What do you like best about the product?
Miro is a quick, practical, and easy solution for drawing ideas, projects, and structuring mental models. Today, I can't live without it anymore. And everyone in my company uses it too.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free plan, it is not possible to create many boards. This forced me to move to a more robust plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing to organize and share our ideas, mental models, and projects in a much better and more efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
- Visual Collaboration: Miro’s boards allow teams to brainstorm, plan, and visualize workflows together. It’s like having a digital whiteboard where everyone can contribute.
- Real-Time Interaction: With Miro, team members collaborate in real time, no matter where they are. Comments, @mentions, and live updates keep everyone connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
- sometime when a board is packed and full of content, the loading time is a littel bit high
- Sometimes, at the beginning of a new topic, the boundless white paper in front of you is a big challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our team, Miro solves the challenge of remote collaboration by providing a dynamic digital canvas where we can brainstorm, plan, and visualize together. Its real-time interaction and seamless integration benefit us by fostering efficient teamwork, no matter our physical locations. 🌟🚀

It's my go-to platform for brainstorming

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of Miro. What I love most about Miro is its versatility; it's not just for brainstorming, but also for designing software, organizing databases, even creating Instagram posts... the possibilities are endless. It's a true Swiss Army knife for creativity!

Since my first encounter with Miro, I found it super easy to use and intuitive. I use it several times a week for brainstorming new ideas or checking steps in program architecture. While I haven't integrated it extensively yet, I have the app on my phone. Implementing Miro was straightforward, and people accepted it well because we can all work asynchronously or simultaneously, which greatly facilitates collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing else comes to mind right now, I'm truly a fan!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently developing and designing my first game, and Miro is helping me lay out all the architecture to make it happen.

Seamless and easy collaboration with my team members using Miro

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Miro because it allows our team to work together in real-time on a shared board. We can brainstorm ideas collectively and find solutions more efficiently, without the need to re-type everything later into a document. This collaborative approach saves us a significant amount of time and feels far more efficient than our previous methods. Instead of going back and forth with different versions of documents, we can see everyone's input instantly, making our workflow smoother and more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's sometimes hard to find content we've created in Miro as we accumulate more and more boards over time. However, this is also partly the responsibility of team members to keep things organized and to follow the agreed-upon rules for using Miro. Perhaps Miro could provide guidelines or a tutorial to help teams manage and organize their boards more effectively, ensuring a cleaner and more efficient workspace.

Really helpful collaboration tool

What do you like best about the product?
Miro makes virtual workshops so much more interesting and engaging. Being able to vote and present from the board is really easy to work with too. When running face to face workshops being able to upload via photo is also pretty cool and timesaving.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful is the presentation funtionality. If you want to attach a board to zoom it only shows material you have created in Miro so uploading graphics doesnt work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro allows us to visualise our work which means we collaborate more effectively and deliver better products and services

What do you like best about the product?
Miro ensures that any changes made on the board are instantly synchronized across all users' devices. This means everyone stays on the same page, and there's no need to refresh or reload to see the latest updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Miro is user-friendly for basic tasks, some of its more advanced features and integrations have a steeper learning curve. New users might need additional time and resources to fully leverage these capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a design student, Miro is an invaluable tool for enhancing creativity, collaboration, and project management. It facilitates concept development and brainstorming with mind maps and mood boards, and supports collaborative projects by allowing multiple users to work simultaneously and provide feedback. Miro aids the design process with tools for wireframing, prototyping, and workflow organization, while also offering dynamic presentation capabilities and a platform for digital portfolios.
