Miro - all your thoughts visualized
What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me about Miro is that it allows you to put all your thoughts and plans in a single space and organise them in whatever way you desire. This makes for a great mind mapping experience, but also great for to-do lists, because it allows for reorganization. For a results driver person like me it is great, because it allows me to track my process and brainstorm on the go for my next steps. Use between different devices is quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up until this point I have not found functionalities that I can say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to put my thoughts in one space and organise them in whatever way I need, which reduces the stress I have for thinking too much about currently irrelevant tasks.
Miro is essential to my remote working life
What do you like best about the product?
Miro speeds up the work I do because it removes barriers to remote collaboration (especially with single sign-on) which means participants are more likely to contribute and engage in virtual workshops. Everyone I invite to Miro quickly understands how to use it with minimal guidance, and every session results in a ton of post-its with useful feedback.
It fits into our workflow and other tools easily, so I use it a lot. The presentation mode has pretty much replaced Powerpoint for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have to dig through the templates to find ones that are useful for me, but it's not a big problem. I treat templates as an added bonus rather than a key part of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it much easier for me to uncover and document internal feedback and insights to advance our product design process
Very good

It's very easy to use and good tool to organize own idea then share it with stakeholders.
What do you like best about the product?
Look and feel. You can use it fully what you want from the first second you log in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally becomes stuck or slow or freeze when we share the screen with MS Teams on the web meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prompting visual collaboration among several locations. People around me tend to use Excel or PowerPoint to organize ideas, but it has small editable areas, limitation of expression and several inconvenients. We have to care about the tools more than the ideas itself. it is very stressful for me. But miro is a good mean to release these challenges.
Miro is great for developing workflows in a collaborative way

What do you dislike about the product?
The Spell check is not great. My Grammarly does not work with it.
I want to be able to save my own stickers as we have custom brand assets to use.
I always have to allow access to my team when I make a new board. We're a small team and all want access to client work.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Miro offers a plethora of features, its expansive toolset can be overwhelming for new users, who might find the learning curve slightly steep. Additionally, the performance can sometimes lag when boards become very dense with content, which can hinder smooth operation during critical team sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to manually translate post its/ whiteboards anymore :)

An interactive whiteboard with many features. In particular, talk tracks for recording videos and also the insertion of entire books, e.g., for organizing literature work.

Talktracks can ONLY be played on desktop. It is not possible for tablets :(

With Miro, I can conduct my work at the university as a tutor online with students. Simultaneous work on tasks and real-time synchronizations form the foundation here.
Great for architecture pinups!
