Miro is becoming an essential tool in day to day work life
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love Miro for its intuitive interface that makes collaboration seamless and enjoyable. The variety of templates and tools available allows for creative brainstorming and effective planning sessions. Additionally, the ability to integrate with other platforms enhances productivity and keeps everything organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I dislike about Miro is its steep learning curve for new users, which can be overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro is solving the challenges of remote collaboration by providing a centralized online whiteboard where teams can brainstorm, plan, and share ideas in real time, regardless of location. It also addresses the issue of disorganized workflows by offering tools like templates, sticky notes, and integrations with other apps, ensuring that projects stay structured and easy to follow.
Collaborative Whiteboard That Transforms Teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Miro makes remote collaboration feel seamless. Its real-time editing and visual tools let my team brainstorm, organize ideas, and iterate quickly. The built-in templates save a ton of time, and the integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive keep everything in sync. Overall, it’s a huge productivity booster for creative workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users—there are so many features that it takes time to learn where everything is. Additionally, the pricing can be steep for smaller teams or freelancers who don’t need all of the advanced features. Some offline functionality would also be great for times when internet access is spotty.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro solves the challenge of remote collaboration by giving teams a shared online space to brainstorm, organize ideas, and run interactive sessions in real time. Instead of juggling multiple apps, we can keep everything—diagrams, notes, and feedback—in one place. This streamlines our workflow, reduces miscommunication, and speeds up project turnaround. It’s been especially helpful for aligning our distributed team and ensuring everyone stays engaged and on the same page.
Working with Miro both for social and business projects
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, low entry level for new users. Very good for ideation, brainstorming, developing processes, working with canvas, and presenting ideas and offers using talk-tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on-line generates always a worse group dynamic than working in real life, but I used to work wit Miro also in real-life workshops (every gropur having a laptop) and it makes sense too. What keeps to be a challenge for me is to learn new, more advanced Miro functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideation, empathising, and other design thinking phases. Making offers. Brainstorming online with larger groups. Keeping the project progress under control
Fast but powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to pick up and use but provides a lot of features! Miro boards can be very large and so can encompass a huge amount of ideas or discussions related to one subject. Easy to add images, notes and even links to videos with thumbnail previews and titles. I like that it is possible to view the 'History' of a board so you can see who has made what changes and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling and navigating a larger board can be quite tricky and default zoom levels don't usually match up with the content on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our whole team to access one large 'whiteboard' with no apparent limit on how much we can add to it.
Wonderful Platform

It's helping us develop our strategy and processes
Miro is a helpful and easy to use organisation tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to visualise my project organisation using simple moveable post-it notes. It helps me to be able to keep track of how many clients I have and what stage they are in making a purchase without needing to use a spread sheet.
One of the best things is being able to find a template that looks helpful and fluidly add it to an already existing board, without the need to start a new project.
The wide range of features that can be adapted to suit my project is really helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I try to group select post-it notes that are within a board or template it can be a bit fiddly and will try to select the background item as well.
So I often have to ctrl-z a movement of post-it notes and try again making sure only want I want to be selected actually is.
This wastes a bit of time.
One solution would be able to just fold control or option and the curser automatically change to a select box.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Miro solves for me is that it allows me to be able to view and edit different types of data all my laptop screen without needed to scroll around to see it. This is the reason I use Miro alongside Google sheets. Sheets to store and list data, and Miro to think and edit that data by moving it around visually.
If there was a way to import data from Sheets directly into Miro using templates or in some easily formatted way that would be really useful.

Super helpful for digital collaborative gallery walks!
What do you like best about the product?
Miro is an intuitive tool that is very helpful when you are trying to digitally share multiple resources. Having never used it before, I was worried it would be difficult to navigate, but it proved to be very easy to use and to teach to participants in a professional development session. It was very easy to integrate existing Google Documents and utilize the various tools on the dashboard. In general, the dashboard is very easy to use, and Miro is great to implement with large teams on digital formats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to switch between pages on a document was not super easy. It was also unclear whether or not when I changed the pages, other people saw the page change on their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows a team of leaders across various buildings to connect and collaborate in pursuit of common goals.
Miro- quick brainstorming, white-boarding, and design
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that miro is a free-form place where people can collaborate on work. With everyone working remotely, its hard to create shared places/ work that is not just a chat or a linear document. Miro does a good job of providing the shared space. I also like working in Miro alone because I can throw everything about a certain topic in one spot and quickly represent how they relate to each other. It is also a very quick way to draft designs for product changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Miro almost impossible to use without a mouse
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
