The perfect diagraming and collaboration tool for my consulting practice
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an excellent tool for presenting project deliverables and gathering feedback from clients. It allows me to create elegant visual models, present them to clients, and gather feedback during or after the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature lacking is the ability to convert presentations into PowerPoint or other office formats. To achieve that, I need to take an extra step by converting to PDF and then have to use another tool to convert the PDF to PowerPoint. Also, if there was a way to integrate Miro with Zoom (or Teams) that would have been fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the shift from in-person to remote meetings nothing is more valuable than having an all-in-one diagramming, presentation and collaboration tool that could be used in the absence of boardrooms, projectors, and whiteboards. It also provides an easy way for sharing drafts of the work with the clients and getting their feedback.
Easy to use, helpful for workflow mockups
What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly intuitive and can be used for a wide variety of projects - showing workflows or brainstorming together remotely on a "board"
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't see an onboarding flow /tips on how to become a master at the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mocking up remotely
brainstorming remotely
showing workflows that we need to collab on

Very easy to use - perfect for gathering all of your thoughts on a topic and facilitating hybrid/remote meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been able to do everything I have needed it to so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Collaborative Brainstorming
- Process/Flowcharts

Great tool to use for presentations and brainstorming!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple people collaborate on a certain project. Also, the performance is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I used this product, I was unable to find any missing features. It provides great flexibility!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are using Miro for Process Management, Brainstorming, as well as training people certain things by drawing diagrams.
Amazing product that I now use all the time for a variety of use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Its versatility but also how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filing system could be a bit better - feel's a little unstructured
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process flows, brainstorming, prioritisation, doing website mock ups. Easy to share with people and annotate and easy to use. AMazing
Miro is amazing for creating quick and detailed matrixes and dashboards for planning
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can add your own pictures in the dashboards and then link them in between. So helpful with school presentations and school projects or work POCs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything, the product is in a great place and can only be improved as time goes. I would dislike it if certain helpful features would disappear in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot in planning team events, approaches for new projects or following charts on existing procedures and policies, also extremely helpful in relaying easy to read information to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to learn how to use the product, it can go a long way
Best Collaboration and Whiteboarding Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it so easy for me plan and brainstorm with my team. We are fully remote and I love how quickly we can create a new board, pick a template, and start our session. Many of us are visual learners, so it is very engaging and helps our sessions run smoothly to be able to document things visually. Right now, we mostly use Miro internally to plan and organize our business and product strategy and present to each other, but I'm also looking forward to using it more with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I dislike anything at the moment. I did download the Miro app for Zoom and tested it out, but I have not used it yet. I did not see a particular value in using the app over just using Zoom and sharing my browser screen when I have Miro up. It's not that I dislike the app; I am just not sure why I would use it over the browser version of Miro, and what benefits it has. One other thing that might be nice is if the Miro dashboard could give an automatic preview of the boards. I know you can change the cover, but that requires uploading an image, which I often don't feel like doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using Miro mostly for product and business strategy and planning. I often use it to organize my thoughts and to create a better framework for a process and then share it with my team. For example, I've led a strategic planning workshop internally using the V2MOM template from the Miroverse. I've also used Miro to create Customer Journey Maps from our UX research insights. Finally, I've used Miro for fun things, like facilitating games during a virtual meeting and creating a virtual water cooler for our remote team.
My Brainstorming Partner and Friend
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to simultaneously collaborate and express your ideas with friendly visual language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro can work on the snap to grid feature that is missing at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been an integral part of my team's business process and workflows. It has helped us visualize new business processes.
Great tool for creative work!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy and intuitive. And even when I struggle with finding the right way to organize my thoughts, there are a lot of helpful templates that I can use to get inspiration and support
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get lost in the boards sometimes, especially when there is a lot there. And the team access has created some problems with people misplacing their files or creating their personal files in team folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am primarily working in Miro with project management, team management, and teamwork organization. It has also been helpful for the organization of group presentations or brainstorming on new project ideas
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore templates, they are very useful
Good service for replacing physical white boards
What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes it easy to replicate the experience of using a physical white board or cork board in a virtual setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more intuitive but I don't have many complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro replicates the writers' room "beat board" quite well and makes it easy to collaborate in a zoom room.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great service if you're used to using a white board to collaborate with others but have needed to transition to a virtual workspace
