Great tool for collaboration with remote teams!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to make lo-fi wireframes. The wireframing tools make it so simple. The spaces feature is also great to organize files and easily reference resources
What do you dislike about the product?
When working cross-functionally, it's hard to share work with others when they don't have access to InVision. On other platforms such as Figma - they can at least still see the designs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is remotely distributed, and Freehand is useful for us to virtually whiteboard and discuss ideas. I also frequently use Freehand to create wireframes to present to the team, or when a hi-fidelity prototype is not needed. This saves me a lot of time as I don't need to always use Figma
Great Collaborative Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Freehand is a great tool to use if you're looking for a whiteboard-like tool that you can use to throw ideas or notes together quickly. It's perfect for gathering examples to present to other team members or teams in a casual manner, ex. for a brainstorm or quick demo session.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were more options for tool functionality within Freehand. Ex. color of a shape, text setting, etc. It is a little bit limiting in that aspect, and I wish those tools were a little more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Freehand is integrated into InVision, it's easy to access since my team already uses other functionalities in InVision. It's a great supplemental collaboration tool that I use to show large groups of images.
The quickest and most expansive way to visualize structures and process
What do you like best about the product?
The speed to visualize a block diagram, process flow, or collected thoughts/images is the best part of Miro. A close second is the limitless boundary of the board... I can create different "neighborhoods" of thought on the same board and visit them when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is leaving Miro for more data-intensive work - such as the calculations required in a spreadsheet. However, I'm not sure I would want to burden Miro with this additional data need because it is so good at quick visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me quickly visualize any process flow or structure, and it helps me to spot opportunities to change those same processes. I must often consider different scenarios that can solve a given functional or engineering problem. Miro is an excellent way to create a preliminary layout of those scenarios. The layouts can be used for collaborative discussion on where to go next.

The best solution for using an online whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Online collaboration is excellent. Just send an invitation via email to other people so they can edit the whiteboard. It is helpful to bring external collaborators to work on the project. Miro is a very convenient whiteboard for brainstorming. From here, we can organize everything to create a logical flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro accepts a limited number of users per license, so it is necessary to pay for each collaborator. The problem s that you can't invite users only for reading, so you must pay an additional license for each.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro has been one of the methods we use to collect and articulate ideas. It has been an excellent method for brainstorming and creating the initial prototypes of our projects. It works because we can quickly outline each concept's advantages and disadvantages.

The Miro Platform helps me better organize my routine, studies, work, and if I need to share with someone what I am doing at that moment, I can do so through this platform. Today, everyone is looking for ways to simplify life, and being able to organize our lives with a simple click makes all the difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the features of Miro are essential; the one I use the least lately is making diagrams, but it is something useful for everyone. What is most useful on a daily basis are the meetings I can hold online, the organization of the week, work, and other areas by putting everything I need to do so I don't forget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to review what I need to do on a daily basis and note everything necessary on a platform. We don't go without a cell phone or laptop when we are working, so having a platform that offers this option is a differentiator. Additionally, I can hold meetings and make calls when I can't be there in person.

Its pricing structure is a bit high especially for small teams but apart from that it's a great tool for task management and collaboration among all kinds of teams which makes it more productive.

It has been beneficial due to its ability to have an interactive workshop online for teams making it bring positive impacts on businesses,as there is an increase in productivity.
