What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solved the problem of designing business process flows that are visually appealing to put in slides for presentation because most other tools for the business process are very limited in the visual and focus on the business process itself, but for presentations, and documentation, sometimes is useful to have visually appealing flows to easy understanding

A significant change for our company
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an enjoyable experience. The software is easy to use, encourages natural collaboration and aynone can learn how to use it with some basic pointers.
All team members can jump in to give their opinions, work based on each other's proposals and explain themselves in depth.
The toolkit is very attractive for group work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Working with the boards feels very clumsy. There is no convenient way to feed the tables or graphs, so the tool is very poor. I would like to be able to really use it to its full extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro radically changed the way we collaborate. It is now much easier to communicate with each other, with external consultants and with some clients. It has also been a much more transparent method of working because it allows clients to look closely at our workflow and make interventions.
A terrific key tool for both virtual and live collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Since 1988, our business is as Catalysts of Collaborative Innovation. For the first 32 years, that involved facilitating live workshops of 10 to 250 people. Visualization techniques are key to that process. When the pandemic hit, we could have been out of business. We experimented with several visual/virtual "whiteboards" until we found Miro. It is so intuitive and easy to use, you don't have to be techie to do it. It is easy to share and work in virtual workshops or asynchronously over time. Miro has kept up with the leading edge of added tools, apps, etc. and always given us the ability to enhance and evolve our business processes, live or virtual. It is an essential tool for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets a bit sluggish moving around, zooming, etc. I have had some issues creating, using and sharing proprietary templates with others in my company, but I see there may be new technology I have not yet tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to use our processes and techniques with teams of any size, across the globe and timezones. Before we discovered it, and before the pandemic, our work was limited to what we could do with a team live, and in-person.
A great tool to work with
What do you like best about the product?
I helps to put ideas on paper! It is easy, intuitive and gets all tools we need to work!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel a little lost with the dashboard and some tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to draw my ideas to projects or proposals, basically mindmaps, but the templates are very helpful too!!
