Supreme user experience
What do you like best about the product?
To me, Miro offers a supreme user experience and ease-of-use compared to other similar tools. It‘s fast, reliable and offers quick onboarding of external users. It‘s also working really well with larger files and complex boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frankly, I don‘t see any downsides. The pricing is attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro throughout an assignment with different tasks. In the beginning, we sketch the outlines of a project, discuss its scope and if we find it usefull, we sometimes sketch a basic tabular timeframe basic. During a project, we use it to bring together and (remotely) present different options, ideas and designs to negotiate, feedback and choose from.
Good tool for conducting collaboration sessions with multiple stakeholders
What do you like best about the product?
It gives expansive, infinite space to conduct collaboration sessions with as many stakeholders as needed. Highly useful for building concepts, brainstorming solutions with wide variety of features and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
More intuitive experience with ability to customise sharing certain spaces of same board with different stakeholders. Better interoperability with MS tools to copy certain content from excel and powerpoint will be a really good addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One stop shop for all collaboration based workshops that require simultaneous inputs from multiple stakeholders.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be greate if Miro provide some features from Figma like adjusting elements in line by dragging.
Experience as a Consultant in Researching, Workshop Planning, Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is useful for attaching screenshots and pdfs of client material, also for initial researching. It is easy to create workflow and processes diagrams as well as collaborate and lead others through what you have done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The readability when copy pasting what has been prepared in Miro to a powerpoint presentation or a report doc is not good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro aids in ideating and sorting out discussion points that were brought up in meetings in a presentable way
Adding apps, real-time collaboration is easy
What do you like best about the product?
Adding apps to add templates, icon libraries is easy and extend functionality in great ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most engineering templates are behind subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Miro has generally worked well for our team collaborations & client presentations.
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is very easy to use & easy to share with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had difficulty with Miro supporting different file types. Occasionally there are also issues with images moving one there own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro adds an ease of convenience for sharing, especially with a remote work environment
Miro makes collaboration super easy with visually appealing dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to setup and use, even when I have new team members joining they're very easily able to adapt to using Miro. The visually appealing dashboards make meetings productive and everyone follows along so much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro has a lot of indepth functionality and a lot of the deeper features I didn't know we could do until much later. If there was an easier way to learn the intricate features it might be a little better, but overall it's really solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me collaborate with team members, ensure they know what they're responsible for doing, and helps map where we are in the project.
Miro is an exceptional platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a board that you can put a huge amount of content in a structured and visual way all in one place - making it super easy to take teams through a concept, share an idea, run a merger, build a requirements. The posssibilities are endless, you just have to have a creative mind and be willing to play on the board to represent your thinking, ideas, etc. It's also a collaborative board where people can share their thoughts across your created content and input into your ideas, drawings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that sometime you cannot use your keypad to navigate the board. It can be 'sticky' and you have to use the arrows or the increase buttons from time to time to zoom in or navigate across the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing remote and in office teams to work collaboratively during meeting, each person can work on the board on their own in their own time. You can work on the board in and out of office hours. While the project team can work on the board, other stakeholders can come in and review work in progress / done. It's uniting teams over a piece of work quite brilliantly
Excellent Whiteboard with Easy to Use Features
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Miro are the ease of use, less lag than other boards, great PDF compilation of boards to send to clients as well as the ability to easily share links to the board to multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the small downsides to Miro is when copying links into a text box, it defaults to a tiny size and does not always hyperlink as intended
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to quickly and effectively communicate concepts to clients and allow them to collaborate with their own notations which can all be compiled into a PDF document for easy post-meeting records and evaluation
Will not let you cancel business plan, no options can't delete team, can't delete enterprise.
What do you like best about the product?
Cannot say anything good, the billing issue and plan downgrade is a deal breaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more shapes without resorting to apps or plugins, maybe a bit more Power-Pointy.
Would be amazing if it could draw proper UML diagrams, even better if it could draw the complex ones, as I use this plattform to document sections of the software architecture and share them with the dev team.
It would be good to include short tutorials on the newsletter as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing can be challenging when most of the team works from home. Miro makes easy to interact with others in meetings or planning sessions.
