The ability to document all kinds of information related to the project. Related to planning, agile process or designing or developing databases etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to for a beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To collaborate with large-scale teams visually and preserve the large set of information on a single canvas. It makes us more productive in planning, learning and sharing.

Miro teams is my right hand

What do you like best about the product?
I am fascinated by the ease of se of Miro. It's the best thing about the software, even if its functions are too simple for some cases. It's convenient to share the editing of the boards by inviting someone to collaborate, even if they are not part of the company.
It has other great features like taking photo notes and converting them to digital format, polls and timer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Miro's board management. There is no search bar, so the last edit sorts the boards. Also, boards not edited in the last 90 days are automatically deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote workig mode because it has been best for us but it is also challenging. Miro makes it easy to collaborate remotely, exchange ideas and create an action plan through diagrams. Personally, I use it daily to create design prototypes.

An interesting combination of tools

What do you like best about the product?
Miro brings great value to real-time collaborations. It happens thanks to its set of Powerpoint-like tools, white board-like tools and even digital design tools. Templates are another fascinating element because they speed up work conveniently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro is very good at everything, but it doesn't stand out in anything in particular. It is good at everthing but excellent at nothing. I wish it had an identity stamp to choose Miro over other online platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has meant a meeting platform for multiple users around the world. Different workers from different areas can collaborate to carry out projects easily. It is also a good place to have meetings with remote clients who want to be more participative than usual.

Tool for creating a fun and efficient workspace

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fantastic tool for remote team collaboration and brainstorming. It is simple to create and communicate ideas graphically thanks to its large canvas area, broad collection of pre-made themes. We now plan and describe complicated projects much more effectively thanks to Miro, which also makes it simpler to plan and carry out procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conventional business leaders might find the program a touch "childish," even if we have no issues with it. However, after demonstrating the advantages of whiteboarding to teams, they typically open up to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No matter where our team members are, they can participate in workshops remotely through workshopping on the Miro platform. As a result, traveling for workshops has also lost relevance, saving the business money. Another problem that Miro overcomes is the challenge of expressing complex ideas in a simple way. Miro's selection of blueprints, diagrams, and written notes make it easier to convey ideas graphically; this may be quite helpful for projects that need a lot of complexity or depth.

Creating a project space on a one stop platform

  • June 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I adore using Miro alongside my team for collaborating on ideas and organizing upcoming projects. It feels like a comprehensive replacement for many other tools I used to rely on, but it's all conveniently consolidated into one platform. I can easily create a new project space for my personal use, where I can construct or incorporate a template to assist me in planning or capturing ideas. Sharing with team members is a breeze, and it serves as a fantastic brainstorming board or tracking tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Miro's license structure is per-user, everyone who wishes to collaborate on a project must contribute. The problem is that you cannot invite people just to read without paying a license for each user. More stickers would be a fantastic idea. I use them to mark jobs as finished, and I grow tired of using the same ones over and over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to remote cooperation, this software has been a game changer for me. It enabled my team to communicate and brainstorm without difficulty. Miro assists with the difficulty of reaching an agreement among a diverse set of Product team planners. Miro boards all of the many ideas and then being able to rearrange them into priority order can help clarify the team plan and direction more rapidly.

The best visual software I have tried

  • June 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a fun software to use. It has a ver playful interface that encourages you to explore and try to create exciting visuals. The templates available make Miro even more enjoyable. They are varied, easy to use, and perfectly suited to various functions.
It also has features encouraging group participation, such as polls and timers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing about Miro is the lack of a dark mode. It's an insignificant detail but using it longer without eyestrain would be nice, especially on mobile devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The work environment is one of the priorities within the organization. We make every effort to generate good working relationships internally through different strategies.
Miro has helped us break the ince in meetings and create a comfortable environment in which to work, as well as being a greate place to record everything discussed.

Ultimate workshop tool

  • June 27, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Miro allows team members to instantly contribute ideas and share them throughout the organisation as a living document. It enables projects to be documented digitally and is a great way to transfer knowledge visually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the ability to export to Excel file format from notes and tables. Also, it would be good to have the ability to create a presentation format or mode based on the boards made and export it to pdf or ppt format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly visualise product requirements and validate with stakeholders

The most powerful tool for working remotely

  • June 26, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Pre-existing templates are helpful. They help to quickly create dashboards, especially when we give simple presentations to supervisors.
Remote collaboration is quite good with Miro. All editors can work on the board anytime, and everyone else can see what's happening.
What do you dislike about the product?
I fell that an option to create indexes is missing, especially on large boards. It would be useful for quick navigation on key points necessary to remember in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Miro to sort workflows before starting any project. This planning phase is the most important for us because it help us determine how to use the available resources at each stage of development.
On the other hand, it is excellent for creating the first prototypes without too much effort. We can copy these boards and use other visuals to create intresting presentation for clients.
