What do you dislike about the product?
Text size usually gets too small when typing into a shape - it has some strange text-resizing algorithm.
Hard to copy and paste and move elements.
Too much manual effort for updating prototype screens. When syncing prototype screens, they do not automatically update when the screens update.
Wished the prototype screens linked directly to the spec page.

Product continues to improve at a good rate

The constant improvements have been very nice. Collaboration is easy and mostly bug-free.

Freehand Review
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very user friendly for the candidates, and interviewers. It is also very easy to create, and share the link for interviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time there are not any issues that I dislike for this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Freehand is solving is by helping virtual interview for engineers when interview to display their work, and solve problems virtual in real time.
Solid wireframing and sketching app
What do you like best about the product?
So far I've appreciated that the interface is quite easy to use. I've used a number of similar platforms like Miro, XD, and Figma, and in the month that I've been using Freehand so far it's had the functionality I need and is also simple and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I've not found anything that I dislike about Freehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freehand helps me quickly sketch out an idea to share with my teammates (like a landing page wireframe), and is also where I do strategy whiteboarding for my content marketing framework.
feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to organize the interview notes and later analyise. I like locking and unlocking along with duplication of the data. Easy moving and the not to stuffy UI
What do you dislike about the product?
More templates. especially when I create a template and try to create a new doc, it shows existing tmplates over the one I created which I use the most. so it's always an additional step
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analysis of data such as affinity mapping. I also use Freehand to create workflows or process flows to visualize the scale of the project or number of steps for a project to be successful
Freehand is much to slow and unwieldy to navigate around
What do you like best about the product?
All the screen up on a canvas all at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Freehand is much to slow and unwieldy to navigate around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing all the screens at once with commenting features for guests. Frankly I wish I could get easier commenting from guests in Prototype mode. Freehand was just a 'workaround' suggested by Invision support. A "workaround" I am frankly not happy with.
The you never knew you couldn't live without
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate virtually like never before
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you have Human Centered Design integrations with companies like LUMA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For early problem discovery I wish it had similar functionality to guide users like MURAL. Additionally it'd be nice if it actually allowed for template drop ins from LUMA for human centered design

A word-class collaboration platform
What do you like best about the product?
Miro has a variety of interesting high-level functions. The most striking ones are related to quickly drawing ideas on the canvas, such as diagrams and arrows. However, more advanced users can take advantage of these functions more to create engaging visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Miro requires additional configurations to use the more advanced features. It is awkward at first because it needs to be explicitly explained. I wish they were more accessible from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work would be more difficult without the existence of Mio. It is good software for collaborating ahs share design ideas without being in the same physical office.
Collaborating and participating among all team members from different parts of the country has been very easy. It is a way of working that has brought us great benefits, such as increased productivity.

A good choice for inter-departamental communication
What do you like best about the product?
Miro gives an infinite number of possibilities in project planning meetings. Communicating, explaining ideas, discussing possible workflows, and understanding progress are easy. The result of these meetings is interesting visual elements that can be used for quick presentations to superiors. I also love their customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process for sharing boards is a bit confusing. The outcome is very satisfying because the collaboration at Miro is fantastic, but the process to get there could be improved a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps me coordinate teams that belong to different departments. It has been a perfect solution to gather the information everyone must contribute. It is also an excellent platform to understand the progress that has been made against the goals that have been set. The data is put in one place for everyone to understand it effortlessly.
