best tool for my mind
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me think in a natural way. To me, this is just like being in a room with lots of whiteboards where I can write whatever I want, do a little doodle, or stick something to the wall etc
What do you dislike about the product?
to be honest nothing. But I need to fill space so perhaps it could be free?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First I used Miro to work with clients when it is not possible to be in the same space together. But now i also use it when i am just working alone as its such a powerful tool
Miro has a lot to offer for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is easy to use. The UI is pretty straightfoward and the level of support that you can get from Miro is perfect. Able to hit the ground running and utilize the software quickly. Also a key gem in the software is the ability to do sticky notes online and then download them into excel. No more re-typing information from brainstorm activites!!
What do you dislike about the product?
For free users you are limited to a certain number of boards but that's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming issues, root cause analysis, collaboration, housing all activities related to an initiative or project in one place. Also ease of use so people can make traction with their projects striaght out of the gate.
The best whiteboard collaboration tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with others, run workshops and other work sessions, and how the Miro team is clearly constantly learning about their users needs and building new cool features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not much of a dislike, but they announced a clustering feature for the post it notes on their annual conference, and it's not available yet. It's really hard to be teased like that, and not have such a great feature available!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro makes it a lot easier to collaborate with the team. Besides the functionality to have everyone on the same board, seeing each other's cursors, etc. I think the tools Miro makes available and the way the whole UI looks makes everyone more comfortable with whiteboarding. Some people are usually shy or not comfortable with their drawing skills, and Miro feels just like a playground for your ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste any more time looking for a solution. Miro is the best!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, the main benefit for me is putting most information needed in one place and allows me and my team to work together even though we're all in home-office.
Not saying it takes a bit more work than doing it in person, but for me it's the next best thing.

Great tool for team collaboration, process evaluation and redesign, and teaching!
What do you like best about the product?
That it is very user friendly, you don't need any training to get started, you can find your way through practice. It is visually very appealing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike it, but there seem to be too many tools, making things a little bit cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for:
- Collaborating with my team in redesigning a process. It was easy to receive comments and feedback and make changes while sharing the screen in a zoom meeting.

Easy to communicate ideas in a creative way!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can write ideas with my iPad and share my screen with colleagues. They get to see what I'm trying to express quickly and more effectively. Plus, they can also add their input to it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a big learning curve for people that have never seen the website or something similar to it. So I always try to use a template I created for new people to learn Miro's features and buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved a big communication problem I had with a NonProfit we are trying to create. We are all in different parts of the world, so having this tool has helped in setting up ideas for the various campaigns we would like to have, and it also helps in conceptualizing ways the different teams can collaborate.

Excelent. Much more as a whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
Interaction on the board in real time, much like being in the same room. The support of multiple file extensions, to work on them directly on the lookout, is incredible. It would be great if this support is expanding over time
What do you dislike about the product?
When the page is refreshed, when using the web, it expels you from internal video calls. I find it very difficult to register a client or guest from a board. It should be an option at hand (example right click on the user_ unsubscribe from the board)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborative remote work. I went from having to use at least 2 platforms simultaneously and having to exchange files to be able to write information, to being able to do it in real time. greatly improves workflow

Diversity of Panels and illustrations loaded with concepts and pre-filled that help different managers in different business segments. Easy and intuitive to use, in addition to a refined graphic aspect.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the program does not export files in PPT format, for PowerPoint, would be an important improvement since the majority of the corporate market still uses PPT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I managed to organize the entire strategic planning of the company in Miro. The big difference is that with a few boards and sophisticated images, I was able to materialize and make visually clear what previously required lengthy presentations, a lot of text, and few differentiated images.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
So far, it has been the best tool I have identified for collaboration, diagramming, and assembling schemes for demonstrating ideas, working in the context of innovation and group dynamics.
