person and have many team members who work remotely, I would highly recommend using Miro.
Great for account planning
What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows me to create linkages betwen different aspects of an account or a campaign - connecting people, marketing assets, problem statements, use cases, articles I come across, etc. Much more powerful and flexible than any CRM (or Excel).
What do you dislike about the product?
A somewhat steep learning curve. Since "account planning" isn't a use case envisioned by the vendor, there isn't much enablement around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of spending hours putting together an account plan that no one will ever read/use, Miro is always open on my screen! I can create and update account plans and see - at a glance - what are the critical relationships between contacts, problems, and marketing assets.
